    Human Centered AI Integrating Ethical Psychological and Computational Perspectives for Inclusive Innovation

    The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has reshaped social, economic, and cultural landscapes, yet its development often prioritizes technical efficiency over human values. This study proposes the Human-Centered AI Integration Framework, a multidisciplinary model that unites ethical, psychological, and computational perspectives to promote inclusive and responsible AI innovation. Employing a mixed-method and Design Science Research (DSR) approach, data were gathered from literature studies, user surveys, and AI system analyses to identify gaps between ethical principles, user perception, and algorithmic design. The proposed framework consists of three interrelated layers: the Ethical Layer, emphasizing fairness, accountability, and transparency; the Psychological Layer, focusing on trust, empathy, and human experience; and the Computational Layer, ensuring algorithmic integrity through bias mitigation and explainability. Evaluation results from interdisciplinary experts confirm that the model effectively bridges human values with technical implementation, enhancing trust, inclusivity, and transparency across AI systems. This research contributes to the growing discourse on responsible AI by providing a holistic foundation for designing systems that are not only intelligent and efficient but also empathetic, equitable, and aligned with human well-being

    Digitalization of Legal Information Management in Primary Schools Based on the JDIH Application: Digitalisasi Manajemen Informasi Hukum Sekolah Dasar Berbasis Aplikasi JDIH

    The rapid development of science and technology in the education sector has prompted institutions like the elementary school to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of information and legal management. This study aims to develop a Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) application to facilitate the publication of school regulations. The primary objective of this research is to create an application that simplifies the management of student and school information, ensuring compliance with educational laws, and fostering an adaptive educational environment. The research used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, utilizing the Waterfall Model approach, which includes planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data was gathered through observation, interviews, and literature studies, ensuring comprehensive insights into the existing regulatory management practices at the school. The JDIH application was successfully developed and implemented at the elementary school. It improved the accessibility of school regulations, ensuring better legal compliance and enhancing transparency. Positive feedback was received from respondents, with an average satisfaction level of 83.3%. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of the JDIH application in streamlining regulatory management. It is expected that the application will be expanded to other schools, further improving the management of legal information and promoting a more transparent and efficient educational environment.Perkembangan pesat ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di sektor pendidikan mendorong lembaga seperti SD Inpres 7 Labuan Baru untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan informasi dan regulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum (JDIH) untuk mempublikasikan peraturan sekolah. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan aplikasi yang mempermudah pengelolaan informasi siswa dan sekolah, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan pendidikan, dan menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Waterfall Model, yang mencakup perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, untuk mendapatkan pemahaman menyeluruh tentang praktik pengelolaan regulasi yang ada di sekolah. Aplikasi JDIH berhasil dikembangkan dan diimplementasikan di SD Inpres 7 Labuan Baru. Aplikasi ini meningkatkan aksesibilitas peraturan sekolah, memastikan kepatuhan hukum yang lebih baik, dan meningkatkan transparansi. Umpan balik positif diterima dari responden, dengan tingkat kepuasan rata-rata sebesar 83,3%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas aplikasi JDIH dalam memperlancar pengelolaan regulasi. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat diperluas ke sekolah-sekolah lain, untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan informasi hukum dan menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih transparan dan efisien

