    Después de desarrollar este tema, la problemática sobre las intervenciones de enfermería en la atención prenatal se llegó a la conclusión que existe todavía mucha dificultad para la elaboración de un control prenatal con calidad y calidez. El control prenatal es un conjunto de acciones y procedimientos muy importantes destinados a la prevención de la morbimortalidad materna y perinatal, así como la preparación de la madre para el parto y cuido del recién nacido. También sirve para detectar y manejar adecuadamente factores de riesgos y problemas que resulten durante el embarazo, parto y puerperio. El propósito de nuestra investigación fue relacionar las intervenciones de enfermería según la norma y la aplicación de esta durante la atención prenatal en el centro de salud Trinidad Guevara Narváez de Matagalpa durante el segundo semestre del año 2016. Una vez por semana desde agosto hasta noviembre del 2016 se visitó el sector 1 de este centro de salud para observar la calidad de la atención prenatal en mujeres con embarazos de bajo riesgo. Se observó que en la mayoría de los controles prenatales se realizaron de acuerdo a las normativas Minsa, pero también existen muchas dificultades en el cumplimiento del 100% de dichas normativas protocolos de atención, debido a diferentes factores, tanto como tiempo lugar de la entrevista, recursos necesarios y disposición del personal de enfermería y paciente.     Optimising large galaxy surveys for ISW detection

    We report on investigations of the power of next generation cosmic microwave background and large scale structure surveys in constraining the nature of dark energy through the cross-correlation of the Integrated Sachs Wolfe effect and the galaxy distribution. First we employ a signal to noise analysis to find the most appropriate properties of a survey in order to detect the correlated signal at a level of more than 4 sigma: such a survey should cover more than 35% of the sky, the galaxy distribution should be probed with a median redshift higher than 0.8, and the number of galaxies detected should be higher than a few per squared arcmin. We consider the forthcoming surveys DUNE, LSST, SNAP, PanSTARRS. We then compute the constraints that the DUNE survey can put on the nature of dark energy (through different parametrizations of its equation of state) with a standard Fisher matrix analysis. We confirm that, with respect to pure CMB constraints, cross-correlation constraints help in breaking degeneracies among the dark energy and the cosmological parameters. Naturally, the constraining capability is not independent of the choice of the dark energy model. Despite being weaker than some other probes (like Gravitational Weak-Lensing), these constraints are complementary to them, being sensitive to the high-redshift behaviour of the dark energy.Comment: 7 pages, 9 figures, 2 table

    El empleo de mala fe en la demanda de revisión judicial afecta el procedimiento de ejecución coactiva en la Municipalidad de Independencia periodo 2021

    Con el actual estudio de investigación se busca examinar los perjuicios que genera el mal empleo de la demanda de revisión judicial contra el procedimiento de ejecución coactiva, dicho perjuicio se logra apreciar tanto en la recaudación de una entidad así como en el incremento de carga laboral al Poder Judicial , lo que representa un daño al interés público, ya que este mecanismo que tiene como finalidad revisar la legalidad y el cumplimiento de la normativa de la ley coactiva, en realidad es empleado para dilatar y evitar se realice el cobro mediante la aplicación de las medidas cautelares dispuestas en el ejercicio de la cobranza forzosa de una deuda que el obligado se reúsa a pagar pese a las notificaciones de requerimiento de pago que la entidad notifica; afectando de esta forma el trabajo que efectúa una entidad para lograr el recupero de una deuda así como también incrementa la carga laboral en el Poder Judicial pues lamentablemente existe un vacío legal en la ley coactiva en su art. 23° del TUO de la Ley N.º 26979 , pues esta favorece a los obligados al permitir que dispongan de su patrimonio que se encuentra a disposición de la entidad ejecutante debido a algún embargo dispuesto, pudiendo traspasar sus bienes a un tercero a fin de evitar la operación de recupero de la deuda, sin tener límites para su interposición dejando abierta la facultad que posee el obligado de mandar a revisión judicial el procedimiento en reiteradas oportunidades, ya que para la paralización temporal del procedimiento de ejecución coercitiva y el levantamiento de las medidas cautelares únicamente basta el poner en conocimiento a la entidad el cargo de ingreso de la Demanda de Revisión Judicial, no siendo requisito su admisibilidad. Como base estudio empleare la oficina de Ejecución Coactiva de la Municipalidad Distrital de Independencia a fin de evaluar como es empleado este recurso por parte de los obligados ante la ejecución de la cobranza coactiva. El presente estudio utilizara el enfoque cualitativo, mediante el diseño metodológico que está direccionado a efectuar un análisis interpretativo de hecho y a descripciones detalladas de determinadas situaciones o eventos, estableciendo una problemática a través de la observación.With the current research study it is sought to examine the damages generated by the misuse of the demand for judicial review against the coercive execution procedure, this damage can be seen both in the collection of an entity as well as in the increase in workload to the Judiciary, which represents a damage to the public interest, since this mechanism, whose purpose is to review the legality and compliance with the regulations of the coercive law, is actually used to delay and prevent the collection from being made through the application of the precautionary measures ordered in the exercise of the forced collection of a debt that the obligor refuses to pay despite notifications of payment requirements that the entity notifies; thus affecting the work carried out by an entity to achieve the recovery of a debt as well as increasing the workload in the Judiciary because unfortunately there is a legal vacuum in the coercive law in its art. 23° of the TUO of Law No. 26979, since it favors the obligors by allowing them to dispose of their assets that are at the disposal of the executing entity due to a disposed embargo, being able to transfer their assets to a third party in order to avoid the debt recovery operation, without having limits for its interposition, leaving open the power that the obligor possesses to send the procedure to judicial review on repeated occasions, since for the temporary paralysis of the coercive execution procedure and the lifting of the precautionary measures, it is only enough to inform the entity of the filing charge of the Demand for Judicial Review, its admissibility not being a requirement. As a study base I will use the Coercive Execution office of the District Municipality of Independencia in order to evaluate how this resource is used by those obliged before the execution of the coercive collection. The present study will use the qualitative approach, through the methodological design that is directed to carry out an interpretive analysis of fact and detailed descriptions of certain situations or events, establishing a problem through observation

