    Indonesia is one of the most multicultural countries in the world. This fact can be seen from the sociocultural and geographically so diverse and widespread. Multicultural education offers an alternative through the implementation of educational strategies and concepts based on the utilization of the diversity that exists in society, especially for the students such as have ethnic diversity, culture, language, religion, social status, gender, ability, age, etc.. In multicultural education, teachers are not only required to master but also teach  professionally the subjects taught. More than that, an educator must also be able to instill the values of multicultural education such as democracy, humanism, and pluralism as well as instill religious values to the students.     Disciplinary Intervention for Students through Worship

    Discipline is one part of educational character that needs to be instilled to the children since primary school. Application of discipline could deliver through various activities, such as entering the class and when performing congregational prayers, obey the agreement rules and orderly in line up. The purpose of this study is finding out the discipline at Ar Raudhah elementary school, how to apply discipline to the students and what factors are causes of indiscipline in this school. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. Miles and Huberman model is the data analysis technique, three steps include, namely: data reduction, data presentation and verification. While the validity test of the data uses triangulation with the same source but use a different method. The result shows us that students had consistently carried out the worship in schools such as memorizing prayers, hadiths and verses of the Quran, Dhuha, and Zuhr prayers. However, there are some students still need to be motivated furthermore they don't play when performing worship. The most common factor for indiscipline is whenever parents still think that learning is in the classroom activity, later on some of parents leave their children lately. Indonesia actually has a lot of experts in the field of falak and Astronomy, but make inductive inferences are often done. In this paper will discuss: What lies behind the differences early lunar month in Indonesia? How Fiqh al-Ikhtilaf and Science analyze the differences in the lunation beginning? How alternative unification lunation difference in the initial determination in Indonesia? The research method used is qualitative. This study uses the approach of Fiqh al-Ikhtilaf, astronomy, and falak. The collecting data techniques are documentation and interviews. Data analysis due to collect data process. Initial determination of the lunation differences in Indonesia's background are: difference understanding in syar'i argument, certain belief, methodological issues into theological and dogmatic. The problems analysis of differences in initial of lunation in Indonesia are associated with the method and results of calculations in preliminary determination, it is an area of science, related to the selection criteria for the initial month of the lunar is a Fiqh al-Ikhtilaf field. Bids for the initial determination of the difference unification lunation in Indonesia are: agreement methods and criteria are used as guidelines in determining the beginning of lunation, as well as the existence of an authoritative department that sets the initial lunation

    The implementation of clinical supervision of madrasah principals aims to shape the performance of educators becoming more professional in carrying out their functions as supervisors. The madrasa head must be able to master his duties and carry out his duties properly, he is responsible for all madrasa activities regulating the teaching and learning process, regulating matters relating to student affairs, business, finance and regulating relations with the community. In a management it is explained that one of the most important aspects in an organization is the way a person leads to the organization being led, a good organization will produce excellent results starting from the structure, human resources, and others. While the nature of leadership is the activity of leading the process of influencing subordinates or others. Formulation of the problem: Based on the background of the problem above, then the problem is "How is the head of the madrasa conducting clinical supervision on improving the performance of educators in MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung? " This study uses a qualitative approach to describe the problem and focus of research. Based on the research and analysis,  the researchers concluded that the process of clinical supervision by the headmaster of madrasa at MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung, had been carried out.     Resource management is an activity used to achieve organizational success in achieving its goals and objectives as well as the ability to face various challenges, both external and internal. This is done through policies, practices, and systems that influence employee behavior, attitudes, and performance. In this study, the problem formulated is: ”what is the management of human resources in the aspects of training and development at MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung like?”. The type of research used in this thesis is descriptive-qualitative, the research subject is at MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung, and the data source used is the primary data source. Three data collection techniques are used, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained during the study was analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. The data was collected through observation and triangulation of sources and techniques. Development and training activities are an attempt to assist and serve educators in optimizing their educators’ professionalism. What are the activities carried out by the principal, and are carried out at any time to see the ability of educators in the process of developing and training educators, if they are considered less active in the learning process? The implementation of training and development of human resources at MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung has been conducted fairly well, judging from the training and development programs for educators that must be conducted in improving the competence of educators, namely: qualification, certification, training, MGMP, and symposium.     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap secara mendalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Quantun Teaching di Sekolah Dasar Global Madani. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif.  Pengumpulan data melalui observasi mendalam partisipasi pasif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap, orientasi, pengumpulan data atau eksplorasi, dan analisis dan interpretasi data. Dalam melakukan keabsahan data, penulis menggunakan teknik triangulasi data, triangulasi metode, dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pandangan guru-guru mengenai Penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SD Global Madani sudah cukup baik. Sejumlah tahapan dari Quantum Teaching terimplementasikan, yakni suasana yang menyenangkan. Asas utama Quantum Teaching yaitu Bawalah Dunia Kita ke Dunia Mereka dan Antarkan Dunia Mereka ke Dunia Kita. Prinsip-prinsip Quantum Teaching yakni: segalanya berbicara, segalanya bertujuan, pengalaman sebelum pemberian nama, akui setiap upaya, dan apabila layak dipelajari, maka layak pula dirayakan. Demikian pula dengan langkah-langkah pembelajaran Tanamkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi dan Rayakan.  Dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat sejumlah hambatan, namun dapat tertutupi dengan antusias dan upaya guru untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang baik melalui Quantum Teaching. Kata Kunci: pelibatan, penghargaan, kreatifitas Abstract This study aimed to reveal deeply the learning of Islamic Religious Education through the implementation of Quantum Teaching learning model in Global Madani Primary School. The research method was qualitative method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth passive participant observation, indepth interviews, and documentation. The research was done through several stages, including orientation, data collection or exploration, and analysis and interpretation of data. In conducting data validity, the researcher used techniques of data triangulation, method triangulation, and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the views of Islamic Religious Education teachers regarding Quantum Teaching in the learning of Islamic Religious Education in Global Madani Primary School has been quite well. Some steps in Quantum Teaching were implemented which is the delightful atmosphere. The primary basis of quantum teaching is Bring Their World to Ours and Take Their World to Ours. The principle of Quantum Teaching are: everything speaks, everything is on purpose, experience before giving a name, admit every effort, and if it is worth to be learned, it is worth to be celebrated. There are also learning steps of Grow, Be Natural, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat, and Celebrate. In the implementation, there were several obstacles, but they could be covered with the enthusiasm and efforts of the teachers to create good learning through Quantum Teaching.
