    Peut-on estimer à priori l'impact d'une publication sur les réseaux sociaux vis-à-vis d'une entreprise ou d'une entité ?

    Les réseaux sociaux ont changé la manière dont les gens communiquent entre eux. Les précurseurs, comme hi5 et Myspace, ont mis en place le concept de ce que sont devenus les mastodontes actuels que sont Facebook, Instagram, et Twitter. Ceux-ci ne servent plus seulement à communiquer entre amis, mais peuvent aussi servir à des communications importantes. Par exemple le président actuel des Etats-Unis, Donald Trump, qui utilise les réseaux sociaux pour annoncer des décrets de lois, des messages d’avertissement et autres. Cependant il faut maitriser l’art des publications, certaines peuvent partir d’une bonne intention et ne sont pas perçues comme elles devraient l’être par les lecteurs, d’autres sont tout simplement publiées sous l’effet de la colère et sont destructrices immédiatement pour l’entreprise, ou la personne qui la publie Ce travail va aborder plusieurs sujets, premièrement l’analyse de l’évolution des réseaux sociaux et de leurs utilisations, depuis leurs créations jusqu’à maintenant. Ensuite, une analyse sur les pratiques actuelles des entreprises vis-à-vis des publications et comprendre comment une entreprise réagit en cas de « bad buzz ». De plus, ce travail va analyser les impacts business d’une publication selon le domaine de l’entreprise, ou de l’entité. Le but est de voir s’il y a des domaines qui sont plus affectés par leur e-réputation. Pour finir, sera proposée une solution applicative destinée au suivi des publications et la planification de celles-ci. Cette solution a pour but de visualiser l’interaction avec une publication selon la plateforme visée, et l’analyse de celle-ci à l’aide d’intelligence artificielle

    O presente estudo visa analisar duas escalas de medida associadas ao engajamento no trabalho de professores quebequenses em início de carreira – a satisfação no trabalho e a autoeficácia profissional, bem como examinar as propriedades psicométricas do instrumento utilizado. Análises de Rasch foram desenvolvidas para estudar as duas referidas escalas, assim como o efeito do gênero e do nível de ensino nas variáveis em análise, utilizando amostra de 184 novos professores. As escalas em estudo apresentam unidimensionalidade e independência local, resultados que indicam bom ajustamento dos dados aos dois modelos. No entanto, uma maior quantidade de itens é necessária para melhor estimar a localização das pessoas nas escalas de medida, sobretudo no que tange à autoeficácia profissional.Cette étude vise à analyser deux échelles de mesure associées à l'engagement dans le travail des enseignants québécois en début de carrière – la satisfaction au travail et l'autoefficacité professionnelle – ainsi qu'à examiner les propriétés psychométriques de l'instrument utilisé. Des analyses de Rasch ont été développées pour étudier les deux échelles mentionnées ainsi que l'effet du genre et du niveau d'éducation sur les variables analysées, en utilisant un échantillon de 184 enseignants en début de carrière. L'unidimensionnalité et l'indépendance locale ont été respectées dans le cas des deux échelles à l’étude et les résultats indiquent une bonne adéquation des données aux deux modèles. Cependant, une grande quantité d'éléments est nécessaire pour mieux estimer la position des personnes sur les échelles de mesure, notamment en ce qui concerne l'autoefficacité professionnelle.  This study aims to analyze two measures associated with the work engagement of early-career teachers in Quebec, namely job satisfaction and professional self-efficacy, as well as to examine the psychometric properties of the instrument used. Rasch analysis was performed to study the two measurement scales and the effect of gender and education level in the variables analyzed, using a sample of 184 novice teachers. Unidimensionality and local independence were respected for both scales under study and the results show good adjustment of the data to the two models. However, a larger number of items is needed to better determine where people lie on the scales, particularly with regard to professional self-efficacy.El presente estudio tiene como propósito analizar dos medidas asociadas con el compromiso laboral de docentes al inicio de su carrera en Quebec – satisfacción en el trabajo y autoeficacia – y examinar las propiedades psicométricas del instrumento utilizado. Se realizaron análisis mediante el modelo de Rasch para estudiar las dos escalas de medición mencionadas, así como el efecto del género y del nivel de educación en las variables analizadas utilizando una muestra de 184 docentes al inicio de su carrera. La unidimensionalidad y la independencia local fueron respectadas para las dos escalas de estudio y los resultados muestran el ajuste adecuado de los datos a los dos modelos. Sin embargo, se necesita una gran cantidad de ítems para estimar mejor la ubicación de las personas en las escalas, en particular respecto a autoeficacia profesional