    [EN] We try to study the quality of life in Donostia, in the sense that we want to study the relationship that can exist among those inhabitants of the housings and the structure of the same ones. We will attempt to look for a link among inhabitant's type, housing type and homogeneous areas of Donostia, using various techniques in Multivariate analysis. We will use, for example, the Analysis of Principal Components, that is a technique of reduction of the dimensionality of a group of continuous variables, to be able to pick up in few factors or components, most of the information of those variables.     IN SILICO METHODS FOR DRUG DESIGN AND DISCOVERY

    Computer-aided drug design (CADD) methodologies are playing an ever-increasing role in drug discovery that are critical in the cost-effective identification of promising drug candidates. These computational methods are relevant in limiting the use of animal models in pharmacological research, for aiding the rational design of novel and safe drug candidates, and for repositioning marketed drugs, supporting medicinal chemists and pharmacologists during the drug discovery trajectory.Within this field of research, we launched a Research Topic in Frontiers in Chemistry in March 2019 entitled “In silico Methods for Drug Design and Discovery,” which involved two sections of the journal: Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Theoretical and Computational Chemistry. For the reasons mentioned, this Research Topic attracted the attention of scientists and received a large number of submitted manuscripts. Among them 27 Original Research articles, five Review articles, and two Perspective articles have been published within the Research Topic. The Original Research articles cover most of the topics in CADD, reporting advanced in silico methods in drug discovery, while the Review articles offer a point of view of some computer-driven techniques applied to drug research. Finally, the Perspective articles provide a vision of specific computational approaches with an outlook in the modern era of CADD

    Nobody should have a monopoly of the truth in this universe. The censorship and suppression of challenging ideas against the tide of mainstream research, the blacklisting of scientists, for instance, is neither the best way to do and filter science, nor to promote progress in the human knowledge. The removal of good and novel ideas from the scientific stage is very detrimental to the pursuit of the truth. There are instances in which a mere unqualified belief can occasionally be converted into a generally accepted scientific theory through the screening action of refereed literature and meetings planned by the scientific organizing committees and through the distribution of funds controlled by "club opinions". It leads to unitary paradigms and unitary thinking not necessarily associated to the unique truth. This is the topic of this book: to critically analyze the problems of the official (and sometimes illicit) mechanisms under which current science (physics and astronomy in particular) is being administered and filtered today, along with the onerous consequences these mechanisms have on all of us.\ud \ud The authors, all of them professional researchers, reveal a pessimistic view of the miseries of the actual system, while a glimmer of hope remains in the "leitmotiv" claim towards the freedom in doing research and attaining an acceptable level of ethics in science

    Commercial Cuban feed evaluation for red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus x O. mossambicus) fry culture in seawater

    Background: Aquaculture slightly grew during last decade in Cuba due to nationally validated technologies and guaranteed market. Objective. To evaluate the effect of three commercial feeds (D10, D15 and D24, with 10, 15 and 24% inclusion of fishmeal, respectively) made in Cuba for freshwater aquaculture, in growth performance of red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus x O. mossambicus) fry adapted to seawater.Methods: Feeds proximal composition dwas determined. It was achieved the adaptation of red tilapia fry to seawater during 10 days with gradual increase of salinity. A bioassay was carried out according to a completely randomized design with three treatments and three replicates each. A total of 360 red tilapias with an initial mean weight of 0.14 ± 0.06 g, were randomly put in nine 40 L plastic containers filled with seawater, at a density of 40 individuals per container. They were fed with the commercial feeds during 55 days. Data were analyzed using one way ANOVA and Tukey's test (p < 0.05) to multiple comparisons.Results: The protein levels of D10 (29.19%), D15 (30.14%) and D24 (33.30%) were close to the value reported in the literature (30%) for hybrid larvae grown at 35‰. In the experimental design no significant differences were detected in final weight, specific growth rate, condition factor, feed conversion ratio and survival among the red tilapias fed with commercial diets. Conclusion: These results showed that the three commercial diets evaluated can be used to feed red tilapia fry adapted to marine environment.     Mixedness and entanglement for two-mode Gaussian states

    We analytically exploit the two-mode Gaussian states nonunitary dynamics. We show that in the zero temperature limit, entanglement sudden death (ESD) will always occur for symmetric states (where initial single mode compression is z0z_0) provided the two mode squeezing r0r_0 satisfies 0<r0<1/2log(cosh(2z0)).0 < r_0 < 1/2 \log (\cosh (2 z_0)). We also give the analytical expressions for the time of ESD. Finally, we show the relation between the single modes initial impurities and the initial entanglement, where we exhibit that the later is suppressed by the former.Comment: Accepted for publication in Optics Communication
