Artikel ini  merupakan  hasil  beberapa  sumber yang  menggambarkan  seberapa  besar  peran  guru  dalam menerapkan  kurikulum merdeka mandiri berubah .   Guru   yaitu  seseorang   yang memiliki  peran   penting   dalam   proses mengajar  dan  harus  mampu  mengaplikasikan  suatu  kurikulum  di  sekolah,  sedanglan  kurikulum  adalah suatu  sistem  rencana    yang  diterapkan  dalam  aktivitas belajar  mengajar.  Artikel  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  bagaimana  peran  guru  dalam menerapkan kurikulum Merdeka berubah. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif subjek dalam penelitian adalah Guru SDIT Daarul Huda serta insturmennya menggunakan lembar wawancara. Hasil yang didapat oleh penulis menunjukkan adanya  peran  penting  menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Selain itu juga upaya    guru  dalam menerapkan kurikulum erdeka berubah ini  dibuatnya komuntas belajar, Pelatihan guru, sert membuat kelompok kerja guru

This article discusses the analysis of the concept of historical material during the European colonial period for elementary school students. Pedagogik Kritis dalam Membangun Pendidikan Humanis

Pendidikan kini semakin kehilangan makna sebagai wahana untuk pendewasaan seluruh penghuni yang ada di dalamnya. Pendidikan semakin membuat rekonstruksi humanisme, dalam prosesnya siswa diperlakukan seperti di dalam penjara, karena tidak ada perbedaan antara sekolah dengan penjara jika ruang-ruang kelas masih harus tertutup sehingga menyebabkan siswa kehilangan optik cakrawala. Siswa hanya cenderung diam di bangku dan tidak bergerak sedikit pun ketika proses pembelajaran sedang berlangsung. Tujuan dibuatnya artikel ini adalah keresahan penulis akan pendidikan yang tidak menjadikan manusia sebagai manusia, tidak menjadikan peserta didik sebagai subjek dalam pendidikan, dan tidak menjadikan sebuah dialog sebagai suatu peran sebagai komponen yang sangat diperlukan dari proses belajar maupun mencari tahu. Padahal sesungguhnya sifat pendidikan itu bersifat membimbing dan harus menuju sebuah arah perubahan. Melalui metode studi literatur, penulis mencari referensi dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, artikel ilmiah, jurnal, tesis, dll. Pendidikan yang bersifat humanistis ini juga menurut Paule Freire yang mencetuskan konsep pendidikan hadapan masalah guru dan siswa  sama-sama belajar tanpa adanya unsur paksaan yang menjadikan siswanya bebas dalam artian merdeka dalam berpikir, mengambil keputusan, dan mampu bertanggung jawab atas apa yang telah dipilihnya sehingga siswa diperlakukan layaknya sebagai manusia yang hakikatnya terus berpikir. Dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan humanis ini dapat membuat peserta didik senantiasa berpikir kritis dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan dan memiliki kemerdekaan dalam proses pembelajara

Peningkatan Motivasi Belajar Siswa melalui Keterampilan Mengajar Guru di Sekolah Dasar

Humans can not be separated from learning. A person will definitely go through a period in life when he needs to study. The learning can be formal or informal. Elementary school is a place to learn and acquire knowledge at an early level which can be the foundation for students. The problem now is that many students are less enthusiastic about learning, get bored quickly to carry out learning. In this case the teacher must be able to increase students' interest in learning. The aim of this study is to analyze student learning motivation that develops through the teaching competence of teachers in the classroom. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was carried out based on the results of the interviews. The results showed that the teaching skills of teachers had a partial positive effect on students' learning motivation. So that student learning motivation can be increased by improving the teaching skills of elementary school teachers

Impact of opioid-free analgesia on pain severity and patient satisfaction after discharge from surgery: multispecialty, prospective cohort study in 25 countries