    The rapid advancement of technology has raised public expectations for easy access to government services and information. In response, the Parigi Moutong District Government has implemented the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) with an SPBE index of 2.68, indicating that the system has been well implemented. This study employs the Enterprise Architecture (EA)methodology, based on the TOGAF ADM, with a focus on the infrastructure domain to enhance efficiency, security, and integration within SPBE. The study involves the stages of preparation, data collection, analysis, design, finalization, and validation. The identified gap is that, despite the successful implementation of SPBE, the integration of modern technologies such as AI and blockchain to strengthen security and efficiency has not yet been fully optimized. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of advanced technologies in the Enterprise Architecture blueprint for SPBE, as well as the implementation of pilot testing to evaluate the alignment of the application with real-world conditions. The research aims to develop a comprehensive blueprint offering infrastructure improvement solutions for the Parigi Moutong District Government. The results show that TOGAF ADM successfully improves system integration, bureaucratic efficiency, and public service quality. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of adjusting technology to suit local conditions and needs when applying it to other regions.  Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi telah meningkatkan harapan masyarakat terhadap kemudahan akses layanan daninformasi pemerintah. Menanggapi hal ini, Pemerintah Kabupaten Parigi Moutong telah menerapkan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) dengan indeks 2,68, yang menunjukkan bahwa implementasi telah berlangsung dengan cukup baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Enterprise Architecture (EA) berbasis TOGAF ADM yang difokuskan pada domain infrastruktur untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan, dan integrasi sistem SPBE. Tahapan penelitian meliputi persiapan, pengumpulan data, analisis, perancangan, finalisasi, dan validasi. Meskipun SPBE telah berjalan, ditemukan adanya gap berupa belum optimalnya integrasi teknologi modern seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan blockchain, khususnya dalam memperkuat efisiensi dan keamanan sistem. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada penggabungan teknologi canggih ke dalam cetak biru Arsitektur Enterprise untuk SPBE serta uji coba terbatas (pilot testing) guna memastikan kesesuaian solusi dengan kondisi nyata di lapangan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan cetak biru infrastruktur yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik dan efisiensi birokrasi di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TOGAF ADM efektif dalam meningkatkan integrasi sistem, efisiensi layanan, dan tata kelola pemerintahan, serta menegaskan pentingnya penyesuaian teknologi sesuai kebutuhan lokal dalam penerapan SPBE di wilayah lainnya.

Within this transformation, the Learning Factory emerges as an innovative concept that connects theoretical learning with practical application, enabling students and industry practitioners to co-create solutions through real-world, technology-based projects. Simultaneously, Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhances analytical, predictive, and adaptive capabilities, driving efficiency, innovation, and data-driven decision-making across organizational processes. This study aims to explore the synergy between LearningFactory and AI as a strategic driver of innovation in competitive and sustainable digital business models aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure). Through a qualitative methodology combining literature review and case study analysis of technology-based organizations and higher education institutions implementing the Learning Factory framework, the research identifies how AI integration strengthens learning outcomes, accelerates digital transformation, and promotes sustainability-driven innovation. The findings reveal that this synergy fostersadaptability, enhances human resource competencies, and generates economic,social, and environmental value. Furthermore, it encourages universities and industries to co-develop agile ecosystems that nurture startupreneurship, continuous learning, and inclusive innovation.     The Nahdlatul Ulama Scholarship (NUS) is a program designed to improve access to higher education by providing financial support to outstanding students. This initiative is managed by the Institute for Human Resources Study and Development of the Nahdlatul Ulama Executive Board (LAKPESDAM PBNU), which aims to contribute to creating a more skilled and educated Indonesian population, in line with the national goal of improving the Human Development Index (IPM). Recognizing the importance of affordable and inclusive education, this program aims to support students with exceptional potential who are dedicated to achieving academic excellence. This research proposes the development of a web-based scholarship application using the CodeIgniter 4 framework and SQL database to streamline the scholarship acceptance process. The application is designed to provide easy access for both administrators and applicants, enabling efficient data management and simplifying the scholarship application process. The main goal of this application is to simplify the scholarship acceptance process, improve data management efficiency, and enhance the accessibility of the application system. The system will include features that facilitate online application submission, data validation, and real-time status updates. In conclusion, this application aims to support the goals of the NUS program by offering an accessible, user-friendly platform that meets the demand for quality education while improving operational efficiency.     Libraries, as essential information centers, play a crucial role in providing diverse resources to meet the information needs of visitors. In the digital age, libraries face challenges in efficiently managing their vast collections while offering personalized services that cater to the varying needs of users. The primary goal of this research is to improve the management of library resources by developing a personalized book recommendation system. This system aims to provide relevant book suggestions based on individual preferences, specifically tailored to the academic needs and interests of university students. To achieve this, the research applies a combination of User-Based Collaborative Filtering (UBCF) and k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) algorithms, which are powerful techniques in the field of data mining. These methods are used to analyze the academic performance (measured by the students\u27 Indeks Prestasi Semester (IPS) scores) and book preferences to create a personalized recommendation system. The study demonstrates that the integration of UBCF and k-NN significantly enhances the accuracy and relevance of book recommendations, providing students with more tailored suggestions based on their academic achievements and preferences. The results indicate that such a recommendation system not only improves the user experience but also contributes to the enhancement of students\u27 academic performance by offering them books that align with their learning needs, ultimately supporting the academic goals of higher education institutions.Perpustakaan, sebagai pusat informasi, memegang peranan penting dalam menyediakan berbagai sumber daya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pengunjung. Di era digital ini, perpustakaan menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola koleksi yang sangat besar dan menawarkan layanan personalisasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan penggunanya. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sumber daya perpustakaan dengan mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi buku yang dipersonalisasi. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk memberikan saran buku yang relevan berdasarkan preferensi individu, khususnya yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan akademik dan minat mahasiswa. Untuk mencapai hal ini, penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi metode User-Based Collaborative Filtering (UBCF) dan k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN), yang merupakan teknik yang kuat dalam bidang penambangan data. Metode-metode ini digunakan untuk menganalisis kinerja akademik (diukur dengan Indeks Prestasi Semester (IPS) mahasiswa) dan preferensi buku untuk menciptakan sistem rekomendasi yang dipersonalisasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi UBCF dan k-NN secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi dan relevansi rekomendasi buku, memberikan saran yang lebih sesuai kepada mahasiswa berdasarkan pencapaian akademik dan preferensi mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekomendasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja akademik mahasiswa dengan menawarkan buku yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan belajar mereka, yang pada akhirnya mendukung tujuan akademik institusi pendidikan tinggi