    Ações de conscientização sobre o autismo no ambiente escolar

    This experience report aims to promote knowledge about Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), the rights and needs of people with ASD. Autism awareness actions were carried out, intervening with children in classrooms, with the participation of the school and extracurricular community, in line with Law nº. 13,652/2018, which established the National Autism Awareness Day. As a methodology, this is an experience report of actions coordinated and mediated by the main author, in partnership with Specialized Educational Care (SEC) teachers and invited professionals, carried out at the Municipal School of Early Childhood Education (MSECE) Ana Cristina Ramos Brito, in Macapá-AP, from April 1 to 11, 2023. The actions were aimed at approximately 460 students, distributed in 20 classes. In the end, through the reported actions, it is considered to have achieved the proposed objective.Este relato de experiência tem como objetivo promover o conhecimento sobre o Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA), os direitos e as necessidades das pessoas com TEA. Foram realizadas ações de conscientização sobre o autismo, intervindo junto às crianças em ambiente de salas de aula, com a participação da comunidade escolar e extraescolar, alinhadas à Lei nº. 13.652/2018, que instituiu o Dia Nacional de Conscientização sobre o Autismo. Enquanto metodologia, trata-se de relato de experiência de ações coordenadas e mediadas pela autora principal, com a parceria das professoras do Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE) e profissionais convidados, realizadas na Escola Municipal de Educação Infantil (EMEI) Ana Cristina Ramos Brito, em Macapá-AP, no período de 01 a 11 de abril de 2023.  As ações foram voltadas para, aproximadamente, 460 estudantes, distribuídos em 20 turmas.     Substitution of the α-lactalbumin transcription unit by a CAT cDNA within a BAC clone silenced the locus in transgenic mice without affecting the physically linked Cyclin T1 gene

    We recently reported that a goat bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) clone conferred site-independent expression in transgenic mice of the two loci present within its insert, the ubiquitously expressed Cyclin T1 and the mammary specific β-lactalbumin (αlac) genes. To assess if this vector could target mammary-restricted expression of cDNA, the CAT ORF was introduced by homologous recombination in Escherichia coli in place of the αlac transcription unit. The insert of this modified BAC was injected into mice and three transgenic lines were derived. None of these lines expressed the CAT gene suggesting that the use of long genomic inserts is not sufficient to support the expression of intron-less transgenes. The physically linked goat Cyclin T1 locus was found to be active in all three lines. This observation reinforced the hypothesis that the two loci are localised in two separate chromatin domains

    Un portrait de la santé psychologique des enseignants du collégial durant la pandémie de COVID-19

