It's worth pointing out the importance of contributing to the simplification of procedures, as this book illustrates the user about the arrangements to be carried out at the Notary and will allow them to both understand their scope and to take the relevant documents to achieve their goal successfully. Talent identification and location: A configurational approach to talent pools

Purpose: Talent management (TM) has become a strategic priority for companies seeking to identify employees with outstanding performances and the potential to hold strategic positions in the future. In fact, talent is considered an intangible capital that adds value to the organisation. However, there are only a handful of studies in the literature that address the process of identifying talent in organisations for its subsequent development. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to reach a better understanding of the process of identifying and locating talent, while proposing a configurational approach as a theoretical framework for grouping talented individuals into different configurations or talent pools to initiate talent development in firms. Design/methodology: Case study methodology research based on four companies that have implemented TM programmes in Spain. Findings: The research questions formulated here and the case studies shed light on the process of identifying talent and on the criteria for grouping it in order to facilitate its future development. Our results highlight the following. First, talent means people with certain characteristics. Second, companies focus more on developing the talent identified than on considering the innate nature of that talent. Finally, talent can be found throughout an organisation, in both management and non-management positions. In turn, we conclude with the relevant theoretical contribution of the configurational approach to explain that a company's future competitive advantage is based on the different talent pools existing in its organisation that group talent for its differential management. Practical implications: Our results imply major recommendations for companies on how to identify talent and group it into talent pools in order to implement a process of differentiated management involving a range of temporal pathways. Originality/value: The identification and location of talent, as well as grouping it into talent pools, is an essential prior process for proposing the talent architecture that is so much in demand in the literature

La imagen y la narrativa como herramientas para el abordaje psicosocial en escenarios de violencia. Departamentos Antioquia, Chocó, Quindío y la Ciudad de Madrid

El documento presenta un conjunto de elementos basados en el análisis reflexivo, y el significado que se le da a la fotovoz, la imagen y la narrativa como técnica e instrumento que permite la expresión de subjetividades de manera individual y colectiva. Se toma la fotovoz como herramienta participativa de las comunidades, orientada a acciones liberadoras y emancipadoras que contribuyan al cambio social desde lo individual a lo colectivo, reconociendo vivencias, fortalezas y habilidades bajo una visión crítica. Se han abordado diferentes contextos por las estudiantes que dan cuenta de hechos violentos que han afectado significativamente a las comunidades, reconociendo el dolor que han vivido y a su vez la capacidad de adaptación a estas situaciones adversas. Además, se trabaja el relato de Ana Ligia, llevándonos a escenarios de violencia e injusticia, evidenciándose vulnerabilidad de derechos de las víctimas coartándoles de su libertad, hechos que conducen a la víctima a vivir bajo el miedo y la opresión. Se formulan preguntas de tipo estratégica, circular y reflexiva con el objetivo de comprender desde la acción psicosocial cómo el personaje del relato ha sobrevivido al horror de la violencia y qué impacto tiene actualmente en su vida y la de su familia. A su vez se analiza el caso de "Peñas Coloradas” caso en el que además de evidenciarse violencia, desplazamiento forzado, se manifiesta abuso de poder, destierro y atropello hacia la comunidad, de esta manera podemos visibilizar historias de vida que les definen, aquellos relatos que son parte de la narrativa, abordando historias personales, donde se transmiten experiencias, eventos significativos y realidades en contextos determinados. Así es como se propone acompañamiento psicosocial posibilitando procesos de problematización, restauración y resiliencia en la comunidad, con el firme propósito de crear acciones emancipadoras que transformen al individuo desde la individualidad a lo colectivo. Proceso que genera experiencias positivas para enfrentar situaciones en lo cotidiano como el miedo, el estrés la ansiedad y así rescatar lo positivo de cada vivencia, aceptando lo vivido, haciendo que aquellas experiencias dolorosas ya no sean bloqueantes y permitan la transformación y el cambio liberador.The document presents a set of elements based on reflective analysis, and the meaning given to the photovoice, the image and the narrative as a technique and instrument that allows the expression of subjectivities individually and collectively. Photovoice is taken as a participatory tool of the communities, oriented to liberating and emancipating actions that contribute to social change from the individual to the collective, recognizing experiences, strengths and abilities under a critical vision. Different contexts have been approached by the students who report violent events that have significantly affected the communities, recognizing the pain they have experienced and, in turn, the ability to adapt to these adverse situations. In addition, the story of Ana Ligia is worked on, taking us to scenes of violence and injustice, evidencing the vulnerability of the rights of the victims, restricting their freedom, facts that lead the victim to live under fear and oppression. Strategic, circular and reflective questions are formulated with the aim of understanding from psychosocial action how the character in the story has survived the horror of violence and what impact it currently has on his life and that of his family. The case of "Peñas Coloradas" is analyzed, a case in which, in addition to evidence of violence, forced displacement, abuse of power, exile and abuse of the community are manifested, in this way we can make visible life stories that define them, those stories that are part of the narrative, addressing personal stories, where experiences, significant events and realities are transmitted in specific contexts. This is how psychosocial support is proposed, enabling processes of problematization, restoration and resilience in the community, with the firm purpose of creating emancipatory actions that transform the individual from individuality to the collective. Process that generates positive experiences to face everyday situations such as fear, stress, anxiety and thus rescue the positive of each experience, accepting what has been lived, making those painful experiences no longer blocking and allowing transformation and liberating change

