turística en el Cerro San Cristóbal”, Lima, 2020, tuvo como objetivo determinar la percepción de la seguridad turística en el Cerro San Cristóbal. La metodología presentó un tipo de investigación aplicada con un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño no experimental de corte transaccional de nivel descriptivo. Se consideró como población a todos los residentes limeños que hayan visitado el destino al menos una vez en los últimos 5 años, teniendo como muestra de 69 personas, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario como instrumento de recopilación de datos, el cual permitió llegar a los resultados respecto a nuestra variable de estudio. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron determinar el nivel de percepción de la seguridad turística en el Cerro San Cristóbal Lima, 2020, obteniendo así un nivel medio con un 72.5%, un nivel bajo con el 20.3% y un nivel alto con un 7.2%. Concluyendo que no existe una seguridad turística adecuada y que se necesita una mejor gestión

The European Journalism Observatory (EJO) is a network of 14 non-profit media research institutes in 11 countries where Spain continue to be the missing element. Guidelines for the use and interpretation of assays for monitoring autophagy (4th edition)1.

In 2008, we published the first set of guidelines for standardizing research in autophagy. Since then, this topic has received increasing attention, and many scientists have entered the field. Our knowledge base and relevant new technologies have also been expanding. Thus, it is important to formulate on a regular basis updated guidelines for monitoring autophagy in different organisms. Despite numerous reviews, there continues to be confusion regarding acceptable methods to evaluate autophagy, especially in multicellular eukaryotes. Here, we present a set of guidelines for investigators to select and interpret methods to examine autophagy and related processes, and for reviewers to provide realistic and reasonable critiques of reports that are focused on these processes. These guidelines are not meant to be a dogmatic set of rules, because the appropriateness of any assay largely depends on the question being asked and the system being used. Moreover, no individual assay is perfect for every situation, calling for the use of multiple techniques to properly monitor autophagy in each experimental setting. Finally, several core components of the autophagy machinery have been implicated in distinct autophagic processes (canonical and noncanonical autophagy), implying that genetic approaches to block autophagy should rely on targeting two or more autophagy-related genes that ideally participate in distinct steps of the pathway. Along similar lines, because multiple proteins involved in autophagy also regulate other cellular pathways including apoptosis, not all of them can be used as a specific marker for bona fide autophagic responses. Here, we critically discuss current methods of assessing autophagy and the information they can, or cannot, provide. Contrato psicológico, agotamiento y cinismo del empleado: su efecto en la rotación del personal operativo en la frontera norte mexicana

Turnover is a costly phenomenon in terms of productivity and performance. Their best predictor is turnover intention, but in Mexico there are few empirical works about it. The purpose of this research was to investigate whether emotional exhaustion, organizational cynicism and psychological contract violation influence the turnover intention. For this purpose, a quantitative, empirical and cross-sectional investigation was carried out in a sample of 201 operative employees in the auto-parts maquiladora industry for export, located in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. PLS structural modeling was used as the preferred statistical technique. The results indicate that the emotional exhaustion and cynicism of the employee lead to turnover intention and, comparatively, cynicism’s influence was greater. Nevertheless, the predictive relationship between psychological contract violation and turnover intention was rejected.La rotación de personal es un fenómeno costoso en términos de productividad y desempeño. La variable que mejor la predice es la intención de rotar, pero en México son escasos los trabajos empíricos sobre ella. Esta investigación tuvo por objetivo indagar si el agotamiento emocional, el cinismo organizacional y la violación del contrato psicológico, influyen sobre la intención de rotación. Para ello, se realizó una investigación cuantitativa, empírica y transversal, en una muestra de 201 empleados operativos en la industria maquiladora autopartista para la exportación, localizada en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. Como técnica estadística se utilizó la modelación estructural PLS. Los resultados indican que el agotamiento emocional y el cinismo del empleado llevan a la intención de rotar, y comparativamente, es mayor la influencia del cinismo. The problem of pollution in Mexico is permanently being studied because of the impact it has on the population’s health as a consequence of the gases or particles suspended, which are best known as airparticles, being the smaller the most dangerous. The organic compounds within them are registered as having mutagenic and carcinogenic activity. Its effects and its inhibition are evaluated through various tests in order to decrease its action and to know the synergistic and antagonistic effects of such material.El problema de la contaminación en México, es motivo permanente de estudio por las repercusiones que tiene en la salud de la población, como consecuencia de los gases o partículas suspendidas  mejor conocidas como aeropartículas,  siendo las de menor tamaño las más peligrosas y a los compuestos orgánicos contenidos en ellas se les tiene registrados con actividad mutagénica y carcinogénica, su efecto y su inhibición son evaluados a través de diversos ensayos, para disminuir su acción y conocer los efectos sinérgicos y antagónicos de ese material
