Refractometry of organosilica microspheres

The refractive index of novel organosilica (nano/micro)material is determined using two methods. The first method is based on analysis of optical extinction efficiency of organosilica beads versus wavelength, which is obtained by a standard laboratory spectrometer. The second method relies on the measurable trapping potential of these beads in the focused light beam (laser tweezers). Polystyrene beads were used to test these methods, and the determined dispersion curves of refractive index values have been found accurate. The refractive index of organosilica beads has been determined to range from 1.60-1.51 over the wavelength range of 300-1100 nm.Comment: 9 pages, 8 figure

Design Workbench for Engines of Historical Motorcycles

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem pracovní a testovací stolice pro motocyklové motory náležící do historické sbírky Moravskoslezského kraje. V první části práce jsem provedl průzkum trhu obdobných zařízení. Následně se seznamuji s typy uložení motorů ze sbírky a sestavuji konkrétní požadavky včetně parametrů, které by mělo navržené zařízení splňovat. V následující kapitole jsem provedl variantní návrhy stolice, ze kterých jsem vybral ten nejvhodnější. Ten dále konkrétně popisuji a specifikuji. Výsledkem této práce je kompletní konstrukční návrh pracovní a testovací stolice pro pohonné jednotky historických motocyklů. Navržené zařízení je jednoduché na výrobu, ale zároveň velmi univerzální. Můj konstrukční návrh je podložen pevnostními výpočty, simulacemi v MKP analýze výkresovou dokumentací.This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a work and test bench for motorcycle engines belonging to the historical collection of the Moravian-Silesian region. In the first part of the work, I conducted a market research of similar devices. Subsequently, I get acquainted with the types of engine storage from the collection and compile specific requirements, including parameters, which the designed device should meet. In the following chapter, I made variant stool designs, from which I chose the most suitable one. I further specifically describe and specify it. The result of this work is a complete design of the work and test bench for the power units of historic motorcycles. The designed device is simple to manufacture, but at the same time very versatile. High temperature coatings for gas turbine blades

Smyslem této bakalářské práce je představení technologií nástřiků vysokoteplotních povlaků pro lopatky plynových turbín. Důraz je kladen na obeznámení se s vlastnostmi jednotlivých povlaků, jejich možnostmi zvýšení životnosti lopatek a jejich odolnosti vůči poškození a teplotním vlivům. V rámci práce je zhodnocen potenciál výrazně zvýšit efektivitu plynových turbín pomocí různých druhů povlaků a chlazení lopatek. Dále jsou popsány a porovnány jednotlivé techniky nástřiků. V neposlední řadě práce obsahuje bližší popis nejmodernějších povlaků sloužících jako tepelná bariéra, včetně charakteristik nezbytných pro následnou výpočtovou část. Výpočtová část obsahuje výpočet vedení tepla lopatkou. Závěr práce je věnován budoucímu využití povlaků z autorova pohledu.The purpose of this bachelor thesis is the overview of technology of high temperature coatings for gas turbine blades. The familiarization with properties of individual coatings, their capabilities to increase the blades durability and their resistance to damage and temperature influences are emphasized in this work. The potential of significant increase of gas turbines efficiency using different types of coating and cooling of the blades was evaluated in this thesis. Additionally the individual coating techniques are described and compared. Last but not least, this thesis contains closer description of the state-of-the-art thermal barrier coatings including the characteristics required for the following computing part. The computing part deals with calculation of heat transfer through the blade. The conclusion is dedicated to the future use of the coatings from the author's perspective.

Extending of Useful Length of the Transport Tracks in Railway Station Frýdek-Místek

Náplní této bakalářské práce je vypracování studie o prodloužení užitné délky výtažné koleje železniční stanice Frýdek-Místek z aktuálních parametrů na délku 750 m. Studie povede ke splnění požadavků ze strany především nákladní dopravy a napojení řešené koleje na hlavní kolej, vedoucí směrem k železniční stanici Baška. Práce zahrnuje zdůvodnění studie, informace o zájmovém území a popis současného stavu řešené koleje, včetně popisu objektů, které se na této koleji nacházejí. Návrh je proveden v jedné variantě, která obsahuje směrové řešení trasy a přibližnou kalkulaci výše všech nákladů. Nový stav je vyobrazen ve vizualizaci.The main target of this bachelor thesis is a research which consists of a extension of useful length turnout track in the railway station Frydek – Mistek from present parameters to new length 750 metres. This research will lead to meeting requirements of mainly freight traffic connection of mentioned track to main track leading to Baska station. My work consists of explanation of research, information about present situation and description of present situation and objects located on this track. Marketing analysis of Ags mowing machines and their comparison to competition

katedra: KPE; rozsah: 44From the beginning this study deals with comprehensive marketing analysis of the mowing machine AGS and its comparison with its competitors. It pursues evaluation of qualities and advantages of the mowing machine produced by Seco Group on the domestic market. It also reviews firm's sales which rise every year. The main part of the study deals with marketing mix on both practical and theoretical levels using the findings which have been gained through studying marketing. The study describes the differences between particular machines covering the technical parameters, the design, the distribution channels and the promotion. It tries to evaluate the comparative parameters but also the subjective opinion of an appearance and general knowledge of the brand. Concretely, they were technical parameters, price and range of the distribution channels. In the interpretation of the analysis results, which was the main goal of this work, it was proved by using analysis data as a basis that the AGS machines stand out above the competition in almost every way.Práce se již od úvodu zabývá komplexní marketingovou analýzou žacího stroje Ags a porovnáním s jeho konkurenty. Snaží se o zhodnocení kvalit a výhod žacího stroje společnosti Seco Group na domácím trhu. Zároveň hodnotí prodeje firmy, které se zvyšují pravidelně každý rok. Stěžejní část práce se zabývá marketingovým mixem na úrovni jak praktické, tak i teoretické s využitím poznatků nabytých v rámci studia marketingu. Práce popisuje rozdíly mezi jednotlivými stroji co se týče technických parametrů, designu, distribučních sítí a reklamy. Snaží se o objektivní hodnocení porovnávaných parametrů, ale zároveň i o subjektivní hodnocení vzhledu a všeobecného povědomí o značce výrobku. Konkrétně se jednalo o technické parametry, cenu a rozsah distribuční sítě. Ve vyhodnocení výsledků analýzy, což bylo hlavním cílem práce, bylo na základě získaných dat prokázáno, že stroje AGS vynikají nad svými konkurenty téměř ve všech směrech

