    ABSTRACT Aero Febi Subandie, 2012: The Influence of Brand Trust and Product Attribute toward Customer Loyalty in Reebok shoes product (Survey at Gelora Bung Karno Sports Center’s Visitors). Advisor : Setyo Ferry Wibowo, SE, MM, Dra. Basrah Saidani M.Si. The purposes of this study are :1) To describe Brand Trust, Product Attribute, and Customer Loyalty in Reebok Shoes product. 2) To know the influence of brand Trust toward customer loyalty Reebok shoes product. 3) To know the influence of product atribute toward customer loyalty Reebok shoes product, 4) To know the influence of both variable brand trust and product attribute toward customer loyalty toward customer loyalty together. The number of population in this research are 100 respondents. The technic method sampling in this study is nonprobability sampling which is purposive sampling. This study was carry out quantitively, describtive designed and Causal research, the research method is survey method. The Analisys was conducted using SPSS 20. The result of descriptive anilysis shows:1) Brand trust in Reebok was good, but there is several item that still not good enough in fiability dimention and intentionality, 2) Reebok’s product attribute was good, dominated by product quality dimention and product design dimention. 3) Customer Loyalty of Reebok was good, customers have said to repurchase Reebok shoes nor other Reebok’s product and have willingness to recomend reebok’s product to others. The result of Hypothesis test shows :1) Brand trust significantly influenced customer loyalty, 2) Product Attribute influenced Customer Loyalty, 3) Brand trust and product attribute influenced customer loyalty together.     Quality Analysis of English Subtitles in Indonesian YouTube Video using Appraisal Theory

    This research aims to assess the quality of English subtitle in several video blogs (vlogs) made by Indonesian YouTube content creators. Subtitle can be described as words that translate what the speaker is saying in a video into a different language and subtitle usually appear at the bottom of the screen. Subtitle holds important roles in digital era. Subtitle helps content creator to convey contents of their vlogs.  Subtitle also able to help viewer who are deaf or having difficulties with hearing so they can enjoy the vlog. Subtitle also able to help content creator reach out to global audience. Indonesian content creator usually provides English subtitle on their vlog to aim global YouTube viewer. Subtitling is not an easy process. Subtitling involves a shift from oral to written. Subtitling involves linguistics aspect and is the reason such research exists. Linguistic aspect such as appraisal theory is needed to assess the quality of subtitle. This research aims to identify quality of English subtitle which contains appraisal system. The data of this research were teken from vlogs and it were collected through library research. This research classified as descriptive qualitative research. The result of this study shows that some Indonesian content creator still need some quality improvement of its subtitle

    Simulation offers a powerful way to investigate the boundaries of what can be achieved by a manufacturing system, demonstrating the impact of schedules and policy decisions such as the placement of buffers and the size of safety stocks. Unfortunately, the construction of factory models at the necessary level of detail is a time-consuming process, requiring specialist skills. This paper describes a novel approach to the representation of logistic control within a simulated factory, and its implementation in a study of a business unit at Volvo Aero in Trollhättan, Sweden. Several innovative features were built into the model, making it possible for users who were not simulation experts to explore a broad range of scenarios. The resulting model architecture, as described in this paper, takes simulation out of the computer lab and places it in the hands of managers, as an enabler of the responsive enterprise

    Secara garis besar tujuan penelitian ini adalah :1) mendapatkan deskripsi tentang kepercayaan merek, atribut produk dan loyalitas pelanggan pada produk sepatu Reebok. 2) mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk sepatu olahraga Reebok. 3) mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk sepatu olahraga Reebok, 4) mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan merek dan atribut produk secara bersama– sama berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk sepatu olahraga Reebok. Unit observasi adalah 100 responden yang merupakan penggunjung sarana olahraga Gelora Bung Karno. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Sedangkan bagian dari nonprobability sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif, desain deskriptif serta kausal, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode survei. Data diolah dengan menggunakan program aplikasi statistik SPSS 16.Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan :1) Kepercayaan merek yang dilakukan oleh Reebok sudah baik, namun masih ada beberapa item yang kurang pada dimensi fiability dan intentionality, 2) Atribut produk sudah baik, di dominasi oleh dimesi kualitas produk dan desain produk. 3) Loyalitas pelanggan menyatakan kesediaannya untuk membeli kembali produk sepatu Reebok maupun produk lainnya dan kesediaan untuk merekomendasikan produk Reebok kepada orang lain.     A comparison of the calculated and experimental off-design performance of a radial flow turbine

    Off design aerodynamic performance of the solid version of a cooled radial inflow turbine is analyzed. Rotor surface static pressure data and other performance parameters were obtained experimentally. Overall stage performance and turbine blade surface static to inlet total pressure ratios were calculated by using a quasi-three dimensional inviscid code. The off design prediction capability of this code for radial inflow turbines shows accurate static pressure prediction. Solutions show a difference of 3 to 5 points between the experimentally obtained efficiencies and the calculated values

    Streamlining the formation of virtual enterprises in the aerospace industry

    The virtual enterprise is an ideal solution to the pace of change in modern markets, where increasingly well-informed customers demand high performance, customised products, with continuing downward pressure on prices and lead times. In meeting customer requirements of this kind, the level of investment demanded of an individual manufacturer may be prohibitive, but success can be achieved through collaboration between businesses. Engineering across organisational boundaries poses many problems, but these have been the subject of study for some years, and are relatively well-supported by systems such as e-business portals, neutral file formats and shared data environments. If lead times are to be further reduced, it may be wise to target the virtual enterprise formation stage, rather than the operations that are to be conducted once the enterprise has formed. Within the VIVACE (Value Improvement through a Virtual Aeronautical Collaborative Enterprise) project, one task is to demonstrate how a significant reduction in the time required for a virtual company to create a business proposal might be achieved.
