ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA BERBASIS KVISOFT DIPADUKAN DENGAN GEOGEBRA PADA MATA KULIAH PROGRAM LINIER

Ada beberapa cara agar pembelajaran berkualitas yaitu ketersediaan dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran. Kedudukan media pembelajaran memiliki peranan penting karena dapat mempemudah proses pembelajaran seperti membuat suasana belajar yang tidak menarik menjadi menarik. Media belajar mandiri pada era kemajuan teknologi sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan akan media berbasis teknologi pada mata kuliah Program linier yang bersifat menarik, efektif, mandiri dan efisien. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah Program Linier Semester lima Prodi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UAD. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutimedia berbasis kvisoft flipbook maker yang dipadukan dengan Geogebra dibutuhkan sebagai media pembelajaran yang menarik, efektif, mandiri dan efisien dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pada mata kuliah Program Linie

Study on Physical Properties of Reduced Graphene Oxide from Heating Coconut Shell

A research to determine the solar activity in the months from January to March 2015, and analyze the characteristics of flare on the rotation angle shifting of the sunspot group of sunspot sample observed, has been conducted. The method was observation and descriptive analysis of quantitative data. Determination of coordinates of sunspot was done using the software IDL. These observations were made in the Aerospace Observation Center (BPD) LAPAN Watukosek. Data were analyzed in the form of a sketch-owned BPD Sunspot LAPAN Watukosek, ie sunspot sketch of months from January to March in 2015 and the data was taken from NOAA. The results showed that the flare is not always the case in large class of sunspot groups, however, the small class was able to produce a flare. Most flares ware occur after experiencing a shift angle in the preceding or following although with angles that were not too large (<10 °). The highest solar activity was occurred in January 2015 with the appearance of a sunspot group consisting of as many as 130 in 1063 sunspots. DOI: 10.17977/um024v1i12016p00

Study of Morphology of Film Reduced Graphene Oxide from Coconut Shell

Coconut shell as the main ingredient in this study were converted into charcoal. The resulted sample coconut shell charcoal was used as a powder and heated. After heating, the powder was dissolved into distilled water. They were coated on the glass substrates using a spin-coating method. Furthermore, this study characterizations using Scanning Electron Microscopy-Energy Dispersive X-ray (SEM-EDX) were conducted for all samples. r-GO layer coconut shell has been successfully made on glass substrates, is shown with layers that have accumulated weight percentage of carbon atoms in each sample layer, that is equal to 84.55% and 20.61%

PENGATUR PAKAN DAN PENERANGAN KANDANG TERPROGRAM UNTUK AYAM PETELUR

Ayam petelur merupakan hewan ternak yang telah dikembangkan di Indonesia. Pada umumnya ayam petelur dikandangkan secara terpisah dan setiap kandang diisi dengan  satu ekor ayam. Pemberian pakan ternak dilakukan dengan konvensional begitu pula pemberian penerangan yang di lakukan.Berdasarkan alasan tersebut, maka dirancang sebuah alat yang bisa digunakan untuk memberian pakandan penerangan kandang secara otomatis dan terprogram. Sistem pengatur pakan dan penerangan kandang terprogram untuk ayam petelur ini mampu memberikan pakan dan penerangan dalam waktu tertentu sesuai jadwal. Perancangan dan pembuatan alat merupakan aplikasi teknologi arduino mega dan Real Time Clock (RTC)  yang mampu mempermudah mengatur jadwal pemberian pakan. SensorLight Dependent Resistor (LDR) berfungsi untuk mendeteksi  persediaan pakan di dalam kotak tampung, saat pakan dalam kondisi habis alarm (buzzer) akan berbunyi. Dengan bantuan roda dan rel alat akan bergerak dari satu sisi ke sisi yang lain  untuk mengisi pakan pada tempatnya.  Kata kunci : pakan terprogram, penerangan terprogram, Arduino Mega, RT

THE PORTRAYAL OF POWER AND AUTHORITY IN ELYSIUM FILM

This study discusses the portrayal of power and authority based on the order of plot in Elysium film. There are two theories used in this study: Dahrendorf’s power and authority and Reaske’s plot. The research design of this study was qualitative content analysis. The data of this study were taken from Elysium film in the form of dialogues related to the portrayal of power and authority. This study finds out that the portrayal of power and authority is divided based on the plot order of Elysium film: rising actions, climax, and resolution. Power is portrayed through the representative of Earth citizens who decide to work together. Meanwhile, authority is portrayed through the representative of Elysium citizens who decide to kill each other in taking control of Elysium. This study concludes that the representatives of power stand as the winner of the conflict by eradicating the discrimination policy of the previous Elysium that is controlled by authority and building the new Elysium without discrimination against the Earth citizens.Keywords: plot, power, authority, fil

Analisis Peran Komisi Untuk Orang Hilang Dan Korban Tindak Kekerasan (Kontras) Sebagai Civil Society Dalam Pengungkapan Kasus Pembunuhan Munir

KontraS as civil society (organization) has done advocacies for Munir murder case for nine years. Any efforts have been done by using advocacy strategies such as case investigation, legal assistance, demonstration, and making opinion in mass media. But those efforts seem like hit a great wall: government's willing to handle and reveal Murnir murder case. KontraS's efforts should be continue to reveal Murnir murder case by keep the solidarity with other civil society. Then, KontraS should make issue expansion for Murnir murder case such as relating the case with human rights defender and ntelligent regulations draft to keep society to still remember for this case

Strategi Pengembangan Program Penyelenggaraan Khusus di Pascasarjana

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui posisi Program Studi Magister PengembanganIndustri Kecil Menengah (PS MPI) dan penyelenggaraan yang perlu dikembangkan di masa-masamendatang. Penentuan responden berdasarkan tingkat kepakarannya yang berasal dari pihakmanajemen dan stakeholders. Alat analisis yang digunakan meliputi Matriks IFE dan EFE, MatriksIE, Matriks SWOT, QSPM, dan Implementasi Strategi. Posisi PS MPI terletak pada sel V, yaitu jagadan pertahankan. Strategi pengembangan yang bisa diimplementasikan oleh PS MPI yaitu strategipemutakhiran metode pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan pasar dan perkembangan jaman. Strategi inibisa diimplementasikan oleh program penyelenggaraan khusus lainnya di Sekolah Pascasarjana IPB.Implementasi strategi tersebut d
