Influence of developer factors on code quality: a data study

Since these tools only examine the software project’s codebase, they overlook other possible factors that may impact code quality and the assessment of the technical debt (TD). Our initial hypothesis is that human factors associated with the software developers, like coding expertise, communication skills, and experience in the project have some measurable impact on the code quality. In this exploratory study, we test this hypothesis on two large open source repositories, using TD as a code quality metric and the data that may be inferred from the version control systems. The preliminary results of our statistical analysis suggest that the level of participation of the developers and their experience in the project have a positive correlation with the amount of TD that they introduce. Latium Maius versus Latiun Minus en la Hispania Flavia

[Resumen] La concesión del ius Latii a Hispania realizada por el emperador Vespasiano ha estado siempre envuelta en polémica, por cuanto la doctrina no se pone de acuerdo en cuanto al alcance de tal concesión. Por un lado, se discute si se trató de un Latium maius o de un Latium minus, y por otro, si el ius Latii otorgado tuvo o no alcance universal. La persecución jurídica contra Prisciliano

En este trabajo analizamos los motivos reales para encausar a Prisciliano, y la legalidad del proceso llevado a cabo contra el obispo de Ávila, por el que fue condenado a pena de muerte en un proceso civil, extraño a la condición eclesiástica de Prisciliano. La conclusión es que el proceso fue legal desde el punto de vista formal, pero no los motivos que se adujeron para llegar a la pena máxima contra el célebre reo.In this paper we analyze the real reasons to prosecute Prisciliano, and legality of the process undertaken against the bishop of Avila, for which he was sentenced to death in a civil, foreign to the ecclesiastical conditions of Prisciliano.
