Pelatihan Pengembangan Instrumen HOTS bagi Guru Kimia SMA dan MA di Kota Semarang sebagai Upaya Mewujudkan Paradigma Pendidikan Abad 21
Assessment is a process to measure students' thinking skills and learning outcomes. Teachers must be able to develop assessment instruments by the demands of the curriculum for assessing higher-order thinking skills. The purpose of this service activity is to provide training in the development of HOTS assessment instruments for SMA/MA teachers in the Semarang. The method used in this service is the discourse and discussion method using an active participatory approach and technical guidance. Training activities are carried out online through the Zoom channel. The number of participants who took part in the training was 18 teachers. The results of this training activity are the teacher's ability to develop the HOTS assessment instrument for chemistry learning by the educatioradigm 21 and the 2013 curriculum. The skills developed include: identifying higher order thinking indicators according to the taxonomy, identifying higher order thinking indicators based on HOTS types, compiling an assessment grassessmentoping questions, making answer keys, and scoring, rubrics.Penilaian merupakan proses untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir dan hasil belajar siswa. Guru harus mampu mengembangkan instrumen penilaian sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum, yaitu instrumen penilaian kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pengembangan instrumen penilaian High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) bagi guru SMA/MA di Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah dan tanya jawab dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif aktif dan bimbingan teknis. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan secara daring melalui kanal Zoom. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan sebanyak 18 orang terdiri dari 16 guru SMA dan 2 guru MA. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini berupa kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian HOTS untuk pembelajaram kimia sesuai dengan paradigma pendidikan 21 dan kurikulum 2013. Kemampuan yang dikembangkan antara lain: mengidentifikasi indikator berpikir tingkat tinggi sesuai dengan taksonomi, mengidentifikasi indikator berpikir tingkat tingggi berdasarkan jenis HOTS, menyusun kisi-kisi penilaian, mengembangkan butir soal, membuat kunci jawaban dan rubrik penilaian

UPAYA PENANGANAN DAN PERILAKU PASIEN PENDERITA DIABETES MELLITUS TIPE 2 DI PUSKESMAS MACCINI SAWAH KOTA MAKASSAR TAHUN 2013
Prevalensi diabetes mellitus sudah semakin tinggi, baik di negara-negara maju, maupun di negara-negara berkembang khususnya Indonesia. Diabetes mellitus menempati peringkat lima dari sepuluh penyebab utama kematian di Makassar tahun 2007. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya penanganan dan perilaku pasien penderita DM tipe 2 di Puskesmas Maccini Sawah Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian adalah observasional deskriptif dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2013 dengan sampel sebanyak 29 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan upaya penangan DM di Puskesmas Maccini Sawah masih kurang, pengetahuan pasien masih kurang, dan perilaku (kepatuhan diet, aktivitas fisik, kepatuhan minum obat) pasien DM tipe 2 masih banyak yang tidak patuh, dan lebih tingginya prevalensi kadar glukosa darah tidak terkontrol dibandingkan yang terkontrol. Disarankan untuk lebih memaksimalkan peran TPG dalam pelayanan di pojok gizi (POZI) dan sebaiknya pelayanan di pojok gizi tidak hanya diperuntukkan untuk bayi, balita ataupun ibu hamil saja, tetapi juga difungsikan untuk melayani pasien penderita penyakit lain, khususnya pasien penderita DM serta diharapkan adanya penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai intervensi pada pasien penderita DM.\ud

