La investigación tuvo como problema ¿Cuál es la calidad de las sentencias de primera y segunda instancia sobre violación de menor de edad, según los parámetros normativos, doctrinarios y jurisprudenciales pertinentes, en el expediente Nº 06139-2015-43-1601-JRPE-05?. El objetivo fue determinar la calidad de las sentencias en estudio. Su metodología es de tipo básica; diseño retrospectivo y transversal; con método hermenéutico, deductivo, sistemático y analítico. La unidad de análisis fue un expediente judicial seleccionado mediante muestreo por conveniencia, para recolectar los datos se utilizaron las técnicas de la observación y el análisis de contenido, y como instrumento una lista de cotejo validada mediante juicio de expertos. Los resultados revelaron que la calidad de la parte expositiva, considerativa y resolutiva, pertenecientes a: la sentencia de primera instancia fue de rango: muy alta, muy alta y muy alta; y de la sentencia de segunda instancia: muy alta, muy alta y muy alta. The objective of the research was to design a manual of administrative procedures for the "El Vergel" Basic Education School of the Valencia canton, Los Ríos province. The description of the project was made with its justification, beneficiaries, the context of the research and the activities and task systems in relation to the objectives set. The scientific foundation includes the background of the research, the conceptual framework of the project variables, the legal foundation and the answers to the scientific questions of the research. In the Methodology the analytical and deductive method is detailed, as part of the types of research includes field research, exploratory research, descriptive research, bibliographic research and formative research. As part of the research techniques and instruments, surveys were applied to educational officials working in the institution. The first specific objective was developed, detailing the conformities and non-conformities found in the educational audit carried out in 2019, which concluded that the educational quality standards are partially met. In the development of specific objective 2, the administrative processes that allow improving the organization and in turn its institutional development were determined. In the development of specific objective 3, management indicators were established to determine the administrative deficiencies that are directly and indirectly affecting the institution, which can be used for a subsequent evaluation of the administrative processes that are not being executed in the institution. As part of the design of the proposal, this research project aims to contribute to improving the administrative management that has been carried out so far through the design of a manual of administrative procedures taking into account the characteristics offered by this institution.El objetivo de la investigación fue diseñar un manual de procedimientos administrativos para la Escuela de Educación Básica “El Vergel” del cantón Valencia, provincia de Los Ríos. Se realizó la descripción del proyecto con su justificación, beneficiarios, el contexto de la investigación y las actividades y sistemas de tareas en relación a los objetivos planteados. La fundamentación científica incluye los antecedentes de la investigación, el marco conceptual de las variables del proyecto, la fundamentación legal y las respuestas a las preguntas científicas de la investigación. En la Metodología se detalla el método analítico y deductivo, como parte de los tipos de investigación se incluye la investigación de campo, la investigación exploratoria, la investigación descriptiva, la investigación bibliográfica y la investigación formativa. Como parte de las técnicas e instrumentos de investigación se aplicaron encuestas a los funcionarios educativos que laboran en la institución. Se desarrolló el primer objetivo específico, detallando las conformidades y no conformidades arrojadas en la auditoría educativa realizada en el año 2019, la cual concluyó que se cumple parcialmente con los estándares de calidad educativa. En el desarrollo del objetivo específico 2, se determinaron los procesos administrativos que permitan mejorar la organización y a su vez el desarrollo institucional de la misma. En el desarrollo del objetivo específico 3, se establecieron indicadores de gestión que determinen las deficiencias administrativas que están afectando de forma directa e indirecta a la institución, las mismos que pueden ser utilizados para una posterior evaluación de los procesos administrativos que no están siendo ejecutados en la institución. Como parte del diseño de la propuesta, el presente proyecto de investigación pretende contribuir a mejorar la gestión administrativa que se ha venido realizando hasta ahora a través del diseño de un manual de procedimientos administrativos tomando en cuenta las características propias que ofrece esta institución

This research identifies the factors influencing the reduction of autopsies in a hospital of Veracruz. The study is based on the application of data mining techniques such as association rules and Bayesian networks in data sets obtained from opinions of physicians. We analyzed, for the exploration and extraction of the knowledge, algorithms like Apriori, FPGrowth, PredictiveApriori, Tertius, J48, NaiveBayes, MultilayerPerceptron, and BayesNet, all of them provided by the API of WEKA. To generate mining models and present the new knowledge in natural language, we also developed a web application. Clonal chromosomal mosaicism and loss of chromosome Y in elderly men increase vulnerability for SARS-CoV-2

The pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2, COVID-19) had an estimated overall case fatality ratio of 1.38% (pre-vaccination), being 53% higher in males and increasing exponentially with age. Among 9578 individuals diagnosed with COVID-19 in the SCOURGE study, we found 133 cases (1.42%) with detectable clonal mosaicism for chromosome alterations (mCA) and 226 males (5.08%) with acquired loss of chromosome Y (LOY). Individuals with clonal mosaic events (mCA and/or LOY) showed a 54% increase in the risk of COVID-19 lethality. LOY is associated with transcriptomic biomarkers of immune dysfunction, pro-coagulation activity and cardiovascular risk. Interferon-induced genes involved in the initial immune response to SARS-CoV-2 are also down-regulated in LOY. Thus, mCA and LOY underlie at least part of the sex-biased severity and mortality of COVID-19 in aging patients. Given its potential therapeutic and prognostic relevance, evaluation of clonal mosaicism should be implemented as biomarker of COVID-19 severity in elderly people. Desde hace mucho tiempo la actividad comercial de provisión de productos ha sido muy utilizada por un sin número de organizaciones en todo el mundo, a tal punto que el mercado se saturó. Tiempo después nació el marketing y se tecnificó la forma en la que se promocionaban los productos. La observación de medios digitales y la encuesta de algunos clientes de los supermercados más reconocidos en la ciudad de Guayaquil, Ecuador. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que la mayor parte de personas no confía mucho en los canales digitales para comprar sus productos, sin embargo, valoran estos medios para otros aspectos como atención al cliente o recibir ofertas y descuentos. Role of the speech audiologist in specialized educational institutions of Ecuador

Introducción: La fonoaudiología en el Ecuador se proyecta a nuevos cambios y consigo se va encontrando nuevas líneas de trabajo dentro de nuestra sociedad; una de estas áreas es la educación inclusiva. Se propone esclarecer el rol del fonoaudiólogo en instituciones educativas especializadas del Ecuador (IEE): Perspectiva de los profesionales de la fonoaudiología que se desempeñan en el ámbito educativo en el marco de la educación inclusiva. Objetivo: El propósito de esta investigación fue conocer las principales aristas sobre el rol del fonoaudiólogo en IEE del Ecuador. Metodología: Se realizó una investigación con un diseño cuantitativo con alcance descriptivo, por medio de una encuesta, y con un muestreo casos tipo por conveniencia. Resultados: Se encontró que los fonoaudiólogos encuestados están inmersos en el ámbito educativo cumpliendo casi en su totalidad las funciones enmarcadas por la IEE, y con desacuerdo con las mismas funciones en menor porcentaje, a la espera de modificaciones entorno a la inclusión educativa de los estudiantes con trastorno de la comunicación secundaria a una discapacidad. Conclusiones: Luego de la realización de las metas inferencias, se establece que el rol del fonoaudiólogo en IEE, participa en la eliminación de barreras de acceso, en la intervención temprana, asignación a una institución y además cumpliendo su rol como fonoaudiólogo en las diferentes IEE.Introduction: Speech therapy in Ecuador is projected to new changes and with it new lines of work are being found within our society; one of these areas is inclusive education. It is proposed to clarify the role of the speech therapist in specialized educational institutions in Ecuador (IEE): Perspective of speech therapy professionals who work in the educational field within the framework of inclusive education. Objective: The purpose of this research was to know the main aspects about the role of the speech therapist in IEE of Ecuador. Methodology: An investigation was carried out with a quantitative design with a descriptive scope, by means of a survey, and with a sampling of type cases for convenience. Results: It was found that the speech pathologists surveyed are immersed in the educational field, fulfilling almost entirely the functions outlined by the IEE, and disagreeing with the same functions to a lesser extent, awaiting modifications around the educational inclusion of students with communication disorder secondary to a disability. Conclusions: After carrying out the meta-inferences, it is established that the role of the speech therapist in IEE, participates in the elimination of access barriers, in early intervention, assignment to an institution and also fulfills his role as speech therapist in the different IEE