    Dans le contexte particulier de la pandémie de COVID-19 pour les enseignants, il est essentiel de s’intéresser à la santé psychologique de ces derniers, compte tenu de tous les bouleversements qu’ils ont vécus. La recherche dont traite cet article vise à comprendre les états affectifs et émotionnels témoignant de la santé psychologique des enseignants du collégial à travers leurs tâches durant la pandémie. Menée à l’automne 2020, la recherche a poursuivi deux objectifs spécifiques : 1) tracer un portrait de la santé psychologique des enseignants, en tenant compte des manifestations positives de bien-être et négatives de détresse psychologique liées au contexte de travail et 2) décrire les sentiments qu’éprouvent les enseignants, selon leur genre et leurs habiletés avec la technologie. De type exploratoire, la recherche a utilisé des analyses quantitatives et qualitatives pour dresser un portrait détaillé du sujet étudié. Au total, 148 enseignants québécois francophones provenant du milieu collégial ont répondu, sur une base volontaire, à un questionnaire en ligne autoadministré. Les résultats quantitatifs mettent en évidence la prédominance des sentiments positifs par rapport aux sentiments négatifs vécus par les enseignants, ainsi que les différences liées à leur état de santé psychologique selon leur genre et leur habileté avec la technologie. Les résultats qualitatifs, quant à eux, permettent d’approfondir les réflexions des enseignants sur certains aspects de leur santé psychologique. Finalement, l’étude fournit des pistes d’action adaptées à certains éléments vécus par les enseignants afin de favoriser leur santé psychologique.In the unique context of the COVID-19 pandemic for teachers, it is essential to address their psychological health because of all the upheaval they experienced. The research discussed in this article aims to understand the affective and emotional feelings that make up the psychological health of college teachers through their teaching tasks during the pandemic. The research was conducted in the fall of 2020 in order to pursue two specific objectives : 1) to draw a portrait of teachers’ psychological health, taking into account positive manifestations of well-being and negative manifestations of psychological distress related to the work context and 2) to describe the feelings that teachers experience, taking into account their gender and their skills with technology. The research was exploratory in nature and used both quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide a detailed picture of the subject matter. A total of 148 French-speaking Quebec college teachers voluntarily responded to a self-administered online questionnaire. The quantitative results highlight the preponderance of positive versus negative feelings experienced by the teachers, as well as differences in their psychological health according to their gender and their ability with technology. The qualitative results, for their part, allow us to deepen the teachers’ reflections on certain aspects of their psychological health. Finally, the study provides avenues for action adapted to certain aspects experienced by the teachers in order to promote their psychological health

    Clinical and Laboratory Profile of Dogs Seroreactive to Ehrlichiosis Treated at the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital in Niterói, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

    Background: Ehrlichiosis is a tick-borne disease highly prevalent in Brazil, and is relevant in canine clinical practice due to its high morbidity and mortality. Its clinical signs are nonspecific and its phases are acute, lasting 2 to 4 weeks; subclinical, i.e., asymptomatic; and chronic, resembling an autoimmune disease. The purpose of this study was to identify the occurrence of reactivity to Ehrlichia canis of bitches treated at the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) - Niterói, RJ, Brazil, based on serological examination by iELISA, and to compare the hematological, biochemical, urinary protein-creatinine and urinary density profiles of reactive and non-reactive animals. Materials, Methods & Results: This study involved solely bitches, regardless of breed, starting at 1 year of age. One hundred and thirty bitches, 1 to 16 year-old (mean age 7.02 ± 4.00), weighing 1.5 to 50 kg (mean weight 12.12 ± 10.65) were subjected to clinical examination and abdominal ultrasound. Complete blood count, biochemical measurements, urinalysis and serology for E. canis were also performed. The serum was used in the iELISA to identify immunoglobulin G (IgG), using a canine Ehrlichia Imunotest® diagnostic kit (Imunodot®, Jaboticabal, SP, Brazil) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Sixty animals (46.20%) were reactive to E. canis. According to their owners, only 5 (8.3%) of the 60 seroreactive animals had a history of tick-borne disease. The most common profile was that of mixed breed animals living with their owners, older than 7 years, who had not been treated preventatively with specific drugs against ectoparasites. Laboratory tests showed significant differences between groups in terms of total protein (TP), and calcium and urinary protein-creatinine ratio (UPC). TP and UPC were elevated in the non-reactive group, while the only significant change in the reactive group was mild hypocalcemia. In this study, 30% (18/60) of the bitches were seroreactive to E. canis and had hypocalcemia. Of these, 50% (9/18) had a UPC above 0.5. Furthermore, 66.7% (12/18) of this group with hypocalcemia also showed urine density (UD) of less than 1024. Among these 18 bitches, 5 had both alterations, i.e., UPC > 0.5 and UD < 1024.Discussion: In this study, a high prevalence of bitches seroreactive to Ehrlichia canis was observed, despite the absence of clinical and/or laboratory signs indicative of the disease. In the investigation of IgG class antibodies, it is not possible to determine the exact time of infection, and titers may remain high for a period of more than 11 months, even after treatment and elimination of the bacterium. The fact that most seroreactive bitches showed no symptoms compatible with the disease either before or during the study suggests that they were in the subclinical phase of ehrlichiosis. The main reason for calcium metabolism disorders is a phosphorus imbalance, a condition that occurs in kidney diseases. Isosthenuria reflects the kidney’s inability to concentrate urine. This finding may be one of the first clinical manifestations of chronic kidney disease (CKD), especially in dogs. On the other hand, the UPC ratio may increase with the progression of CKD. The presence of hypocalcemia, isosthenuria and increased UPC associated with seroreactivity suggests that infection by E. canis may be associated with the onset of CKD. Veterinarians should keep in mind the complexity of the pathophysiology of ehrlichiosis to ensure the disease is not underdiagnosed in any of its phases, thereby ensuring the correct treatment is provided.     Isenção de tributo de IPVA à pessoas com doenças graves no Estado de Roraima / Tax exemption from IPVA to people with serious diseases in the State of Roraima