The society human immunodeficiency virus health literacy scale: the development and psychometric assessment
Society human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) related health literacy is an essential behavioural skill that contributes to understanding the disease and responding to people living with HIV. Measuring HIV health literacy in the community requires reliable tools to produce an objective health literacy index. This study aimed to design and examined the society HIV health literacy scale's (SHIVAL) psychometric properties. A cross sectional study was conducted on 381 people without HIV. Sample recruitment used convenience sampling. Instrument development and psychometric analysis include item pool construction and content validity examination, consistency reliability test, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. A standardized four factor model fits the HIV health literacy measure well. This scale has 15 items with good Cronbach's Alpha reliability index and content validity index. The final SHIVAL Scale has been determined reliable and appropriate for measuring health literacy related to HIV. Nurses or healthcare professionals can use this scale to predict an individual's HIV health literacy, thereby influencing the social intervention of HIV disease and enabling effective community health literacy strategies
Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Kader Tentang Endorphin Massage Terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Ibu Bersalin
Pregnancy and childbirth are natural and painful processes. But many women who feel the pain is more severe than it should be because many are influenced by panic and stress. This is called the fear-tension-pain concept, where fear creates tension and panic that causes muscles to stiffen and eventually causes pain. One way of non-pharmacological management to reduce labor pain is endorphin massage. Endorphin Massage is a light touch/massage therapy that is quite important to be given to pregnant women, in the time leading up to the time to give birth. This is because massage stimulates the body to release endorphins which are pain relievers and can create a feeling of comfort. So far, endorphins have been known as substances that have many benefits (Kuswandi, 2011). Partner problems are pregnant women in an anxious condition that greatly affects the delivery process and problems with babies, because of lack of knowledge, they don't know what to do to overcome them. The solution to the problem is to provide knowledge education to cadres about complementary endorphine massage care for pregnant women in dealing with anxiety during childbirth to reduce pain during childbirth. The method of activity is in the form of counseling material about complementary endorphin massage care for pregnant women in dealing with anxiety during childbirth to cadre respondents using video support media and leaflets, after the material is given a question session will be opened to cadres, then evaluate teenagers by asking questions. AbstrakKehamilan dan persalinan merupakan suatu proses yang alami dan menimbulkan rasa sakit. Namun banyak wanita yang merasakan sakit tersebut lebih parah dari seharusnya karena banyak dipengaruhi oleh rasa panik dan stres. Hal ini disebut fear-tension-pain concept (takut-tegang-sakit), dimana rasa takut menimbulkan ketegangan dan kepanikan yang menyebabkan otot menjadi kaku dan akhirnya menyebabkan rasa sakit. Salah satu cara penatalaksanaan nonfarmakologis untuk mengurangi nyeri persalinan dengan endorphine massage. Endorphin Massage merupakan sebuah terapi sentuhan/pijatan ringan yang cukup penting diberikan pada wanita hamil, di waktu menjelang hingga saatnya melahirkan. Hal ini disebabkan karena pijatan merangsang tubuh untuk melepaskan senyawa endorphin yang merupakan pereda rasa sakit dan dapat menciptakan perasaan nyaman, Selama ini endorphin sudah dikenal sebagai zat yang banyak manfaatnya (Kuswandi,2011). Permasalahan mitra adalah ibu hamil dalam kondisi cemas sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses persalinan dan masalah pada bayi, karena kurangnya pengetahuan maka belum tau apa yan harus dilakukan untuk mengatasinya. Solusi untuk permasalahannya adalah dengan memberikan edukasi pengetahan kepada kader tentang asuhan komplementer endorphine massage pada ibu hamil dalam menghadapi kecemasan saat persalinan untuk mengurangi rasa sakit saat melahirkan. Metode kegiatan berupa penyuluhan materi tentang asuhan komplementer endorphine massage pada ibu hamil dalam menghadapi kecemasan saat persalinan melalui daring/secara online di grup whatsap kepada responden kader dengan menggunakan media pendukung vidio dan leaflet, setelah materi diberikan akan dibuka sesi pertanyaan kepada kader , kemudian menevaluasi remaja dengan mengajukan pertanyaan, kemudian dilakukan penutupan kegiatan setelah selesai semua kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat

Effect of School-Based Interventions in the Prevention of Child and Adolescent Obsesity to Behavioral Health, Physical Activity, and Body Mass Index: A Systematic Review
Background: Prevalence of obesity in Indonesia in children aged 5-12 years by 18.8%, 13-15 years of
10.8%, and 16-18 years of 7.3%. School based Intervention is one of the interventions that have been widely used to prevent obesity in children and adolescents. This study identifies the effectiveness of school-based intervention programs on physical activity, body mass index, and health behavior. Methods: Search articles through database: Scopus, Proquest, ScienceDirect, and PubMed. The year limit used is 5 years (year 2013 -
2017). Results: There are fifteen selected journal articles from 11,723 journal articles found. Conclusions: This systematic review generally recommends school-based interventions with multi-component that are classroom curricula, school environment support, family involvement, fun programs (playing computer, jogging) and regular health education to prevent obesity in children and adolescents that involve multiple parties. However, it should be done more and more research by using RCT with good preparation and cooperation with all elements in the implementation and implementation of the program

Adolescences experience of gender-based violence: a qualitative study
Violence towards women is a serious global problem which can affect mental, physical, sexual dan reproductive health. This study aimed to explore adolescents’ experiences of gender-based violence. This study used a qualitative phenomenology design to assess the adolescent’s experience of gender-based violence. The participants were 15 female adolescents aged 15-18. Participants were interviewed using semi-structured in-depth interviews. The qualitative data obtained were transcribed and analyzed using the Colaizzi approach. The results were structured into four themes according to the adolescent experiences of violence. The themes were the violence experienced; Victim’s efforts to deal with the violent incident; Barriers to not reporting or telling others; hope and desire for violence prevention. This study highlights that almost the majority of female adolescent was disclosed to tell other people about incidents of violence. Adolescents tend to feel self-blame and consider that the violent behavior happened because of their fault. This finding emphasized the intervention to resolved the unmet need to facilitate reporting of gender-based violence by victimized adolescents. The interventions must address the stigma, increase community understanding about taboos, and promote gender-based violence education at the school, family, and societal levels
