    ANALISIS SIKAP KONSUMEN TERHADAP ATRIBUT PRODUK OLAHAN SINGKONG

    Kandungan karbohidrat singkong yaitu 38 gram per 100 gram singkong atau setara dengan 12%, sehingga singkong cocok dijadikan makanan pengganti beras. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Jombang pada bulan Oktober - November 2017. Sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah siswa Pondok Pesantren Al-Mardliyah Tambakberas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis sikap konsumsi terhadap produk olahan singkong. Atribut yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah: rasa, warna, bau, dan tekstur. Produk yang digunakan sebagai objek penelitian adalah: singkong rebus, singkong goreng, singkong bakar, keripik singkong, tape, slondok, dan gethuk. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, yaitu 100 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Fishbein dan analisis deskriptif pada model multi-atribut yang mencakup skor kepercayaan (bi) dan skor evaluasi (ei). Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, hasil dari sikap konsumen terhadap produk olahan singkong adalah positif berdasarkan hasil analisis Fishbein. Keripik singkong merupakan produk olahan singkong dengan nilai atribut paling tinggi dan gethuk merupakan produk olahan singkong dengan nilai atrbut paling rendah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu produk-produk olahan singkong mempunyai potensi sebagai bahan makanan pengganti nasi.

    Internal Resources of Dairy Cattle Farming Business and Their Effects On Institutional Performance and Business Development

    The purpose of this research was to identified the internal resources of dairy cattle farming business and assess their effects on institutional performance of the business risk aspects. The research was conducted at the Kawasan Pengembangan Sapi Perah Nasional (KPSPN), Malang District, East Java Province. Respondents of this reserach were all of the dairy cattle farmers who were members of the KUB (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) of the Tirtasari Kresna Gemilang. Generally, the respondent of this study was 174 person. Data were analyzed using the method of PLS (Partial Least Square). The results showed that internal resources had an effect on institutional performance by 23,4%, while business risk aspects were influenced by internal resources and institutional performance by 54,7%. Conclusion of the study was the internal resources of dairy cattle farming business consist of financial resources, technological resources and physical resources

    Aspek Kerentanan Usaha Ternak Sapi Perah di Kabupaten Malang

    Vulnerability in dairy cattle farming business is a hazard condition (natural or artificial hazards) that can pose a risk of loss in dairy cattle farming business. This research aims to evaluate the impact of the vulnerability aspect of dairy cattle farming business on the farmer institutions and the development of dairy cattle farming business. The research was conducted at the Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Tirtasari Kresna Gemilang, Malang District, East Java. Respondents are all farmers who are members of the KUB Tirtasari Kresna Gemilang, which is 174 people. Data was analyzed by the SEM (Structural Equation Model) method with the SmartPLS application. The results showed that the vulnerability aspects negatively affected on the farmer institutional and the development of dairy cattle farming business, and the farmer institutional positively effected on the development of dairy cattle farming business. The conclusion of this study is that livestock business development is influenced by vulnerability aspect and institutional aspects of dairy cattle farmers. Suggestions that must be considered by farmers and institutional dairy farmers are vulnerability aspects which include fluctuations in the selling price of fresh milk, government policies, group policies, and the morality of farmers in the group.Kerentanan dalam usaha ternak sapi perah adalah kondisi bahaya (baik bahaya alam maupun bahaya buatan) yang dapat menimbulkan risiko kerugian pada usaha ternak sapi perah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari konteks kerentanan usaha ternak sapi perah terhadap kelembagaan peternak dan pengembangan usaha ternak sapi perah. Penelitian dilakukan di Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Tirtasari Kresna Gemilang, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Responden adalah semua peternak yang tergabung di dalam KUB Tirtasari Kresna Gemilang, yaitu sebanyak 174 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konteks kerentanan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kelembagaan peternak dan pengembangan usaha ternak sapi perah, serta kelembagaan peternak berpengaruh positif terhadap pengembangan usaha ternak sapi perah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan usaha ternak dipengaruhi oleh konteks kerentanan dan kelembagaan peternak sapi perah. Saran yang harus diperhatikan peternak dan kelembagaan peternak sapi perah ialah aspek kerentanan yang meliputi fluktuasi harga jual susu segar, kebijakan pemerintah, kebijakan kelompok, dan moralitas peternak di dalam kelompok

    Usaha ternak sapi perah dalam mendukung pembangunan pertanian subsektor peternakan mempunyai nilai strategis untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sumber pangan asal ternak yaitu susu yang terus meningkat sebagai akibat dari pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk. Produksi susu dalam negeri hanya mampu terpenuhi 21% dari konsumsi nasional, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 79% dipasok dari impor. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menemukan model pengembangan usaha ternak sapi perah berdasarkan konteks kerentanan dan dinamika kelompok. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 119 peternak sapi perah. Analisis data menggunakan SEM (Strutural Equation Model) dengan SmartPLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian yaitu: a) konteks kerentanan berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha ternak sapi perah, b) dinamika kelompok berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha ternak sapi perah, dan c) konteks kerentanan berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap dinamika kelompok peternak sapi perah

    Matematika merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan keterampilan berhitung sebagai alat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk membentuk sikap logos, kritis, cermat dan disiplin. Hal tersebut bisa dilakukan dengan mengaitkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh siswa dengan pemahaman di lingkungan sekitarnya. Karena itulah penting bahwa pembelajaran matematika harus dimuali dari kehidupan dan kebudayaan yang ada dan berkembang di sekitar lingkungan tempat tinggal. Integrasi matemtatika dalam budaya dikenal dengan istilah etnomatematika. Etnomatematika dikenal dengan pembelajaran matematika yang mengaitkan unsur-unsur budaya dalam menanamkan konsep-konsep matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan unsur-unsur matematika yang terkandung di dalam kostum tarian manuk janur. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu desa Kota Banjar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif pendekatan etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan triangulasi yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapatnya konsep matematika pada kostum tarian manuk janur berupa konsep geometri bangun datar, bangun ruang dan transformasi geometri

