Simulasi Numerik Karakteristik Aliran Melintasi Dua Silinder Sirkular Tersusun Tandem Dekat Dinding Miring
Silinder sirkular yang berinteraksi dengan fluida adalah salah satu bentuk yang umum digunakan pada rekayasa teknik. Salah satu elemen struktural yang berbentuk silinder sirkular yaitu pipa. Instalasi perpipaan yang didirikan berkelompok atau dalam susunan tertentu sering ditemukan dalam bangunan industri. Salah satunya pada instalasi perpipaan di atas tanah untuk mengalirkan minyak dari sumur produksi menuju kilang minyak di daratan (Onshore) untuk diolah. Peletakan instalasi perpipaan di atas tanah pada umumnya diletakkan dengan jarak tertentu dari permukaan tanah, baik pada permukaan tanah yang datar atau dengan kemiringan tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode simulasi numerik dua dimensi steady dan incompressible flow menggunakan software CFD Ansys Fluent versi 19.1. Bilangan Reynolds yang digunakan dalam simulasi ini sebesar 5x104 dengan kecepatan inlet sebesar 20 m/s. Variasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah rasio besar celah silinder sirkular dengan dinding (G/D) berturut-turut 0,1, 0,2, 0,3, 0,4, 0,5, dan 1, serta variasi kemiringan dinding (α) pada 0o, 10o, dan 20o. Rasio jarak longitudinal antar dua silinder sirkular (L/D) = 1,5 dibuat konstan. Pemodelan turbulence viscous yang digunakan adalah shear stress transport k-Ï. Hasil yang didapat dari simulasi numerik secara kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan (G/D) akan mengurangi pengaruh blockage dan peningkatan (α) akan membentuk wake akibat inclined wall serta meningkatkan pengaruh adverse pressure gradient. Hasil yang didapat secara kuantitatif yaitu peningkatan G/D dan α akan meningkatkan trendline CDp dan menurunkan trendline CLp pada silinder-1 serta menurunkan trendline CDp dan meningkatkan trendline CLp pada silinder-2. Tinjauan pada α dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan α pada setiap G/D akan menurunkan nilai CDp dan CLp pada silinder-1 serta meningkatkan CDp (tetap bernilai negatif) dan menurunkan CLp pada silinder-2. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa jarak (L/D) = 1,5 menyebabkan gaya drag yang semakin rendah pada silinder-2, disebabkan oleh free shear layer silinder-1 melingkupi silinder-2 pada α = 0o dan 10o. Conceptual Model for Developing Creativity in Batik Industry
The purpose of this research is to develop a conceptual
model of creativity in batik industry. This model was developed by conducting a study from previous research that discuss important factors for the development of creativity. This conceptual model was built based on four variable, namely creative person, intrinsic motivation, job skills training, and creative organizational climate. Creative person will stimulate the creativity development in batik industry. A creative person are more able to improve their creativity if they have intrinsic motivation, given some training that related with the job skills they needed, and supported by organization that have positive
climate (climate in organization that respects creativity, provide opportunities, time, facilities, infrastructure and incentives to employees to think about, designing, researching and developing new products that better and more innovative). For the further research, this study can be continued by testing the model empirically through distributing the questionnaire to some participant of SMEs and processing data from the results of questionnaire distribution using the data processing software like SPSS, LISRELL, etc
ANALISA UNJUK KERJA APLIKASI VOIP PADA JARINGAN IPv6 BERBASIS MPLS
Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) adalah Teknologi yang relatif baru di dunia jaringan telekomunikasi. Teknologi MPLS memungkinkan paket berada dalam sistem dalam waktu yang lebih singkat dibandingkan dengan jaringan IP, karena pada jaringan MPLS tiap paket diberi label yang kemudian digunakan sebagai informasi untuk proses switching menggantikan IP header pada proses routing. Pada paper ini akan dibahas konvergensi dari VoIP dan MPLS sebagai backbone jaringannya. Selain hal tersebut, telah dilakukan perancangan system dengan menggunakan testbed jaringan dan sebuah simulasi menggunakan software simulasi Network Simulator-2. Pengujian dilakukan untuk untuk mengetahui performansi QoS pada VoIP yang berbasis MPLS. Dalam implementasi system baik menggunakan testbed maupun simulasi akan dibandingkan performansi jaringan dengan menggunakan MPLS dan tanpa menggunakan MPLS. Adapun parameter untuk pengambilan data antara lain delay, jitter, packet loss dan throughput. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah VoIP MPLS dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik dan QoS yang dihasilkan sudah sesuai dengan standar dari ITU yaitu jitter yang dihasilkan adalah 14.84932ms, delay 19.996313ms, dan throughput 171.9kbps serta paket loss 0%
Conceptual Model to Enhance Creativity of the Batik Industry
Creative industry are defined as industry derived from
the use utilization of creativity, skills and individual talents of individual to create wealth and generate employment by producing and exploiting individual creativity. Creative industryâs contribution to National GDP is equal to 7.8% at 2002-2008. Batik industry is one of the creative industry are included in the crafts sector. The purpose of this research is to develop a conceptual model to enhance creativity batik industry.