    Analysis of Risk Factors of HPS in Goods and Services Procurement for Jakarta Property Projects: Mitigasi Risiko HPS Berbasis Digital pada Pengadaan Proyek Properti

    The procurement of goods and services for property projects in Jakarta faces various challenges, primarily due to inaccuracies in the Self-Estimated Price (HPS), which lead to significant risks in cost, time, and quality. This study seeks to identify the dominant risk factors caused by HPS inaccuracies and propose effective strategies to mitigate their impact on property project procurement. The research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, with 54 respondents involved, to evaluate three key risk categories: cost, time, and quality, based on the effects of HPS inaccuracies. The study finds that these inaccuracies undermine budget efficiency, cause delays in procurement processes, and negatively impact the quality of goods or services received. Cost-related risks include document instability and unforeseen expenses, while time-related risks involve delays and frequent revisions of the HPS. Quality-related risks stem from the use of substandard materials and the failure to meet project specifications. To mitigate these risks, the study proposes updating the HPS with up-to-date market data, conducting regular price surveys, enhancing the skills of procurement teams, adopting digital technologies such as e-procurement systems, and improving supplier selection processes. These strategies aim to improve procurement efficiency, enhance project quality, and ensure cost-effectiveness, ultimately leading to better project outcomes.Pengadaan barang dan jasa untuk proyek properti di Jakarta menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama disebabkan oleh ketidakakuratan dalam Harga Perkiraan Sendiri (HPS), yang mengarah pada risiko signifikan terkait biaya, waktu, dan kualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor risiko dominan yang disebabkan oleh ketidakakuratan HPS dan mengusulkan strategi mitigasi yang efektif untuk mengurangi dampaknya terhadap pengadaan proyek properti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), dengan melibatkan 54 responden, untuk mengevaluasi tiga kategori risiko utama: biaya, waktu, dan kualitas, berdasarkan dampak ketidakakuratan HPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakakuratan ini mengurangi efisiensi anggaran, menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam proses pengadaan, dan berdampak negatif pada kualitas barang atau jasa yang diterima. Untuk mengatasi risiko ini, penelitian ini mengusulkan pembaruan HPS dengan data pasar terkini, melakukan survei harga secara rutin, meningkatkan keterampilan tim pengadaan, mengadopsi teknologi digital seperti sistem e-procurement, dan memperbaiki proses seleksi pemasok. In Indonesia, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in driving economic growth and employment, yet their adoption of AI technologies remains limited due to resource constraints, lack of expertise, and uncertainty about return on investment. This study aims to investigate how AI adoption can be leveraged to achieve competitive advantage in Indonesian SMEs. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys and in-depth interviews with SME owners across various sectors. The findings indicate that AI applications such as predictive analytics, chatbot-based customer service, and demand forecasting have contributed to increased productivity, cost efficiency, and market competitiveness. The study provides a practical framework for AI implementation tailored to the needs and capacities of Indonesian SMEs, offering insights for business practitioners, policymakers, and researchers seeking to advance digital transformation in the SME sector

