Abstract In this study we analyze co-adoption of several modern concepts of enterprise architecture creation and describe real-time business processes generation on global cloud-based self-generated business service basis to increase the agility of enterprise. We simulated the process of generating the business model started by particular business request with the support of subject-oriented business process management approach that results in particular business process architecture, which is approved or rejected/corrected by board of directors and architectural committee of the enterprise. During that generation all necessary requirements for supporting resources, such as information, know-how, intellectual and professional skills, inputs and outputs, quality and operational risk limitations, moderation, control and monitoring, are formed. On a next twist of the development all formed requirements are to be satisfied by appropriate selections from the cloud facilities and again approved. Finally after several iterations business model will be created in reality and could be executed with predicted results. Briefly that means that certain sets of valued and weighted business process replicas are located in Clouds. In addition to that, in this article we have provided the advanced view on the topic with attempt to install a virtual SOA torrent that catches services from the Internet and makes them available to customers and represents a business service basis for real-time business processes

Building a system for efficient use of resources in construction

    No full text
The article studies various aspects of building a system for efficient use of resources in construction and develops a model for estimating resource flows in construction. It has been proved that construction work cannot be organized without proper material resources: raw materials, construction materials, fuel, energy, pre-fabricated products, etc. It has been determined that the model for estimating the resource flows in construction should take into account the volume of resource consumption, i.e. resource consumption per unit of specific demand for their consumption, taking into account the total amount of resources consumed by a construction firm, and their cost

Facile synthesis of 6-aryl-3-pyridyl-1,2,4-triazines as a key step toward highly fluorescent 5-substituted bipyridines and their Zn(II) and Ru(II) complexes.

A wide series of substituted bipyridines were obtained through the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazines and their aza Diels–Alder reactions. The reported method facilitates the synthesis of functionally diverse bipyridines that provides fine-tuning of photophysical properties of new ligands and their Zn(II) and Ru(II) complexes. Some of substituted bipyridines exhibit ‘off–on’ fluorescence response toward Zn2+ cations

The review covers work published in the calendar year 2011. Novel reaction chemistry and new ring synthetic methods for 1,2,3-triazines, 1,2,4-triazines, 1,3,5-triazines, tetrazines, and purines are reviewed. © 2012 Elsevier Ltd

From 1,2,4-triazines towards substituted pyridines and their cyclometallated Pt complexes

A new, efficient methodology for the synthesis of substituted thienylpyridines includes the synthesis of 3-thienyl-1,2,4-triazines using simple heterocyclisation followed by easy transformation of the triazine ring to a pyridine through an aza Diels–Alder approach. A variety of substituted pyridines can be easily achieved using cheap, commercially available reagents such as bromoacetylarenes, aroyl hydrazides, norbornadiene, and enamines in various combinations. New thienylpyridines form phosphorescent cyclometallated Pt complexes

1,2,4-Triazine method of bipyridine ligand synthesis for the preparation of new luminescent Eu (III) complexes

    No full text
The ‘triazine’ methodology for the synthesis of functionalized bipyridine ligands proved to be a convenient method for the preparation of luminescent Eu(III) complexes. The approach allows flexible construction of chromophore and coordination sphere with control of photophysical properties. Europium(III) complexes [Eu1]–[Eu5] prepared in this way exhibit intense long-life metal-centered luminescence in aqueous media. The aromatic substituent in the position 5 of bipyridine has a significant influence on luminescence parameters and is used to introduce functionality for bioconjugation. The complexes [Eu4] and [Eu5] bearing primary amine groups are ready-to-go luminescent ‘tags’ for peptide labeling

Design of ICT-PET fluorescent probes for zinc(II) based on 5-aryl-2,2 '-bipyridines

Rational design of selective and sensitive 'off-on' fluorescent probes for Zn(II) cations exploiting both PET and ICT mechanisms of sensing is illustrated by the synthesis and application of 5-aryl-2,20-bipyridines modified with a dipicolylaminomethyl fragment. The aryl substituent provides tuning of the properties. © 2012 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved
