Analysis of Handoff Latency in Advanced Wireless Networks
The association of different wireless communication technologies on the way to advanced wireless networks had better face with the developing systems resource utilization and user authentication. Mobility management is vital to omnipresent computing which can be established by location management and distinctive of the mobility management modules. In this work the new protocol is proposed which includes the integration of FHMIPv6 and MIH. The proposed protocol performance is analysed using NS2 simulation. It shows the reduction of handoff latency for video streaming. The cost is also being reduced by the handoff latency while transmitting the signal from one mobile user to another. Further the proposed protocol is compared with the previous protocols
The Political Postulates Constructed in the Epic Perunkathai
During Sangam era, petty kings those who were ruling small territories or emperors who conquered many countries and built empires have followed monarchy. This was told in verses of Purananuru (400 heroic poems about kings). It said that, kingdom is hereditary; after a king, only his son has the right to rule his empire. Elderly son takes the crown and his siblings govern and support him in ruling the kingdom. The eldest one who got the right to rule differ themselves according to their mind-set. It will be a burden for those who just depend on tax collection from the people of his kingdom. Whereas it will be as easy as carrying a weight less cork for those who has nobility and excellence. Similarly, an epic King named Udhayanan, who has the right and qualities of a King was crowned by his uncle Vikkiran to rule Vaishali in his young age. This article researches and analyses the political ethics of King Udhayanan through the Tamil poem Perungathai (A Tamil poem that portraits history of King Udhayaṇan)
In Adan Tradition the Personality Traits about Father and Son
‘Otha padhithru pathu’ It is the Book belongs to the ‘Etthu Thogai’ literature and it tells about the outer life. In this literature it denotes the special about the ancient tamilians ruling power, war victories and donations. This book is a historical document only about the King’s of cherans. Kadalpiragottiya Senguttuvan is the son of Immayavaramban Neduncheralathan is the song leader of Second of the ten songs. In this Padhitru Pathu fifth ten part songs tells about the personality traits, straight forward way of victories, good rule for the people and they donated every thing to the people without saying the word No. Both of the leader for father and son did above thing. They lead the country for the people like the light house. It is the description’s of above research

Occurrence of a bisexual strain of the Brine shrimp Artemia
The importance of the brine shrimp, Artemia in larviculture
was recognised for the first time when Scale
(1933, Trans. Am. Fish. Soc.. 63 : 129-130) described
the value of the nauplii of Artemia as an ideal food for
fish fry. Later several investigators found that the freshly
hatched nauplii of the brine shrimp are the most suitable
and also very convenient food for the early larval
stages of various species of fishes and crustaceans
Unusual landings of deepwater bandfish along Chennai coast
Large volumes of Acanthocepola Bleeker, 1874 landing
by mechanized single day trawlers and motorized fibre
glass boats were observed at Chennai Fisheries Harbour
and Kovalam Landing Centre in Chennai respectively
during the month of August and September, 2019. In
single day mechanised trawlers operated in 12km north
off Chennai at a depth of 18m total landings between
6th and 13th August,2019 were an estimated 1200 kg.
The size range was 270-470mm with dominant mode
at 340-360mm. The individual fish weight ranged
between 57-112g with a mean weight of 78g
Culture of sea cucumbers in prawn farms - a take off in technology
The seed of Holothuria scabra commercially most important sea cucumber was produced for the first time In the
hatchery of Tuticorin Research Centre of CMFRI in 1988. Since then the seed is produced at a number of occasions The juveniles
of sea cucumbers produced can be grown along with in prawn farms since much of the feed given to the prawns goes as waste
and settles down In the bottom of the pond enriching the farm soil
Spontaneous upper limb monoplegia secondary to probable cerebral amyloid angiopathy
Cerebral amyloid angiopathy is a clinicopathological disorder characterised by vascular amyloid deposition initially in leptomeningeal and neocortical vessels, and later affecting cortical and subcortical regions. The presence of amyloid within the walls of these vessels leads to a propensity for primary intracerebral haemorrhage. We report the unusual case of a 77-year-old female who presented to our emergency department with sudden onset isolated hypoaesthesia and right upper limb monoplegia. A CT scan demonstrated a peripheral acute haematoma involving the left perirolandic cortices. Subsequent magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated previous superficial haemorrhagic events. One week following discharge the patient re-attended with multiple short-lived episodes of aphasia and jerking of the right upper limb. Further imaging demonstrated oedematous changes around the previous haemorrhagic insult. Cerebral amyloid angiopathy is an overlooked cause of intracerebral haemorrhage; the isolated nature of the neurological deficit in this case illustrates the many guises in which it can present
Barbicidal overdose
Acute severe methemoglobinaemia is an uncommon but life-threatening condition caused by a variety of oxidizing agents commonly used in both health care and industrial settings. Thus, recognition is important as it is readily treatable. The oxygen transport is compromised as a result of abnormal levels of oxidized haemoglobin, and this leads to skin discolouration and a variety of symptoms. Diagnostic confusion occurs as the oxygen saturations (SpO2) on the pulse oximeter are unreliable (Sharma V, Haber A. Acquired methaemoglobinaemia: a case report of benzocaine-induced methaemoglobinaemia and a review of the literature. Clin Pul Med. 2002;9(1):53–8). A case of severe methaemoglobinaemia due to self poisoning with barbicide is presented with a brief discussion of the patho-physiology and an overview of the treatment. A barbicidal overdose has never been reported before
Reducing the environmental impact of surgery on a global scale: systematic review and co-prioritization with healthcare workers in 132 countries
Abstract
Background
Healthcare cannot achieve net-zero carbon without addressing operating theatres. The aim of this study was to prioritize feasible interventions to reduce the environmental impact of operating theatres.
Methods
This study adopted a four-phase Delphi consensus co-prioritization methodology. In phase 1, a systematic review of published interventions and global consultation of perioperative healthcare professionals were used to longlist interventions. In phase 2, iterative thematic analysis consolidated comparable interventions into a shortlist. In phase 3, the shortlist was co-prioritized based on patient and clinician views on acceptability, feasibility, and safety. In phase 4, ranked lists of interventions were presented by their relevance to high-income countries and low–middle-income countries.
Results
In phase 1, 43 interventions were identified, which had low uptake in practice according to 3042 professionals globally. In phase 2, a shortlist of 15 intervention domains was generated. In phase 3, interventions were deemed acceptable for more than 90 per cent of patients except for reducing general anaesthesia (84 per cent) and re-sterilization of ‘single-use’ consumables (86 per cent). In phase 4, the top three shortlisted interventions for high-income countries were: introducing recycling; reducing use of anaesthetic gases; and appropriate clinical waste processing. In phase 4, the top three shortlisted interventions for low–middle-income countries were: introducing reusable surgical devices; reducing use of consumables; and reducing the use of general anaesthesia.
Conclusion
This is a step toward environmentally sustainable operating environments with actionable interventions applicable to both high– and low–middle–income countries
