    The problem is how the implementation of wages in the practice of ta'oliu in Jorong Padang Laweh Subdistric Tanjung Gadang Regency Sijunjung and how the muamalah fiqh perspective on wages in the implementation of ta'oliu in Jorong Padang Laweh Subdisrict Tanjung Gadang Regency Sijunjung. The purpose is to describe the implementation of wages in ta'oliu practice in Jorong Padang Laweh Subdistric Tanjung Gadang, Regency Sijunjung and analyze the muamalah fiqh perspective on the implementation of ta'oliu in Jorong Padang Laweh Subdisric Tanjung Gadang, Regency Sijunjung. The type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The result was that ta'oliu readings were carried out in the cemetery for 7 consecutive days. The total wage given is RP.400,000 which is divided based on attendance. The wages implementation of ta'oliu have become customary provisions in Jorong Padang Laweh, Subdistric Tanjung Gadang, Regency Sijunjung. Because it has become a tradition to employ others in terms of worship. Perspective of fiqh muamalah the implementation of wages in ta'oliu practice in Jorong Padang Laweh, Subdistric Tanjung Gadang, Regency Sijunjung said that Urang siak who were present could take wages provided that the wages were not burdensome for families who carried out ta'oliu. Maliki and Safi'i schools allow it because of the remuneration of performing worship for certain jobs with certain rewards

    Maternal mortality in Indonesia is still dominated by bleeding, infection and hypertension. More than 25% of maternal deaths in Indonesia are due to hypertension. In Central Java Province, 32.97% of hypertension was ranked first as a case of maternal death. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of giving Tomato juice with Ambon banana to reduce blood pressure in pregnant women with hypertension. The research was conducted using an experimental research method, with a pretest-posttest control group design. The study population was all pregnant women with hypertension in the working area of the Semarang District Health Office as many as 68 pregnant women. The number of samples was 34 people for the treatment and control groups. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling. The research instrument used was a digital sphygmomanometer and a checklist. The results showed that the Paired t-test obtained p value 0.05, indicating that there was an effect of lowering blood pressure before and after being given tomato and banana juice for 7 days. The results of the Independent t-test showed that the difference in the average decrease in systolic blood pressure in the treatment group was more significant by 11.00 mmHg than in the control group by 4.61 mmHg and the average decrease in diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group was also more significant, namely equal to 6.08 mmHg compared to the control group at 4.31 mmHg. The result of p value difference between systolic and diastolic blood pressure is 0.001 and 0.007, which means Ha is accepted. Giving tomato juice is more effective in lowering blood pressure than giving Ambon banana. It is hoped that health workers will disseminate information to the public, especially pregnant women, to consume tomato juice as an effort to lower blood pressure

    THE EFFECT OF THE DURATION OF GADGET PLAYING ON THE EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN IN THE KIDS ROOM OF MOJOWARNO KRISTEN HOSPITAL

    Many parents thought that gadgets could be safe and easy to supervise playmates. In fact, if viewed from the point of view of mental health science, the natural growth and development process experienced by children can be disrupted due to the use of gadgets, including children's emotional development. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the duration of playing gadgets on children's emotional development. The research design used correlation analytic with cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all children aged 1 -5 years in the Children's Room, Mojowarno Hospital, a total of 34 children with purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 32 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire on the duration of the use of gadgets and a Questionnaire for Mental Emotional Problems, the data were analyzed by Spearman Rho Test. The results showed that most of the children used gadgets in the moderate category (60-120 minutes) a day, namely 19 children (69.4%), almost all children did not experience emotional development disorders, namely 28 children (87.5%). The results of the analysis with the Spearman Rho test showed that p-value = 0.001 or less than (0.05) and r-value = - 0.552 so that there was a relationship between the duration of using gadgets and the emotional development of children at Mojowarno Christian Hospital where the longer they use gadgets, the more they experience children's emotional development disorders. This was because by using gadgets excessively, children would lack empathy and concern for the surrounding environment, sometimes children cry and got angry for no reason if their wishes are not obeyed, especially if they asked to play gadgets.     Abstract Based on the research carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of the case study employees at the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely all 36 samples of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling where the determination of the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test, and t test. From this study, it was found that the variables of leadership, work motivation and employee performance had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, partially the leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performanc