    O presente tema tem como objetivo abordar a isenção de imposto sobre a propriedade de veículo automotor-IPVA, á pessoas com doenças graves no Estado de Roraima. Conforme a Lei n° 1.293, de 29 de novembro de 2018 em seu artigo 1°, incisos de I ao V, que concede: aos portadores de câncer, diabetes, hipertensão, pessoas afetadas por acidente vascular cerebral (AVC) e portadora de doença mental irreversível, a isenção não só de IPVA como de outros impostos; IPI, IOF e ICMS na qual foi alterada pela lei nº 1.312 de 16 de maio de 2019, que acrescenta mais um inciso na lei anterior que inclui portadores do vírus HIV- AIDS. Neste diapasão é necessário analisar como se dar o processo de isenção da alíquota do referido imposto. Esse benefício já é assegurado por legislação Estadual conforme as leis acima citadas com base fundamental na Constituição Federal de 1988, em seu artigo 227, § 2° por analogia às pessoas com moléstias graves. Que já podem fazer valer o seu direito e adquirir um veículo novo ou usado para as suas finalidades cotidianas com descontos que pode chegar até 30% (trinta por cento), do valor do veículo referente aos descontos de IPI, IOF, ICMS e IPVA. Para a obtenção de tal direito já previsto em lei, o requerente só precisa comprovar por meio de documentação necessária que o seu direito é legítimo comprovando assim, que é pessoa com doença grave por meio de laudo comprobatório oriundo da fonte pagadora.

    Brazilian Spotted Fever with an Approach in Veterinary Medicine and One Health Perspective

    There is increasing interaction between man and pathogens transmitted by arthropods, especially by ticks. It is on this background that a holistic approach stands out, for the sake of Public Health. Brazilian Spotted Fever is an endemic disease at the country’s southeast, with Amblyomma sculptum as its major contributor, followed by A. aureolatum and potentially Rhipicephalus sanguineus. Dogs have been considered sentinels, and in some areas the disease in dogs can precede human disease. Considering the importance of this disease for human health, the serological evidence in dogs, and the transmission of ticks between dogs and their owners, this review aimed to elucidate the importance of the epidemiological investigation, the diagnosis in dogs, and the role of veterinarians in Public Health to control vector-borne zoonotic diseases. We encourage veterinarians to include this rickettsial infection in the diagnosis of febrile diseases of common occurrence in dogs

    Impact of a drug dispensing model at a Community Pharmacy in Goiânia, Goiás, Brazil

    Although dispensing of medication has been addressed by theoretical models, studies that confirm the impact of this service are still needed. The objective was to evaluate the impact of a new model of medicine dispensing system on patients’ medication knowledge, adherence to treatment and satisfaction. One hundred and four patients attending the dispensing service of a community pharmacy between 21 January 2013 and 20 April 2013 were included in this intervention study. The impact of the service on patients’ medication knowledge, adherence to treatment and satisfaction was assessed by using validated questionnaires at two time points: at the moment of medication dispensing and 30 days thereafter by telephone contact. Statistical analysis was performed by McNemar’s test, and a p&lt;0.05 was set as statistically significant. The number of patients showing insufficient knowledge about medications decreased by 50% (p &lt; 0.05), and the number of those showing sufficient knowledge was three times greater (p &lt; 0.05) after medicine dispensing. A high level of satisfaction was observed. Improvement of medication adherence, however, was not observed.
