    Estudio de los cierres de obras urbanísticas en el municipio de Melgar- Tolima durante el año 2017

    Identificar los motivos por el cual se presentaron cierres en obras urbanísticas, a partir de la vigencia del código de policía del año 2017 en el municipio de Melgar, Tolima.El presente trabajo de grado se encarga del estudio de los cierres de obras urbanísticas en el Municipio de Melgar Tolima en el año 2017, a partir del nuevo código de policía que dio inicio el 30 de Enero del mismo año (ley 1801 de 2016) y el análisis de la norma en este caso del plan básico de ordenamiento territorial del municipio (pbot), unos artículos del decreto 1469 de 2010, ley 1209 de 2008 y ley 810 de 2003 como instrumento de planificación del territorio, no desde la perspectiva de la profundización en las características del instrumento sino del análisis del impacto causado por el incumplimiento del mismo, para que de la reflexión en cuento a este punto y se puedan presentar alternativas de acción al departamento de planeación y la inspección segunda de policía para planear alternativas para no infringir las normas urbanísticas del municipio; ¿qué pasa si las normas urbanísticas que contienen la planeación no se cumplen y que alternativas tienen las autoridades ante este fenómeno?. Acudiendo a la metodología analítica y del estudio de caso, se busca interrelacionar los conceptos con los resultados de la observación del ordenamiento territorial, la formulación de nuevos planes de vivienda a las autoridades de planeación y la realización de entrevistas semiestructuradas que se puedan obtener conclusiones acerca del planteamiento realizado. Se inicia con la formulación del proyecto, la articulación y el análisis de los conceptos que interactuarán con los hallazgos, una descripción de los infractores para el estudio de dicho caso, y la descripción de los hallazgos hasta llegar a la formulación de las conclusiones.     Teaching Hispanic restaurant workers: Translanguaging as culturally sustaining pedagogy

    In this article, we make a case for incorporating translanguaging pedagogy into the framework of Culturally Sustaining Pedagogy (CSP). Drawing on data from a one-year ethnographic study of an adult ESL program, we show how teachers believed in and attempted to create spaces for translanguaging and CSP, but in practice fell short. We conclude that translanguaging is most powerful when understood as a component of CSP but call for more research in this area.Accepted manuscrip

In particular, it refers to the security requirements stipulated by international conventions. Failure to comply with these requirements is mainly formal and will leave the system in a state of incompetence (Bielawski, Piotr, 2021), so the specific objective of the preventive maintenance process is to take advantage of knowledge of breakdowns and accidents to achieve the maximum possible safety. with the lowest possible cost In this perspective, this study proposes a risk assessment methodology for the evaluation of preventive maintenance planning based on a reliability model for marine engine systems, which allows the use of flexible intervals between interventions. maintenance, and ultimately, the systematization of preventive maintenance methods for marine engines using recovered fossil oils. This model of preventive maintenance of marine engines using recovered fossil oils was generated to condition the monitoring of the crankshaft position, deviations and symptoms of the condition of the tribological joint and diagnostic models based on defined and measurable deviations and vibration symptoms. The generated model allowed to monitor the condition of the big end bearing, the crosshead bearing, the big end bearing and the main bearings. specific for sets of ship machines with engine with crankshaft-piston mechanism, symptoms and deviations, and relationships between them. Estos requisitos se han formalizado básicamente. En particular, se refiere a los requisitos de seguridad estipulados por los convenios internacionales. El incumplimiento de estos requisitos es principalmente formal y dejará al sistema en un estado de incompetencia (Bielawski, Piotr, 2021) por lo que el objetivo específico del proceso de mantenimiento preventivo radica en aprovechar el conocimiento de averías y accidentes para conseguir la máxima seguridad posible con el menor coste posible En esta perspectiva, este estudio propone una metodología de evaluación de riesgos para la evaluación de la planificación del mantenimiento preventivo basada en un modelo de confiabilidad para los sistemas de motores marinos, que permite el uso de intervalos flexibles entre las intervenciones de mantenimiento, y en última instancia, la sistematización de métodos de mantenimiento preventivo de motores marinos mediante aceites fósiles recuperados.  Este modelo de mantenimiento preventivo de motores marinos mediante aceites fósiles recuperados se generó para condicionar el monitoreo de la posición del cigüeñal, desviaciones y síntomas de la condición de la unión tribológica y modelos de diagnóstico basados en desviaciones definidas y medibles y síntomas de vibración. El modelo generado permitió monitorear el estado del cojinete de la cabeza de la biela, el cojinete de la cruceta, el cojinete de la cabeza de la biela y los cojinetes principales específico para conjuntos de máquinas de embarcaciones con motor con mecanismo de cigüeñal-pistón, síntomas y desviaciones, y relaciones entre ellos.     Design of zeolite filter for ammonium removal in wastewater