    Livestock businesses generally produce outputs in the form of main results and side products (by-products). By-products in the form of livestock waste generally have not been managed and processed by business actors, even though the management and processing of livestock waste has the potential to improve the community's economy, because livestock waste, in addition to being abundant in quantity, is also continuously produced from livestock businesses. The aim of the research is to examine the internal and external analysis of the construction of an organic fertilizer factory made from livestock manure as raw material. The research location is Sumberjambe District, Jember Regency. The research was conducted using quantitative descriptive methods. Data collection methods use desk research, observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and surveys. This research involved 34 key respondents in efforts to build an organic fertilizer factory. Data analysis uses the IFAS, EFAS and SWOT analysis approaches. The research results showed that internal analysis consisting of strength and weakness factors had a weight of 0.505 and 0.495, while external analysis consisting of opportunity and threat factors had a weight of 0.527 and 0.473. This research concluded that the strategy for building an organic fertilizer factory in Jember Regency uses a strengths and opportunities strategy, namely utilizing internal strengths to seize opportunities

    ABSTRAK Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) peternak merupakan salah satu faktor kunci keberhasilan usaha ternak serta berperan penting terhadap perkembangan dan keberlanjutan usaha ternak. Teori menyebutkan bahwa tinggi dan rendahnya kualitas SDM dapat mempengaruhi aksesibilitas sumber daya pada suatu sistem bisnis. Tujuan penelitian ialah mengkaji pengaruh SDM peternak terhadap aksesibilitas sumber daya usaha ternak sapi potong. Lokasi penelitian ialah Desa Purnama, Kecamatan Tegalampel, Kabupaten Bondowoso. Desa Purnama sebagai salah satu Desa Binaan Universitas Jember untuk pengembangan usaha ternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Variabel penelitian meliputi SDM peternak (X), sumber daya finansial (Y1), sumber daya teknologi (Y2), dan sumber daya fisik (Y3). Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observasi, dan survei dengan menggunakan wawancara dan pengisian kuisioner berskala likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDM peternak berpengaruh positif terhadap aksesibilitas peternak pada sumber daya finansial, teknologi, dan fisik. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya finansial, teknologi, dan fisik dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kualitas SDM peternak masing-masing sebesar 0,359; 0,431; dan 0,372.Kata kunci: finansial, sapi potong rakyat, sumber daya, teknologi, fisikThe Effect of Human Resources on the Resources Accessibility of Beef Cattle Farming Business ABSTRACT Human Resources (HR) farmers are one of the key factors in the success of livestock farming businesses and play an important role in the development and sustainability of livestock farming businesses. The theory states that the high and low quality of HR can affect the accessibility of resources in a business system. The research objective was to examine the influence of farmer’s HR on the accessibility of beef cattle farming business resources. The research location is Purnama Village, Tegalampel District, Bondowoso Regency. Purnama Village is one of the Fostered Villages of Universitas Jember for the development of beef cattle farming business in Bondowoso Regency. The research variables are farmer HR (X), financial resources (Y1), technological resources (Y2), and physical resources (Y3). Data were collected using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method, observation, and surveys using interviews and questionnaires on a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that the farmers' HR had a positive effect on the accessibility of farmers to financial, technological and physical resources. The conclusion of this research shows that financial, technological, and physical resources are significantly affected by the quality of the farmers' HR by 0.359; 0.431; and 0.372 respectively.Keywords: financial, beef cattle, resources, technological, physica

    MENGKAJI KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS KONSUMEN SUSU BUBUK TINGGI KALSIUM DENGAN PENDEKATAN MULTI-ATRIBUT

    Constumer satisfaction and loyalty is one indicator of marketing success. This study aimed to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty milk powder with high calcium by attributes attached to high calcium milk powder products. Milk powder used as the object of the research was Anlene milk powder and Hilo milk powder. Attributes used in the study are: brand, flavour, label, price, and promotion. Determination of the sample using multistage sampling technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that milk powder Anlene attributes that affect customer satisfaction is a flavor of (0,001), price (0,018), and promotion (0,023), while milk powder Hilo attributes that affect customer satisfaction is the brand (0,024) and the label (0,015). Anlene milk powder attributes that influence consumer loyalty is priced at 0,017, while the milk powder Hilo attributes that influence consumer loyalty is the brand of 0,021

    Study of Vulnerability Aspects of Beef Cattle Farming Business

    Farmer accessibility to resources plays an essential role in developing livestock farming businesses, but the vulnerability aspect is one of the obstacles for farmers' accessibility to resources. This research aims to examine aspects of the vulnerability of beef cattle farming businesses and analyze their effects on the accessibility of farmers to resources. The research was conducted from May to September 2019 in Purnama Village, Bondowoso District. Purnama Village is one of the villages developed by the University of Jember to develop a beef cattle farming business in the Bondowoso District. Respondents were all 201 beef cattle farmers in Purnama Village. The research variables consist of aspects of the vulnerability of the beef cattle farming business (X), financial resources (Y1), technological resources (Y2), and physical resources (Y3). Data were obtained using the FGD (Focus Group Discussion), observation, and survey methods. The survey was conducted using interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) method. The results showed that the vulnerability of the beef cattle farming business had a negative and significant effect on the accessibility of farmers to financial and physical resources and a negative but not significant effect on technological resources. The conclusion of the research shows that the vulnerability of the beef cattle farming business had a negative impact on the livestock farming business resources, so it needs to get special attention from stakeholders