    Impact of Digital Innovations on Business Competitiveness and Sustainability – A Data-Driven Approach

    This study examines the critical interplay between digital innovations, business competitiveness, and sustainability, providing empirical evidence on their inter- connections. Digital innovations, encompassing technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT), have emerged as transformative forces driving efficiency and enabling sustainable practices. The research employs a quantitative design, utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze data from diverse organi- zations. Results confirm that digital innovations significantly enhance busi- ness competitiveness, which in turn mediates their positive impact on sustain- ability outcomes. The findings underscore the necessity for strategic align- ment of technological adoption with business objectives to achieve competitive differentiation and meet sustainability goals. Key insights reveal that sector- specific strategies are essential for maximizing the benefits of digital transfor- mation. Manufacturing benefits from predictive maintenance, retail achieves supply chain transparency, finance leverages blockchain for ESG reporting, and technology focuses on scalable, sustainability-integrated solutions. The study also highlights the role of supportive regulatory frameworks and cross-sector collaboration in fostering innovation and sustainability. These insights con- tribute to academic discourse and provide actionable guidance for policymak- ers and industry leaders. Future research should explore longitudinal impacts and cross-industry dynamics to deepen the understanding of digital innovations’ role in sustainable economic growth

    Reinterpreting Brand Experience Stimuli through Virtual Space Avatars and Metaverse Co-Creation

    The transformation of digital spaces into three-dimensional virtual ecosystems, widely known as the metaverse, has fundamentally reshaped the paradigm of brand experience from traditional visual narrative communication into participatory, immersive, and multisensory engagement. This study aims to reinterpret and extend the conventional understanding of brand experience by identifying the key stimuli that shape user interactions within virtual environments. Employing a qualitative exploratory approach based on the AEIOU framework (Activities, Environments, Interactions, Objects, and Users) and reflective thematic analysis, the research examined eight major metaverse platforms across five categories: game-based, social playground, VR-based, NFT-based, and event-based. The analysis revealed five primary dimensions that collectively construct brand experience in the metaverse: immersive presence, virtual space, avatar-mediated interaction, personalized virtual goods, and dynamic co-creation. These dimensions redefine the brand experience from a stimulus–response perspective into a participatory, socially driven relationship in which users actively co-create meaning, identity, and value with brands. The findings highlight how digital stimuli and multisensory interactions within metaverse spaces foster emotional attachment and brand engagement, offering both conceptual and managerial implications. From a theoretical standpoint, this research provides an initial framework for understanding brand experience in immersive digital environments, while practically, it guides marketers and brand strategists to design interactive, personalized, and community-oriented branding initiatives.