    The search for alternative methods that are less expensive and more friendly to the environment is a priority task for the world of science, and simple solutions based on the use of indigenous resources come into play. Natural zeolite is one of the materials that offer the possibility of reducing wastewater pollution, being an abundant mineral in some poor developing nations, hence its use is a cost-friendly and environmentally friendly alternative. In the work, the mineralogical characteristics of the zeolite are analyzed, making it a formidable filtering material of contaminated waters and the existence of deposits of this mineral in the province of Guayas, Ecuador. An environmental characterization of the Portoviejo river is carried out, where the pollution that is occurring is revealed through the existence of more than 300 effluents that discharge the wastewater into the river. The calculations are shown for the design of the zeolite filter that is proposed for the reduction of the contamination of the wastewater that is discharged to the Portoviejo river at the height of the Velazco Ibarra bridge of the city of the same name and a technical scheme of the filtering device based on the use of zeolite

    Selective Fractionation And Isolation Of Allelopathic Compounds From Helianthus Annuus L. Leaves By Means Of High-Pressure Techniques

    The allelopathic potential of Helianthus annuus L. leaves was study based on bio-directed chemical fractionation approach. Aerial parts of H. annuus were extracted by means of SFE using supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2) and ESE using CO2+50% EtOH/H2O (varying ethanol in water from 0 to 100%). Extractions were carried out at 400 bar, 55 °C, 20 g/min and for 4 h. Then, extracts were fractionated in three separators at the following conditions: S1: 200 bar/45 °C; S2: 90 bar/40 °C; and S3: 1 atm/30 °C. ESE obtained higher overall yields than scCO2 and the use of water as cosolvent (CO2+50% H2O) resulted in a S3 fraction free from chlorophylls and rich in bioactive compounds. 14 compounds, including fatty acids, terpenes, flavonoids and heliannuols, were isolated from this fraction. After performing the bioassay on pure compounds, heliannuol D, tambulin, pinoresinol and sesquiterpene 10-oxo-isodauc-3-en-15-al showed the most effective inhibitor profiles

    Diseño e implementación de un Gateway IoT multiprotocolo

    This paper describes the implementation of an IoT gateway that allows the exchange of data through different wireless technologies and forwarding of such data to the Internet. The proposed gateway has important advantages such as: supporting for multiprotocol interconnectivity; the remote configuration of wireless nodes for sensor and actuators management; a flexible algorithm to translate the data obtained by sensors into a uniform format for transmission to a cloud server; low energy consumption due to efficient data transfer over the MQTT protocol. In order to demonstrate the usefulness of the developed gateway, a proof-of-concept test was implemented. The implemented scenario consists of 2 wireless nodes responsible for sensing environmental variables and transmitting data to the gateway node through different communication protocols. The obtained results show the feasibility for simultaneous data transmission from the remote wireless nodes to the gateway. Metrics on energy consumption in the devices are also presented.En este artículo se describe la implementación de un gateway IoT que permite el intercambio de datos a través de diferentes tecnologías inalámbricas y el reenvío de dichos datos a Internet. El gateway propuesto incorpora importantes ventajas como:  la interconectividad con diferentes protocolos; permite la configuración remota de nodos inalámbricos para la gestión de sensores y actuadores; utiliza un algoritmo flexible para traducir los datos obtenidos por los sensores a un formato uniforme para la transmisión hacia un servidor en la nube; utiliza el protocolo MQTT, el cual permite la difusión de datos de forma simple para minimizar los recursos utilizados del gateway. Con el fin de demostrar el funcionamiento del gateway desarrollado, se implementó una prueba de concepto compuesta por 2 nodos inalámbricos encargados de sensar 6 variables ambientales y transmitiendo dichos datos al gateway a través de diferentes protocolos de comunicación. Los resultados presentados muestran la transmisión de la información de manera simultánea, desde los nodos inalámbricos remotos hacia el gateway. Además, se presentan métricas sobre el consumo de energía en los diferentes dispositivos que componen el escenario desarrollado

