    Problem: App-based train ticket reservation systems, such as KAI Access, have experienced rapid growth as an efficient and popular method for obtaining travel tickets online. While KAI Access, as the official application of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), provides convenience in ticket booking, its popularity has also revealed several challenges. Limited payment options, lack of information regarding train routes, delay information, and the absence of booking navigation pose challenges that need to be addressed. Therefore, further research is needed to enhance the user experience by addressing these challenges. Method: This study aims to conduct a needs analysis using the UX Journey method to identify user requirements, with a focus on developing design solutions that align with user needs. Results: The research results indicate a significant improvement in behavior variables before and after the development of design solutions. In the first variable, the ease of making payments increased from 20% to 100%. The second variable, ease of accessing information related to train arrival delays and details of the train route to be taken, increased from 52% to 92%. Furthermore, the third variable, ease of navigating the booking process, increased from 32% to 92%. Conclusion and Development: It is expected that through the development of design solutions by adding diverse payment options, interactive route map features, and navigation features, a positive contribution can be made to improving the user experience on the KAI Access application

    The types of learners are really different. They have their own style in understanding some materials. The teacher will face any obstacle in giving some materials for the grade 8 students of junior high school because there are some students who are really fast in catching some materials but we couldn’t forget that there are some students who are really slowly in getting some materials. The wise method to be applied in this case is constructivist because it will involve whole students for having collaborating in lesson activity. Moreover that the material will be taught is about hortatory exposition where students can share and argue their opinion relating with some recent issues. That is why there are so many beneficial in conducting this project. In the end of process, we will know that they will increase their comprehension and it will be shown an improvement in their attitude toward what hortatory exposition is

    Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kebijakan yang di berikan pemerintah mengenai HGU. Dan Pendayagunaan Tanah Terlantar Dalam Rangka Penatagunaan Tanah di Desa Rantau Gedang Mersam Jambi. Ada dua permasalahan yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu kebijakan yang di berikan pemerintah tentang Hak Guna Usaha serta pendayagunaan tanah terlantar di desa Rantau Gedang Mersam Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum sociolegal dan lebih kepada pendekatan objek yang di kaji, yang menggunakan pendekatan perundang- undangan dan konseptual. Bahan hukum yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier. Bahan hukum maupun informasi penunjang lainnya yang telah terkumpul terlebih dahulu dilakukan deskripsi dengan menguraikan proposisi-proposisi hukum kemudian diinterpretasikan untuk selanjutnya disistimatisasi, dievaluasi untuk kemudian diberikan argumentasi untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan atas permasalahan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kewenangan penertiban tanah terlantar merupakan kewenangan Pemerintah daerah maupun Pusat, dimana BPN selaku pengawas bidang pertanahan yang mana kewenangan tersebut telah diterima dari Presiden, Presiden mendelegasikan kewenangannya kepada Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia untuk melakukan penertiban tanah terlantar sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 17 PP No.11 Tahun 2010. Dalam pelaksanaan penertiban, dibentuk Panitia C yang berwenang melakukan identifikasi dan penelitian tanah terindikasi terlantar. Mekanisme penertiban tanah terlantar dilakukan melalui tahapan-tahapan yaitu inventarisasi tanah terindikasi terlantar, identifikasi dan penelitian tanah terindikasi terlantar, peringatan terhadap pemegang hak, penetapan tanah terlantar. tanah-tanah terlantar didayagunakan untuk kepentingan masyarakat melalui reforma agraria, program strategis negara dan cadangan umum negara harus disesuaikan dengan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Batang Hari

    L2 Acquisition Portrayed Through the Use of Way Ahead Game by Children in Learning Basic English

    This research investigates how students learn Basic English by using Way Ahead game. This study was conducted to identify how effective the use of educational game in acquiring L2 is. Qualitative study was used by the researcher as the research method. The data were collected through conducting several interviews and exploring library study. The case study involved 4 elementary school students as the participants. The background of the research on the role of game in learning L2 is based on Fuscard (2001) and Boyle (2011). The findings of this research are 4 most important roles of game implementation in learning process: (1) pedagogical device, (2) creative ice breakers, (3) engaging students, (4) helping students retain salient points in our teaching. The purpose of the research is to give information over the portrayal of using educational games in learning which is expected to give practical use in teaching Basic English to children as their L2 acquisition

    Kesulitan keuangan dapat diartikan sebagai ketidakmampuan perusahaan untuk membayar kewajiban keuangannya pada saat jatuh tempo yang menyebabkan kebangkrutan perusahaan. Z–score pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh Edward Altman pada tahun 1968 yang dikembangkan untuk menentukankecenderungan kebangkrutan perusahaan dan dapat juga digunakan sebagai ukuran dari keseluruhan kinerja keuangan. Dalam penelitian tersebut, ia menemukan empat rasio yang dapat dikombinasikan dalam suatu rumus matematis yang akurat dalam mengestimasi kebangkrutan perusahaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memprediksi potensi kebangkrutan denganmenggunakan metode Altman Z-Score pada perusahaan sektor Transportasi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2010-2012. Populasi yang digunakan sebagai obyek penelitian adalah 28 perusahaan sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Dalam penelitian ini teknik sample yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan cara pengambilan sampel berdasarkan atas tujuan tersebut, maka sampel yang ditemukan sebanyak 17 perusahaan selama 3 periode (tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2012).Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Diskriminan. Dari hasil yang telah dilakukan terdapat 35 data perusahaan diprediksi bangkrut dan 16 perusahaan yang di prediksi sehat. Ketepatan prediksi pengelompokan potensi kebangkrutan sebesar 84,3%, sehingga dapat diperoleh kesimpulan metode Z Score Altman dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan.