This conceptual model was built based on four aspect, namely
Press, Person, Process, and Product (4P). Press or creative
organizational climate will stimulate the development of creative human resources (person) and creative process (process). The interaction between the creative process (process) with the creative human resources will produce a creative product(product). Creative products is the real object that can represent creativity

This thesis aims to find out how is the legal protection for Indonesian
people if they experience undue influence when made a contract, and how is the
Indonesian positive law should be changed to anticipate any undue influence
when made a contract. This is because the rules of the contract law in Indonesia
that is still oriented in old BW inherited by the Dutch colonial era is not yet
accomodate the legal concept of undue influence on the made of contract, whereas
undue influence on the made of a contract in this era is very potential to occur.
This thesis is a normative legal research by studying many legal literature
and legal rules from domestic and foreign country. This thesis is using
comparative law approach with another countrys, such as the legal rules from
Netherland, USA, England, Australia, and Singapore. The result of this legal
comparison with those countrys will be the basic to determine how is the law in
Indonesia should be arranged to give the legal protection for a party that is
suffering a loss because of the undue influence in the made of a contract.
The result of this research shows that in those countries there is a positive
legal rules that is explicitly forbid a contract being made with undue influence. A
contract that was made with undue influence can be avoided, the judges in those
countries even can directly declared that the contract is void without considering
the interest of the loss party if the judge is considering that the contract being
made was really unconsionable or unfair. BW that act as the directive of the
contract law in Indonesia indeed doesnât forbid explicitly of any undue influence
in the made of a contract, however the legal protection for the party that is
suffering a loss because of the undue influence in the made of a contract is still
exist. A contract that was made with undue influence can be avoided by
proceeding a charge through the court. The consideration of the contract can be
avoided is because of there is a defect of the will on the agreement that was made.

In-Vivo E-Cigarette Usage is Associated with Fluctuations in Positive and Negative Affect
The use of e-cigarettes has become a popular replacement for traditional cigarettes since they were first introduced to the market in 2006. Evolution of these customizable devices has provided young adults with a plethora of different ways to vape nicotine. Although e-cigarettes are increasingly widely used, little research has been conducted to learn about factors that motivate and maintain usage of these devices at the intersection of affect, stress, and overall mood. The current study utilizes ecological momentary assessment (EMA) as a way to collect information in the moment, representative of daily life. In the study, 25 participants responded to a baseline survey and four daily surveys over the course of a 2-week period, providing information about their vaping behaviors. Results indicated that vaping prior to the daily survey prompt was associated with reduced negative affect (within-subjects b = -0.03, p = 0.04; between-subjects b = -0.17, p \u3c .001) and enhanced positive affect (within-subjects b = 0.05, p = 0.004; between-subjects b = 0.13, p \u3c .001), and that experiencing beneficial changes to affect as a result of vaping at one daily survey predicted likelihood of vaping at the next (positive affect between-subjects b = 0.15, p = 0.02; negative affect between-subjects b = -0.4, p \u3c .001). Contrary to study hypotheses, participantsâ beliefs about the positive and negative consequences of vaping at baseline were generally not associated with daily vaping behavior. Participantsâ baseline belief that vaping provides negative affect reduction was associated with their change in negative affect following vaping in the daily surveys (b = -0.16, p = 0.04). This study is among the first to use EMA to examine vaping behaviors in-vivo and demonstrates that participantsâ affective responses to vaping indeed influence their continued usage. These findings have implications for interventions aimed at curbing young adultsâ e-cigarette consumption
