HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONDISI KERJA DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN GMF AEROASIA DI TANGERANG

ARIEF BUDIMAN, Correlation between Working Conditions with Employee Satisfaction PT GMF AeroAsia. Thesis, Tangerang. Commerce Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2013. This research was conducted at PT GMF AeroAsia in Tangerang, for four months from March 2013 to June 2013. The research method used was a survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT GMF AeroAsia. Population inaccessibility dalaha PT GMF AeroAsia security management division by 40 people. The sampling technique used was simple random technique as many as 37 people. To capture the data from the two variables used questionnaire Likert scale models for working conditions (variable X) and job satisfaction (variable Y). Before this instrument is used to test the validity of these two variables. For a variable X, from 18 point statement after the statement validated that there are 4 drop, while meeting the criteria or valid statement consists of 14 items. For variable Y, from 14 point statement after statement validated that there is a 3 point drop, while meeting the criteria or valid comprises 11 framed items. Calculation of the reliability of both variables using Cronbach Alpha formula. X variable reliability results of 0.816 and outcome variable Y reliability of 0.811. This result proved that the instrument is reliable. The result of regression equation is Y = 17.02 + 0.47 X. Test requirements analysis is the normality test on the estimated error of regression Y on X with Liliefors test produces results while Lt Lo = 0.120 = 0.146. This proves that the estimated regression Y on X is normally distributed normally. Linearity regression test produces Fhitung F, ie 9.22> 4.13, meaning that the regression equation significantly. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0.610, later tested the significance of the correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting t = 4.488 and t table = 1.70. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.610 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained at 37.19%, which indicates that 37.19% variation in working conditions is determined by job satisfaction

Bottom Flashing Pada menara Distilasi

Distillation is the most frequently used method of separation in chemical process industries and is well known as the energy consumer. So, a practice of decreasing energy requirement could have considerable impact on the existing distillation process. One of the candidates for reducing energy consumption is bottom flashing. In this system, the column and condenser are maintained at high pressure by means of a compressor installed between output vapor from reboiler and the column, while the pressure of the reboiler is maintained at atmospheric condition. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the bottom flashing in distillation column from view point of separation performance and energy characteristics. It is found that this system is less energy consumption and exergy losses compared to the conventional column

PENSERTIFIKATAN TANAH NEGARA OLEH MASYARAKAT MENJADI TANAH HAK MILIK

 Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturan tentang penguasaan tanah negara oleh masyarakat dalam Undang-Undang Pertanahan di Indonesia, bagaimana proses pensertifikatan atas tanah negara oleh masyarakat di Kota Balikpapan, dan faktor-faktor yang menjadi hambatan dalam pensertifikatan tanah negara dan bagaimana upaya mengatasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam melakukan pensertifikatan tanah negara menjadi hak milik di kota balikpapan kalimantan timur. Penguasaan tanah negara yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalahdengan mengajukan Izin Membuka Tanah Negara (IMTN), serta proses pensertifikatan tanah negara harus dengan mengajukan IMTN ke DPPR terlebih dahulu sebagai syarat pensertifikatan tanah yang selanjutnya akan diproses oleh BPN, dan hambatan dalam pensertifikatan adalah diadakannya dua kali peninjauan dalam penguasaan hak atas tanah dan upaya dalam mengatasi adalah dengan adanya mediasi apabila terjadi sengketa tanah.Kata Kunci: pensertifikatan, tanah,  mediasi, negara, sengketa  The caller aims to know how to manage government land mastery by the community in the land law in Indonesia, how the process of the certificate of national land by the community in the city of Balikpapan, and the factors that are the barriers to the national land acquisition and how the efforts to overcome the barriers faced in carrying out land certification to the property in the city of Balikpapan East Kalimantan. KEBERADAAN KEBUTUHAN EXISTENCE, RELATEDNESS, GROWTH, DALAM VIDEO GAME HARVEST MOON BACK TO NATURE

Playing video games is basically an activity where it must have an stimulus energy which is commonly referred to as motivation. Without motivation, player will not be interested in playing a video game with a long duration. The Harvest Moon Back to Nature video game as a video game that was quite successful, which made the video game a legendary video game for the audience's audience as early as 1997. It creates interest which in turn encourages researchers to know more about how motivation for human needs is presented by the Harvest Moon Back to Nature video game. This research fundamentally use interpretative analytical descriptive method with narrative approach. Using a view from ERG theory Alderfer, which according to him motivation is related to basic human needs which consist of existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs.. From the results of the research conducted using these instruments, it can be concluded that the power of motivation has been presented in the Harvest Moon Back to Nature video game from the fulfillment of existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs, both in the context events of farming, raising, and in carrying out other events

