The article is devoted to the development of emotional intelligence of preschool children using art therapy. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to develop the potential of the child in the field of interaction with other people, to form the resource of social success. The article contains a review of scientific publications aimed at the study of human emotional intelligence, as well as the study of a set of art therapeutic methods effective in working with children. The definitions of such phenomena as “art therapy,” “emotional intelligence” are given. The author offers the definition of the concept “emotional intelligence.” Attention is paid to the structure of emotional intelligence. The content of its components, such as the perception of emotions, identification of emotions, understanding of the causes of their occurrence is considered. An important part of the article is the results of a diagnostic examination of emotional intelligence of children of preschool age. The results of a comparative analysis of the level of development of emotional intelligence of children before the formative experiment and after its completion are presented. It is proved that the use of such art methods as the reflection of the emotional states of a person through drawing, role-playing emotional states, joining the emotional states of the characters through literary work contribute to the development of such components of emotional intelligence as perception, identification of emotions, determining the causes of their occurrence

    Vitreolenticular interface

Interest in the study of vitreolenticular interface (VLI) increases due to the expansion of indications for manipulations in this area of the eyeball. Active studies of the last decades dictate the need to modify and detail our concepts about the structure and functional significance of VLI as well as to introduce this knowledge into the surgical practice. The article presents a historical background on the study of VLI structures, as well as an analysis of research in this area conducted in recent decades. It highlights issues related to the support and barrier functions of the VLI, as well as participation in the processes of accommodation and hydrodynamics of the eye. Modern generalized data on anatomical-topographical and functional features of vitreolenticular interface give us an integrity understanding of the interaction of various eye structures and a possibility to optimize surgical approaches to minimize complications and to improve anatomical and functional results

Building a digital profile of food product with use of modern mathematical apparatus of basic matrices is a solution to the problem of designing innovative beverage recipes. In this regard, for the effective use of the food resource base, modeling and production of high-quality food products, there is an acute problem of developing a methodology for identifying food products using the full range of the currently available analytical base. The article discusses an algorithm for constructing a flexible experimental design for the new identification criteria development, taking into account the laboratory research peculiarities in the beverage industry. The application of software in experiment designing is considered and a practical example of integrated designing based on the construction of an identification criterion for wine materials is presented

Economic changes not only in the country, but also on the world labor market explain the growing demands on young professionals. New requirements for the model and quality of the graduate appear, and new approaches to their competitiveness and effectiveness appear. The authors analyzed the concepts of a competency-based approach, competence, developed characteristic features and the field of implementation of these definitions in higher education. It has been established that a qualitatively new mission, tasks and content of modern education in the new conditions should be focused not only on fundamental knowledge, but also on the formation of practically oriented skills and competencies

Oxidative Modification of the Proteins of Breast and Cow Milk

    Get PDF
One of the important modern characteristics of the nutritional and biological value of milk and dairy products is the antioxidant properties. The high stability and sensitivity of the determination of carbonyl derivatives of proteins, as well as the informative value of the action of antioxidants, allow using them as the markers of oxidative damage. The purpose of this paper was to compare the level of carbonyl derivatives of proteins in breast and cow milk. The determination of the oxidative modification of proteins was based on the reaction of carbonyl derivatives of amino acid residues with 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine. The content of the products was determined during spontaneous and metal-catalyzed oxidative modification of the proteins. During the determination of the spontaneously formed carbonyl derivatives of the proteins, their significantly higher content in cow milk compared to breast milk was established. This increase ranged from 46% to 83% at different wavelengths. Thus, the determination of carbonyl derivatives of amino acid residues of the proteins made it possible to reveal significant differences in the antioxidant properties of breast and cow milk, manifested in a lower level of carbonyl derivatives in breast milk. The lower level of carbonyl derivatives in the composition of breast milk proteins is likely associated with the increased activity of the antioxidant system of breast milk or the increased rate of removal of damaged proteins upon activation of milk proteases.