Esta investigación más allá de identificar los principales lineamientos que compromete el consumo de psicofármacos, busca sensibilizar y mejorar las condiciones del conocimiento que se posee frente a dicha problemática, haciendo énfasis básicamente en las condiciones favorables que se desencadenan si se tiene un adecuado manejo, control y suministro de este tipo de medicamentos, mejorando por tanto la calidad de vida de estas personas

Municipio de Bogotá.Este trabajo tiene la finalidad de compartir el análisis y desarrollo desde los temas propuestos por la UNAD para el desarrollo del mismo, desde el enfoque narrativo como estrategia psicosocial de trasformación permitiéndonos interactuar y conocer este valioso instrumento de intervención en escenarios que han sido víctimas de violencia y marginación. Explorando diversas problemáticas como en este caso, la de violencia en lo cotidianos tales como el conflicto armado interno vivido en Colombia. Donde a través de esta herramienta se visibilizan las estrategias de afrontamiento de las comunidades que habitan en estos contextos expresando metafóricamente su sufrimiento y marginación. Exponiendo su dolor mediante la subjetividad reconociendo la realidad y de forma objetiva preparar he identificar las bases de resistencia para superar circunstancias traumáticas del pasado y con los recursos identificados trabajar en la reconstrucción y empoderamiento.This work has the purpose of sharing the analysis and development of the topics., and marginalization. Obesity status and obesity-associated gut dysbiosis effects on hypothalamic structural covariance

Background: Functional connectivity alterations in the lateral and medial hypothalamic networks have been associated with the development and maintenance of obesity, but the possible impact on the structural properties of these networks remains largely unexplored. Also, obesity-related gut dysbiosis may delineate specific hypothalamic alterations within obese conditions. We aim to assess the effects of obesity, and obesity and gut-dysbiosis on the structural covariance differences in hypothalamic networks, executive functioning, and depressive symptoms. Methods: Medial (MH) and lateral (LH) hypothalamic structural covariance alterations were identified in 57 subjects with obesity compared to 47 subjects without obesity. Gut dysbiosis in the subjects with obesity was defined by the presence of high (n = 28) and low (n = 29) values in a BMI-associated microbial signature, and posthoc comparisons between these groups were used as a proxy to explore the role of obesity-related gut dysbiosis on the hypothalamic measurements, executive function, and depressive symptoms. Results: Structural covariance alterations between the MH and the striatum, lateral prefrontal, cingulate, insula, and temporal cortices are congruent with previously functional connectivity disruptions in obesity conditions. MH structural covariance decreases encompassed postcentral parietal cortices in the subjects with obesity and gut-dysbiosis, but increases with subcortical nuclei involved in the coding food-related hedonic information in the subjects with obesity without gut-dysbiosis. Alterations for the structural covariance of the LH in the subjects with obesity and gut-dysbiosis encompassed increases with frontolimbic networks, but decreases with the lateral orbitofrontal cortex in the subjects with obesity without gut-dysbiosis. Subjects with obesity and gut dysbiosis showed higher executive dysfunction and depressive symptoms. Conclusions: Obesity-related gut dysbiosis is linked to specific structural covariance alterations in hypothalamic networks relevant to the integration of somatic-visceral information, and emotion regulation
