Multiparentalidade e exercício do poder familiar: desafios e implicações ao direito de família em transformação
The purpose of this article is to examine how family power materializes in multiparenting situations. It is noteworthy that possible conflicts may arise when exercising paternity or simultaneous motherhood, a fact that in fact requires a thorough study, given the lack of legislation specific to the theme, as well as the extent of the legal effects produced by it. Using the various doctrinal concepts regarding the family, the exercise of family power and multiparenthood, the study derives mainly from bibliographical, doctrinal and jurisprudential research, through qualitative research, as deductive method, using logic and deduction to obtain yourself an answer to the problem. As a possible conclusion, it is understood that it is necessary that the social-affective parents are guaranteed the same rights and duties as the biological parents, without having one paternity or maternity prevail over the other. Although the term may be considered recent, the jurisprudence is proving to be peaceful, since with the general repercussion thesis established by the Supreme Court in the judgment of RE 898.060, it was noticed the inclination of the other courts to support this issue, maintaining the two forms of paternity without excluding the family power of the other.O presente artigo tem por finalidade examinar como o poder familiar se consubstancia em situações de multiparentalidade.
The overlap lattice Dirac operator and dynamical fermions
I show how to avoid a two level nested conjugate gradient procedure in the
context of Hybrid Monte Carlo with the overlap fermionic action. The resulting
procedure is quite similar to Hybrid Monte Carlo with domain wall fermions, but
is more flexible and therefore has some potential worth exploring.Comment: Further expanded version. 12 pages, plain Te
Chiral fermions on the lattice
Chiral fermions resisted being put on the lattice for twenty years. This
raised the suspicion that asymptotically free chiral gauge theories were not
renormalizable outside perturbation theory and therefore could not be
mathematically extended to infinite energies. During the last several years the
situation has reversed itself. Today we believe that all the essential
ingredients for a full lattice definition of non-anomalous chiral gauge
theories are in place within the overlap construction. This construction is
based on earlier work by Callan and Harvey, by Kaplan and by Frolov and
Slavnov. It can be reinterpreted as coming from the Ginsparg-Wilson relation,
but, at the moment, it is a unique construction and therefore might also be the
way by which Nature itself regularizes chiral fermions. This is yet another
instance in which lattice field theory makes a potentially important
contribution to fundamental particle physics.Comment: 10 pages, latex, espcrc2.st
Vortices and domain walls in a Chern-Simons theory with magnetic moment interaction
We study the structure and properties of vortices in a recently proposed
Abelian Maxwell-Chern-Simons model in dimensions. The model which is
described by gauge field interacting with a complex scalar field, includes two
parity and time violating terms: the Chern-Simons and the anomalous magnetic
terms. Self-dual relativistic vortices are discussed in detail. We also find
one dimensional soliton solutions of the domain wall type. The vortices are
correctly described by the domain wall solutions in the large flux limit.Comment: To be published in Phys RevD 23 pages, RevTex, 5 figure
Vacuum structure for expanding geometry
We consider gravitational wave modes in the FRW metrics in a de Sitter phase
and show that the state space splits into many unitarily inequivalent
representations of the canonical commutation relations. Non-unitary time
evolution is described as a trajectory in the space of the representations. The
generator of time evolution is related to the entropy operator. The
thermodynamic arrow of time is shown to point in the same direction of the
cosmological arrow of time. The vacuum is a two-mode SU(1,1) squeezed state of
thermo field dynamics. The link between expanding geometry, squeezing and
thermal properties is exhibited.Comment: Latex file, epsfig, 1 figure, 21 page
