Investigar en la universidad católica: aportes desde el talante franciscano-humanista

Las universidades o instituciones de educación superior configuran su identidad, entre otros aspectos, a través del despliegue de las potencialidades que ofrece el ejercicio investigativo, tomando posturas o haciendo énfasis según intereses estatales o privados, en distintas direcciones. En este escenario las universidades “católicas” poseen una forma característica de concebir y promover la investigación, dando una respuesta clara ante las necesidades del contexto y de las culturas, al mismo tiempo que asumen la misión evangelizadora de la Iglesia. Luego de esbozar el quehacer de la investigación universitaria y de los aportes eclesiales para el cumplimiento de este propósito, se planteará la potencialidad inherente a la tradición franciscana entendida como un talante” que, fiel al evangelio, abierto al conocimiento y comprometido con la persona y la sociedad, se configura como un humanismo.Universities or institutions of higher education shape their identity, among other aspects, through the deployment of the potential offered by the research exercise, taking positions or emphasizing according to state or private interests, in different directions. In this scenario, "Catholic" universities have a characteristic way of conceiving and promoting research, giving a clear response to the needs of the context and cultures, while at the same time assuming the evangelizing mission of the Church. After outlining the task of university research and ecclesial contributions for the fulfillment of this purpose, Its will be considered the potential inherent in the Franciscan tradition understood as a "spirit" that, faithful to the Gospel, open to knowledge and committed to the person and society, is configured as a humanism.peerReviewe

Ecumenismo y construcción de la paz

El movimiento ecuménico ha sido objeto de reflexión teológica desde su nacimiento debido a la directa relación que tiene con la vivencia de la fe cristiana y los presupuestos eclesiológicos que conllevan las actitudes ante la diferencia, así como ante la anhelada unidad cristiana. En este marco, se presentará la relación entre el ecumenismo y la capacidad que tiene para construir la paz. Para ello, en primer lugar, se recordarán las divisiones que se han producido dentro del cristianismo. En segundo lugar, se dará cuenta del movimiento ecuménico y el potencial de unidad, teniendo como correlato el macroecumenismo. En este escenario se retoman afirmaciones eclesiológicas, en cuanto se cuestionan las notas esenciales de la Iglesia y se hace especial énfasis en la unidad. Y, en tercer lugar, se plantean algunos caminos de relación del ecumenismo con la paz.The ecumenical movement has been the subject of theological reflection from birth due to the direct relationship with the experience of Christian faith and ecclesiological assumptions that involve attitudes towards difference, and longed to Christian unity. In this context, the relationship between ecumenism and the capacity will be presented to build peace. To do this, first, the divisions that have occurred within Christianity will remember. In second place, will notice the ecumenical movement and the potential of unity, taking as a correlate the macroecumenism. In this scenario ecclesiological statements are taken up, as the essential notes of the Church are questioned, and special emphasis is placed on the unity. Hybrid Approach to Solve the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem

The Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) is one of the most studied problems in the field of transport logistics. This given that transport represents up to 10% of the value of a product. CVRP addresses the situation of finding the optimal number of vehicles to meet the demands of a set of customers. The assignment of vehicles to customers must be consolidated in routes of minimum cost, distance or time. Because this problem is of the NP-hard type, there are few instances that can be solved optimally. In this article, a greedy algorithm is presented to obtain approximate solutions to this problem in a fast way with the free license software Octave. For the comparison of results, instances with optimal values of the CVRPLIB database were used. The results showed that this algorithm was able to obtain feasible solutions with errors less than 14.0% for medium to large CVRP instances. In some cases, near-optimal solutions were obtained

Percepción infantil sobre el conflicto armado

Este proyecto está dedicado a conocer la percepción que tienen los niños que hacen parte del proyecto “Coja La Curva”, del barrio Caracol La Curva en la ciudad de Pereira, acerca del conflicto moderno en Colombia. Siendo Pereira uno de los territorios nacionales que ha refugiado un gran número de desplazados del conflicto armado provenientes de distintas partes del país, se interrogan los sucesos históricos y la opinión de los ciudadanos frente a estos, teniendo como población objetivo de esta investigación a los niños; búsqueda que arroja diversas evidencias entorno a cómo perciben este fenómeno y cuáles son las fuentes de las que se recibe información en los hogares. Se hace uso del dibujo por ser uno de los enfoques que son dirigidos en la Licenciatura en Artes Visuales, para la representación de esta temática; aquí se compila una serie de ilustraciones en las que inicialmente no se realiza intervención educativa, con el fin de descubrir los conceptos que han sido creados desde el seno familiar y los medios de comunicación que nos llevan a entender la formación de memorias mágicas, y que después, es confrontada con la historia real de los sucesos que iniciaron la guerra moderna en Colombia con la finalidad de despertar la memoria critica en los niños, experiencia que deja resultados satisfactorios, como podrá evidenciarse a lo largo de este trabajo

Influencia de la actividad física y los hábitos nutricionales sobre el riesgo de síndrome metabólico

The combination of several risk factors caused by obesity, sedentary lifestyle or different genetic factors, leads to suffer "metabolic syndrome", which increases the chance of developing cardiovascular disease. Objectives: Describe the risk of cardiovascular disease in members of Guardia Civil from a military complex in Madrid. Material and method: Descriptive cross-sectional study carried out by a 30 questions-survey, analytics and anthropometric measurements to the Guardia Civil staff who came to the medical service of their quartering between September 1 and October 31, 2014. Results: Sample of 76 subjects aged 20-62. 7’89% of individuals have three or more parameters related with metabolic syndrome diagnosis.Conclusions: Sedentary lifestyle and poor nutritional habits act negatively in lipid profile, blood pressure and BMI, increasing the risk of metabolic syndrome and, therefore, cardiovascular diseasesLa conjunción de varios factores de riesgo originados por la obesidad, el sedentarismo o por diversos factores genéticos, lleva a padecer el llamado “Síndrome Metabólico”, que incrementa la posibilidad de desarrollar enfermedades cardiovasculares. Objetivos: Describir el riesgo de padecer enfermedades cardiovasculares que tienen los miembros de la Guardia Civil de un complejo militar de Madrid. Material y método: Estudio descriptivo transversal, realizado mediante encuesta de 30 preguntas, analítica y medidas antropométricas al personal de la Guardia Civil que acudió al servicio médico de su acuartelamiento entre el 1 de septiembre y el 31 de octubre de 2014. Resultados: Muestra de 76 sujetos de entre 20 y 62 años. El 7’89% de los individuos tiene tres o más parámetros para el diagnóstico del Síndrome Metabólico. Conclusiones: El sedentarismo y los malos hábitos nutricionales actúan negativamente en el perfil lipídico, TA y el IMC de los individuos, haciendo que estos tengan más probabilidades de padecer SM y, por tanto, enfermedades cardiovasculares

Reuse of use cases diagrams: an approach based on ontologies and semantic web technologies

Software reuse is defined as the use of any artifact, or part thereof, created before, on a new Project. This practice has significant benefits in reducing costs and increasing quality and productivity in software development. Numerous approaches have been proposed aimed mostly at the source code reuse, but this type of reuse has its limitations because development platforms and technologies are constantly changing. Then, it is necessary to apply reuse over software artifacts created at higher levels of software life cycle such as requirements specification. This paper presents a tool for the reuse of use case diagrams by storing their information in OWL ontology and the use of Semantic Web technologies.Software reuse is defined as the use of any artifact, or part thereof, created before, on a new Project.