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout adaptor pro zobrazování diagramu oka digitálních signálů v základním pásmu. Adaptor je zařízení, pomocí kterého můžeme znázornit zkreslení signálu vzniklé průchodem přes přenosový kanál, pomocí X-Y zobrazení osciloskopu.Tento adaptor měl být v provedení s obnovou taktovacího signálu. Adaptor s obnovou taktovacího signálu je rozdělen na dvě samostatné části. Část vysílací, která se skládá z bloků generátoru taktovacího signálu a bloku generátoru pseudonáhodné posloupnosti. Tyto bloky mi vytvořili 127–bitovou posloupnost s různou taktovací frekvencí (2 MHz, 4 MHz, 8 MHz a 16 MHz). Ve vyhodnocovací část adaptoru, která je složena z obvodů obnovy taktovacího signálu, děliče kmitočtu, dolní propusti a fázového korektoru pro fázovou synchronizaci signálu a přizpůsobovacích zesilovačů, se tento signál rozdělil na dvě větve. První procházela přes přizpůsobovací zesilovač a byla přivedena na vertikální svorky osciloskopu. Druhá procházela postupně výše zmíněnými obvody a je nakonec byla přivedena na horizontální svorku osciloskopu. Jednotlivé bloky byly detailně navrhnuty a byla sestavena realizační schémata pro obě části adaptoru. Z těchto témat jsem poté navrhl DPS pro jednotlivé části adaptoru. Byly to bloky vysílací části adaptoru, vyhodnocovací části adaptoru, bloky zdrojů a subpanely pro oba hlavní bloky. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce jsou úplné podklady pro realizaci tohoto adaptoru. Přímá realizace není požadována.The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was to design an adaptor for imaging the eye diagram of digital video signals in the basic zone. Adaptor is a device by which we can illustrate the signal distortion resulting from the passage through the transmission channel, using the XY displeying.This adaptor should be designed with the symbol timing recovery. This means that the adaptor has been divided into two parts. Part of the broadcast, which consists of a units generator timing signal, generator block and pseudorandom sequences. These blocks of me created a 127-bit sequence with different frequencies (2 MHz, 4 MHz, 8 MHz and 16 MHz). In the evaluation of the adaptor, which is composed of symbol timing recovery, frequency dividers, low pass filter and all-pass network for phase synchronization and adjustment signal amplifiers, the signal is divided into two branches. The first walked through a matching amplifier and led to vertical clamps oscilloscope. The second passes through progressively above districts and ultimately led to the horizontal clamp oscilloscope. The individual blocks were designed in detail and implementation schemes were drawn up for both of the adapter. From these themes, I then proposed a DPS for each of the adaptor. They were blocks of broadcast adaptor, evaluation of the adaptor, the blocks of resources and subpanel for two main blocks. The result of this work is complete documentation for the implementation of this adaptor. Direct implementation is not required.

Increase of Speed on Railway Track No. 323 in the Section between Railstations Frýdek-Místek – Frýdlant nad Ostravicí

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na návrh modernizace nevyhovujícího úseku železniční tratě číslo 323, v úseku Frýdek-Místek a Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. Ten je proveden ve dvou variantách. Navržené řešení by mělo zajistit zvýšení traťové rychlosti a frekvence spojů. Stupeň projektové dokumentace odpovídá studii. V práci jsou uvedeny důvody vzniku studie, cíle studie a také řešení pro dosažení cílů. Popsán je současný stav řešeného úseku, daná lokalita v blízkosti tratě, ale i širší vztahy. Navržené varianty jsou porovnány mezi sebou a také se schválenou studii proveditelnosti s názvem „Beskydy“. Pro výhodnější variantu je vytvořená finanční rozvaha.This diploma thesis contains a project of modernisation of unacceptable part of a railway line no. 323, between Frydek –Mistek and Frydlant nad Ostravici. There is subscribed a present situation of the designated railway section inc. surroundings and extended contexts. Designated variants are compared to each other and then compared to approve feasibility study called „Beskydy“. Two-Quadrant Electronic Load with Current Reversation Designed for a Signal Applications

Práce popisuje řešení návrhu elektronické zátěže s reverzací proudu pro signálové aplikace, kde jsou sledovány transientní odezvy výstupního napětí testovaných zařízení. Na základě rešerše byly zvoleny dvě různé topologie zapojení. Pro každou variantu byla vypracována simulace v prostředí Orcad, odvození vztahu pro výstupní proud, výběr součástek, návrh desky plošných spojů a realizace. Cílem je najít vhodné řešení elektronické zátěže pro konkrétní testované zařízení a změření dynamické odezvy v závislosti na změně výstupního proudu.This paper describes design solution of electronic load with current reversion dedicated for signal applications, where the dynamic output voltage response of tested device is measured. Two different circuit topologies were selected, based on previous research. Simulation in Orcad was performed for each circuit, as well as derivation of formula for output current, part selection, design of printed circuit board and realization. The goal is to find the best solution of electronic load for specific device and measurement of dynamic response when output current changes.430 - Katedra elektronikyvýborn
