Analisis Kinerja Waktu dan Penerapan Building Information Modeling pada Proyek Pembangunan Jasmine Park Apartment Bogor: Time Schedule Analysis and Building Information Modeling Application on Jasmine Park Apartment Bogor

Increasing of certainly development requires jobs with high productivity, effectiveness and efficiency. The application of BIM up to four-dimensional modeling (4D) using Tekla Structure software is a solution because it can analyze time performance, determine the causative factors in the event of delays and actions to overcome them. 3D modeling included modeling of foundations, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and roofs. 4D modeling is conducted by adding work schedule to the 3D modeling that had been made. Time performance analysis was performed using the S-curve method for all buildings in Tower Green Jasmine Park Apartment Bogor construction project. Time performance analysis using the S curve found that this project experienced delays with the highest negative deviation value happened in June 2020 by -13.67%. The main delays in the project occured in procurement of MEP logistics and weather conditions. Work acceleration is carried out by increasing working hours and increasing the number of workers. &nbsp

The Electronic Word-of-Mouth Analysis and its Impact on Purchase Decisions: Studies on “Millennial and Z” Generation

The consumer purchase decision is a significant factor for a company as it concerns revenue and long-term operational continuity. This study aimed to measure the factors of electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) and its impact on consumer purchase decisions in the marketplace Shopeefood. It employed a quantitative approach paradigm. The research instrument was a questionnaire containing 15 items measured with the Likert scale model. The samples were selected using a purposive sampling approach covering millennial and Z-generation consumers. The primary data were obtained through surveys. A total of 107 respondents contributed to this study. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The results indicated that most (71.40%) of consumers open the Shopeefood application, and 91.34% access information about the products, reviews, and ratings before making a transaction. A total of 72.66% of consumers have a positive experience from previous transactions. Hypothesis testing partially showed that the intensity parameter does not affect the purchase decision. Meanwhile, the content parameter and the valence of opinion simultaneously affect and contribute 30.30% to the purchase decision

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manfaat terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah, untuk menguji pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah, Untuk menguji pengaruh edukasi terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif  kuantitatif. Populasi pada Penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Salatiga. Sampel dari Penelitian ini adalah 96 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Salatiga. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda melalui program SPSS 23. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan slovin dan stratified proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan manfaat, pengetahuan, dan edukasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat berinvestasi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Salatiga

KEPUASAN SEBAGAI MEDIASI PENGARUH SERVICE QUALITY DAN CUSTOMER INTIMACY TERADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH

This study observes the influence of Service Quality and Customer Intimacy on Customer Loyalty at Bank Muamalat KC Solo with Satisfaction as an Intervening variable. This study applies quantitative methods with a total of 100 respondents. The result was analyzed through statistical tests, classical assumption tests and path analysis on SPSS version 23. The finding shows:  Service Quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer Intimacy has no significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Service Quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Customer Intimacy has a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Satisfaction is not able to facilitate the effect of Service Quality and Customer Intimacy on Customer Loyalty. PUBLIC SPACE PARTICIPATION IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AGAINST SERIOUS HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS IN DISCOURSE PERSPECTIVE JÜRGEN HABERMAS

This writing aims to analyze the background of the public sphere's participation in resolving cases of gross human rights violations by using the public sphere discourse of Jurgen Habermas. The method used in writing is a normative juridical approach. The point is that this research focuses more on literature studies and news studies, documentary studies on the provisions of laws and regulations. The results of this paper show that the factors that cause serious human rights cases cannot be legally resolved because of the very dominant political element in the settlement, such as this serious human rights case will be used as an advantage for practical political interests five years, and also the average perpetrators of gross human rights violations are currently an important element in the current Indonesian government. In this case, the element of public space should play an important role in resolving these gross human rights violations, in the theory of public space discus according to Jurgen Habermas, so that social problems such as legal problems can be resolved intersubjectively between the system and the public sphere, and the results obtained through consensus can be accepted. Intersubjectively without putting aside each opinion, Habermas proposes his concept of communicative discourse as a discourse that must be tested first in a communicative ratio. ANALISA HASIL AUDIT PEMERINTAH TERHADAP TINGKAT KORUPSI PEMERINTAHAN PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

This research aims to analyze the influence of goverment auditing results such as audit opinion, audit finding, audit retrification on the level of corruption in Central Java Province. This research uses purposive sampling and the research uses secondary data from audit results of State audit board of indonesia (BPK-RI) and data total corruption from Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) and Indonesian Corruption Watch (ICW). The population in this study is all districts and cities in central Java Province.The results of this study showed that audit opinion has negative effect on corruptin level, and that partials audit finding has negative effect and significant on corruption level and audit retrification has positive effect and sifnificant on corruptin level. Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Dengan ScientificApproach Melalui Mobile Learning System Mata Kuliah Aljabar

Penelitian ini berjudul ?óÔé¼?ôPengembangan Bahan Ajar Berkarakter dengan pendekatan scientific melalui Mobile Learning System mata kuliah Aljabar?óÔé¼?Ø.Permasalahan yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah ?óÔé¼?ôBagaimana mengembangkanBahan Ajar Berkarakter Dengan Pendekatan Scientific melalui Mobile Learning System Mata Kuliah Aljabar yang valid. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Pengembangan. Perangkat yang dikembangkan adalah Bahan Ajar Berkarakter dengan pendekatan scientific melalui Mobile Learning System mata kuliah Aljabar untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang memenuhi kriteria valid. Prosedur penelitian ini, mengacu pada pengembangan 4D Thiagarajan namun dibatasi sampai 3 tahap yaitu pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design) dan pengembangan (develop). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpukan bahwa Bahan Ajar Berkarakter dengan pendekatan scientific melalui Mobile Learning System mata kuliah Aljabartelah valid yang divalidasi oleh ahli , yaitu: (1) validasi ahli materi dengan bilai rat-rata 3,8 (skor maksimal 4). (2) Validasi media dengan rata-rata nilai 3,0 (skor maksimal 4). Dari validasi ahli tersebut nilai rata-rata total adalah 3,4 (skor maksimal 4) sehingga bahan ajar dikatakan baik atau valid. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai masukan bagi dosen untuk mencoba melakukan pengembangan bahan ajar matematika dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang berupa Mobile Learning Sistem untuk pembelajaran, sehingga akan menambah wawasan bagi dosen maupun mahasiswa. The research method used is qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the Covid-19 Pandemic has had a sizable impact on the economy in Indonesia. Policies and stimulus were taken so that in this new normal era, Indonesia was able to survive and rise to build the economy in Indonesia as it was before.