WOMAN REPRESENTATION AT BUMPER STICKERS ON THE BACKS OF DUMP TRUCKS

The use of woman as a commercial object or advertisements through written expression by the drivers at the bumper stickers on the backs of dump trucks is rapidly adopted. It is said that the more peculiar of the written expression, the higher prestige earned by the truck drivers. This research aims to analysis the bumper stickers on the backs of dump trucks that use woman as an object of its written expression by using appraisal system. The data used in this research are from blogs through online that list some bumper stickers from Jabotabek area.The methods used to analyze the data are referential method and substitusional method.The result reveals that the representation of woman as an object of written expression at the bumper stickers on the backs of dump trucks always has negative connotation, especially as an object of sexual matters by the men

Analisis Yuridis terhadap Kawin Batambuah yang Dilakukan oleh Masyarakat Adat Minangkabau di Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat

Adat (customary) law in Indonesia generally recognizes polygamy system among the adat sovereignties and peers in several regions. In Minangkabau, this system is known as ‘kawin batambuah'(making more wives) since adat and religion permit a man to get married with 4 women so that some people consider it as a token of pride and fame. The research was conducted in Agam District, West Sumatera, where ‘kawin batambuah' still exists. The samples consisted of 3 subdistricts: Ampek Angkek Subdistrict, Kamang Magek Subdistrict, and Canduang Subdistrict in Agam District, taken by using random sampling technique. The result of the research shows that the implementation of ‘kawin batabuah' is only performed in religious manner which has the impact on the children, the wives, and the joint property. The impact on the children is that they are only the children of their mother without the responsibility of the father. The impact on the wives is that they do not get any fairness since the husbands tend to love their younger wives than the old ones. The impact on the joint property is that it will belong to the wives since their husbands are only ‘sumando'/visitors to their ‘rumah gadang' so that it is difficult to contribute the property since the marriage is based on religion. In Islam, polygamy is permitted on condition that the wives are not more than 4 although in Agam District some men have more than 4 wives

Currently, the use of information technology (it) has become one of the supporting organization\u27s success, but if your organization does not have good control of it, it will only burden or new problems in the organization. Therefore, we need good governance to overcome the gap between the description of the recommended system with the necessary description for the actual system implementation. And to measure the extent to which IT alignment with business activities and measure the extent to which maturity level an organization can be done by using the COBIT framework. Therefore we need a IT unit for Merdeka Madiun University, and always to check the degree of IT alignment with business activities to add value for more competitive organization. Â

IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN DISIPLIN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI SEKRETARIAT BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH (BAPPEDA) KABUPATEN KUNINGAN

ABSTRAK Reformasi birokrasi dilaksanakan dalam rangka untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik (good governance). Dengan kata lain, reformasi birokrasi adalah langkah strategis untuk membangun aparatur negara agar lebih berdaya guna dan berhasil guna dalam mengemban tugas umum pemerintahan dan pembangunan nasional. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, maka langkah awal yang harus dilakukan adalah meningkatkan disiplin pegawai. Begitu juga dengan pegawai negeri sipil di Badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan disiplin pegawai negeri sipil di sekretariat Badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah Kabupaten Kuningan dan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi dalam proses implementasi kebijakan disiplin pegawai negeri sipil di sekretariat Badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah Kabupaten Kuningan serta untuk mengetahui usaha-usaha apa saja dalam mengatasi hambatan dalam proses implementasi kebijakan disiplin pegawai negeri sipil di sekretariat Badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah Kabupaten Kuningan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan disiplin pegawai negeri sipil di sekretariat Badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah Kabupaten Kuningan belum optimal. Adapun faktor – faktor apa yang mempengaruhi dalam proses implementasi kebijakan disiplin pegawai negeri sipil di sekretariat Badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah Kabupaten Kuningan menurut teori Merilee S.Grindle dipengaruhi oleh dua variabel besar, yakni isi kebijakan dan lingkungan implementasi. Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan dalam implementasi kebijakan disiplin pegawai negeri sipil di Sekretariat Badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah Kabupaten Kuningan diantaranya adalah dengan melakukan pemberian reward & punishment. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan analisis Miles & Huberman. Adapun fokus penelitiannya adalah implementasi kebijakan disiplin pegawai negeri sipil di sekretariat Badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah Kabupaten Kuningan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan mengadakan pengamatan langsung terhadap objek yang diteliti, mengadakan wawancara dengan informan untuk mendapatkan informasi sebanyak mungkin dengan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan mengenai masalah yang diteliti dan studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui dokumen-dokumen tertulis, buku-buku, laporan-laporan, serta peraturan perundang-undangan yang erat kaitannya dengan penelitian ini