    The effect of the genotype (Pelibuey vs Katahdin), type of lambing (single vs. double) and sex (males vs. females) on the characteristics of the carcass and its cuts, in addition to the fatty acid profile of the loin were evaluated in 66 lambs slaughtered at weaning. The yield of the carcass and ribs were higher (P<0.05) in the Pelibuey breed. Slaughter weight, carcass weight and rib yield were higher (P<0.01) in single-born lambs, while the yield of shoulder and leg were lower (P<0.01) than in double-born lambs. The proportion of soft tissue of the different cuts was higher (P<0.05), but that of bone was lower (P< 0.05) in single-born lambs than in double-born lambs. Females had a higher (P<0.05) proportion of soft tissue and a lower proportion of bone (P<0.01) than males. The concentrations of C18:1n7 and C20:4n-6 were higher (P<0.05) in the Pelibuey breed than in the Katahdin breed, while the C22:5n-3 and C22:6n-3 were lower. The percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids was higher (P<0.05) in the meat of single-born lambs, while that of total polyunsaturated fatty acids and n-3 was higher (P<0.05) in double-born lambs. The characteristics of the carcass, the tissue composition of the commercial cuts and the fatty acid profile in hair sheep slaughtered at weaning varied more due to the type of lambing than due to the genotype or sex.El efecto del genotipo (Pelibuey vs Katahdin), tipo de parto (simple vs dobles) y sexo (machos vs. hembras) sobre las características de la canal y de sus cortes, además del perfil de ácidos grasos del lomo fueron evaluados en 66 corderos sacrificados al destete. El rendimiento de la canal y del costillar fue mayor (P<0.05) en la raza Pelibuey. El peso al sacrificio, peso de canal y rendimiento del costillar fue mayor (P<0.01) en crías de parto simple, mientras que el rendimiento de paleta y pierna fue menor (P< 0.01) que en crías de parto doble. La proporción del tejido blando de los diferentes cortes fue mayor (P<0.05), pero el de hueso fue menor (P< 0.05) en crías de parto simple que las de parto doble. Las hembras tuvieron mayor (P<0.05) proporción de tejido blando y menor proporción de hueso (P<0.01) que los machos. Las concentraciones de C18:1n7 y C20:4n-6 fueron mayores (P< 0.05) en la raza Pelibuey que, en la Katahdin, mientras que los C22:5n-3 y C22:6n-3 fueron menores. El porcentaje de ácidos grasos monoinsaturados fue mayor (P<0.05) en la carne de crías de partos simples, en tanto que el de los ácidos grasos poliinsaturados totales y n-3 fue mayor (P<0.05) en crías de partos dobles. Las características de la canal, la composición tisular de los cortes comerciales y el perfil de ácidos grasos en ovinos de pelo sacrificados al destete mostraron más cambios por el tipo de parto que por el genotipo o el sexo

    Hydrodynamic Analysis on a Photocatalytic Reactor Using ANSYS Fluent<sup>®</sup>

    Solar technology includes a wide variety of developments in environmental applications that include photovoltaic cells and photocatalytic devices, among others. Sunlight usage as a clean energy source is highly desirable in technology applications. The main interest of this proposal is to carry on with hydrodynamic analysis in photocatalytic reactors applications where sunlight is used to activate a chemical reaction to degrade water pollutants and calculations are based in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) using ANSYS®. The different steps, geometric domain, preprocessing steps, setup, and postprocessing steps, are described to display an analysis of a numerical calculation during the design of a photocatalytic reactor using the commercial software ANSYS Fluent®. This work may help as a guide for chemical reactor design and includes a numerical solution of one case for a photocatalytic reactor during its design process. In addition, simplifications are explained which enable the designer to make an efficient process of the numerical calculation.