Background: Balancing opioid stewardship and the need for adequate analgesia following discharge after surgery is challenging. This study aimed to compare the outcomes for patients discharged with opioid versus opioid-free analgesia after common surgical procedures.Methods: This international, multicentre, prospective cohort study collected data from patients undergoing common acute and elective general surgical, urological, gynaecological, and orthopaedic procedures. The primary outcomes were patient-reported time in severe pain measured on a numerical analogue scale from 0 to 100% and patient-reported satisfaction with pain relief during the first week following discharge. Data were collected by in-hospital chart review and patient telephone interview 1 week after discharge.Results: The study recruited 4273 patients from 144 centres in 25 countries; 1311 patients (30.7%) were prescribed opioid analgesia at discharge. Patients reported being in severe pain for 10 (i.q.r. 1-30)% of the first week after discharge and rated satisfaction with analgesia as 90 (i.q.r. 80-100) of 100. After adjustment for confounders, opioid analgesia on discharge was independently associated with increased pain severity (risk ratio 1.52, 95% c.i. 1.31 to 1.76; P < 0.001) and re-presentation to healthcare providers owing to side-effects of medication (OR 2.38, 95% c.i. 1.36 to 4.17; P = 0.004), but not with satisfaction with analgesia (beta coefficient 0.92, 95% c.i. -1.52 to 3.36; P = 0.468) compared with opioid-free analgesia. Although opioid prescribing varied greatly between high-income and low- and middle-income countries, patient-reported outcomes did not.Conclusion: Opioid analgesia prescription on surgical discharge is associated with a higher risk of re-presentation owing to side-effects of medication and increased patient-reported pain, but not with changes in patient-reported satisfaction. Opioid-free discharge analgesia should be adopted routinely

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BUKU CERITA DIGITAL PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPS MATERI KERAJAAN ISLAM KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan media buku cerita digital pada pembelajaran IPS materi kerajaan islam di Nusantara kelas IV sekolah dasar. Hal ini dilakukan karena kurangnya minat pada mata pelajaran IPS di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain, menguji kelayakan serta mengetahui respon pengguna terhadap media buku cerita digital di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Design and Development menggunakan pengembangan model ADDIE yang mencakup 5 tahapan yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli kebahasaan, ahli media serta dari pengguna yaitu siswa dan guru untuk mendapatkan hasil penilaian kelayakan pada media pembelajaran yang telah dibuat, serta respon dari pengguna. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yang diajukan. Oleh karena itu, media pembelajaran buku cerita digital dirancang menggunakan canva dan ibispaintX sebagai platform aplikasi, respon dari ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli Bahasa mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik dan layak di ujicobakan kepada siswa sekolah dasar. Adapun respon dari pengguna siswa maupun guru mendapatkan respon yang positif. Dari beberapa respon tersebut media buku cerita digital layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran serta mendapatkan respon positif dari pengguna siswa maupun guru. Therefore, the digital storybook learning media was designed using Canva and ibispaintX as application platforms. Responses from material experts, media experts and language experts received very good responses and were worth testing with elementary school students. The response from student users and teachers received a positive response. From these responses, digital storybook media is suitable for use in learning and has received positive responses from students and teachers

Pengaruh Gadget Terhadap Perkembangan Sosial Anak di Masa Pandemi

Penelitian ini di buat dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan manfaatan dan juga akibat yang ditimbulkan dari penggunaan gadget dimasa pandemi pada anak terutama pada penurunan kualitas komunikasi anak dengan orang-orang disekitarnya. Penelitian ini dititikberatkan pada tujuan, aktivitas yang dilakukan, intensitas penggunaan dan dampak yang dirasakan pada anak pada saat mereka menggunakan gadgetnya di masa pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kepustakaan dan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah gadget memberikan dampak positif dan negatif bagi anak. Di satu sisi gadget dapat menjadi media pembelajaran dan hiburan di masa pandemi covid-19. Tetapi disisi lainnya gadget dapat membuat anak menjadi terganggu perkembangan sosialnya yang diakibatkan terlalu menghabiskan waktunya di depan layar gadget
