Obsahem této práce je zpracování návrhu a implementace dílčí části informačního systému společnosti Ekoaudit. Konkrétní práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. V první části práce se věnuji teoretickému zpracování problematiky elementárních částí, které dělají informační systém informačním systémem. Praktická část je zaměřena na reálné zpracování návrhu a celkového implementačního řešení datové struktury v informačním systému společnosti.The content of this work is a processing of the draft and implementation of a partial part of information system of the company Ekoaudit. The specific work is consisted of theoretical and practical part. In the first part I devote to the theoretical processing of elementary components that make an information system the information system. The practical part is focused on real drafting and implementation of the total solution the data structure in information system.

The Proposal of Small Business Development Strategy for a Family Winery in Moravia Region

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na představení návrhu strategického rozvoje malého rodinného vinařství Stávek, sídlícího na Jižní Moravě. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy pro lepší pochopení problematiky rozvoje a růstu společnosti. V analytické části následně je zhodnocen současný stav podniku pomocí vybraných analytických metod. Toto zhodnocení bude sloužit jako podklad pro rozhodování o určení dalšího směru rozvoje. V návrhové části je podrobněji rozepsána vhodná strategie rozvoje včetně harmonogramu změn.The diploma thesis is focused on the proposal of strategic development of the small family winery Stavek located in South Moravia. The theoretical part defines the fundamentals necessary for better understanding the issues of the development and growth of the company. The current situation of the company is evaluated in the analytical part by using selected analytical methods. This evaluation will serve as a basis for deciding on the next strategic directions. The most suitable development strategy is specified in the design part of this thesis and includes schedule of changes for the near future.

Práce analyzuje situaci vinařství CROY na trhu a současně oboru vinařství a vinohradnictví jako celku. Navržená nekonvenční opatření zvýší konkurenceschopnost firmy na vysoce etablovaném trhu s víny a zajistí její další rozvoj a růst.This diploma thesis deals with a concept of measures that aim to find a competitive advantage of the company CROY Concept Ltd., which does business in viniculture. This thesis analyses the position of the CROY's winery in the market as well as in the field of viniculture as a whole. Suggested unconventional measures will strengthen competitiveness of the company in the well-established wine market and will ensure its further development and growth.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analyzování ekonomické efektivnosti investičního projektu. Teoretická část této práce popisuje jednotlivé fáze investičního rozhodování, zahrnující definici druhů investic, investičních projektů a jejich rozdělení. V praktické části práce jsou použity teoretické poznatky k hodnocení plánované investice, poté vyhodnocena nejefektivnější z hodnocených variant a nakonec navrhnuty další kroky k samotné realizaci projektu.This master thesis intents on analysing of economic efficiency of the investment project. Theoretical part of the thesis describes particular periods of the investment decision, what compromise a definition of more types of investments, investment projects and their classification. At the practical part of this thesis is applied the theoretical knowledge to evaluation of the planned investment, then is analysed the most profitable of the evaluated alternates and the last step is to propound next measure for the succesful realization of the project.

Návrh má předvést možnosti mobilního systému R360.This bachelor thesis deals with design of mobile control system R360 to the suitcase. Mobile system R360 is complemented by temperature sensors, position sensor, speed sensor and step motor. Proposal should show options of mobile system R360.

Place de la culture tupuri dans le français en milieu scolaire nord-camerounais

Langue Adamawa-Oubangui parlée au sud-ouest du Tchad et au nord-est du Cameroun, ayant de nombreux locuteurs, le tupuri est en étroite cohabitation avec le français dans cette région de l’Afrique centrale. La langue française dans ce contexte bilingue subit d’énormes changements morpho-syntaxiques et sémantiques. Il s’agit d’étudier notamment les variations diastratique et diaphasique dans le système verbal du français parlé en milieu tupuri. On analysera différentes formes des verbes transitifs, intransitifs, transitifs directs et transitifs indirects. Celles-ci entraînent des calques sémantiques, de restriction et d’extension sémantiques. Il en va de même de la variation diaphasique : le choix des prépositions et des pronominaux pose le problème de néologisme syntaxique ; dans la structure de la proposition relative, apparaissent de nombreux changements relatifs aux concordances des temps et des modes verbaux.Adamawa-Ubangi, a language spoken in southwestern Chad and north-eastern Cameroon, with many speakers, the tupuri is a close cohabitation with the French in the Central African region. French in this bilingual context undergoes tremendous morpho-syntactic and semantic changes. It is particularly to study the diaphasic and diastratic variations in the verbal system of French spoken in a tupuri milieu. We analyze different forms of transitive, intransitive, direct transitive and indirect transitive verbs. These layers result in semantic restriction and semantic extension. It comes from the same diaphasic variation: the choice of prepositions and ‘pronominals’ causes the problem of syntactic neologism; in the structure of relative proposition, many changes appear in relation to the concordance of verbal tenses and moods.

La sécurité juridique dans le commerce électronique au Maroc

Le droit doit s’adapter au cybermonde, il ne pouvait pas rester étranger à la révolution technologique qui envahie le monde, il faut donc réagir afin de procéder à une application des règles qui régissent l’échange commercial par la voie électronique, ainsi que de tenir le rythme devant les innovations créées par le cybermonde, d’offrir des normes adéquates à la nouvelle situation. Les aspects originaux ou novateurs recherches par le sujet: L’adaptation des anciennes méthodes aux nouvelles méthodes, la modification de certaines lois, l’implantation de nouvelles règles, la résolution de certains problèmes posés et la rapidité dans les décisions émanant des instances en ligne au lieu de la lenteur des tribunaux nationaux. Objectifs: Encourager le développement technologique dans notre pays, et lui donner un atmosphère sécurisé; dapter les lois à la nouvelle révolution électronique; respecter les normes de la lex mercatoria en essayant de les rendre bien adaptées au commerce électronique; créer un nouveau lexique juridique qui s’adapte avec le commerce électronique; e tablir sécurité et confiance entre vendeur et acheteur en ligne.Pp. 1-

L’université nord-camerounaise polyglotte : pratiques, enjeux et perspectives pour une didactique multivectorielle

La législation camerounaise est sans équivoque quant aux fonctions sociales des langues officielles et des langues autochtones. Elle commande une nouvelle réflexion sur le mode d’intégration des ressources linguistiques locales dans le système éducatif. Dans ce domaine, PROPELCA1 est considéré comme le modèle par excellence. Ce programme propose l’utilisation de toutes les langues du terroir comme vecteurs de l’enseignement des matières scolaires dans certaines classes du Primaire. C’est un projet gigantesque qui demeure encore dans les discours politiques, complètement en déphasage avec la réalité du terrain. C’est la raison pour laquelle, la présente contribution suggère l’allègement de ce projet en proposant d’expérimenter l’insertion de quelques véhiculaires triés sur le volet. Au Nord-Cameroun, le fulfulde langue de grande diffusion en milieu universitaire à Maroua, est tout indiqué pour figurer parmi les langues susceptibles d’être insérées dans les programmes scolaires et universitaires au Cameroun.