    Sentra industri keset ini berada di desa karangrejo kecamatan purwosari kabupaten pasuruan merupakan sentra UMKM terbesar nomer enam yang ada di jawa timur. Penelitian ini berupaya mengkaji tentang efektivitas teknologi informasi perspktif Islam untuk pemulihan ekonomi sentra UMKM keset karangrejo pasca pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu pendekripsian tentanag teknologi informasi untuk pemulihan ekonomi sentra UMKM keset yang ada di karangrejo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi di lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjabaerkan bahwa teknologi informasi yang digunakan oleh para pelaku usah yang ada disentra UMKM keset karangrejo masih belum optimal penggunaannya dikarnakan keterbatasan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh para pelaku usah yang ada di sentra UMKM keset karangrejo tentang teknologi informasi bagi perkembangan suatu bisnis di tenggah gempuran akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19.     Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa apa bentuk pertanggung jawaban pelaku usaha terhadap konsumen atas penggunaan stik rapid test antigen bekas. Tipe penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Normatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan perundang-undangan  dan pendekatan konseptual. Bahan hukum penelitian ini adalah terdiri dari perundang-undangan dan catatan-catatan resmi. Pengumpulan bahan hukum dengan cara studi pustaka. Metode pengolahan bahan hukum dengan cara editing, sistematisasi, dan deskripsi. Analisis bahan hukum yaitu diawali dengan melakukan penelitian studi kepustakaan atau perundang-undangan dan artikel yang kemudian dihubungkan dengan landasan teori yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pertanggungjawaban pelaku usaha terhadap konsumen yang telah menggunakan Stik swab antigen bekas dengan memberikan ganti rugi atas kerusakan, pencemaran, dan atau kerugian konsumen akibat mengonsumsi barang dan atau jasa yang dihasilkan atau diperdagangkan. Pembayaran pengganti kerugian merupakan tanggung jawab paling utama dari pelaku usaha, ganti kerugian menurut UU No. 8 tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dapat berupa: pengembalian uang, penggantian barang dan atau jasa yang sejenis atau setara nilainya, perawatan kesehatan, dan pemberian santunan

    The Effect Of Leadership On Employee Performance at PT. Stella Satindo In Jakarta

    This research aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance at PT. Stella Satindo in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 54 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research, the leadership variable obtained an average score of 3.75 with good criteria. Employee performance variables obtained an average score of 3.88 with good criteria. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.715 + 0.670X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.817 or has a very strong level of relationship with a determination value of 66.7%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Keywords: Leadership, Employee Performance

    Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Abbro Bros Steel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey serta jenis penelitiannya yaitu asosiatif kausal dengan teknik kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Target dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Abbro Bros Steel dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 orang atau seluruh populasi (sampel jenuh). Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data variabel Kinerja Karyawan berada pada kategori baik dengan presentase 70,23%. Kemudian hasil dari analisis Uji t, variabel Kompensasi Finansial (X1) secara parsial mempengaruhi variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan thitung &gt; ttabel atau 4,151 &gt; 2,010.  Untuk variabel Motivasi Kerja (X2) secara parsial mempengaruhi variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan thitung &gt; ttabel atau 2,147 &gt; 2,010. Hasi analisis Uji f, terdapat pengaruh simultan Kompensasi Finansial (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan hasil  fhitung &gt; ftabel  atau  18,017 &gt; 3,19. Hasil uji korelasi berganda menunjukan nilai r 0,655 dan r2 sebesar 0,429. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa varian yang terjadi pada variabel Kompensasi Finansial (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) dapat mempengaruhi variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 42,90%.
