Return migration issues in Kazakh-Chinese relations: Mobility and immobility in migration of Kazakh diaspora in China
In the paper the Kazakhstan migration research is carried out, its
role in social and economic life of Republic is defined, main stages are
established. Recommendations on improving Migration policy of the
Republic of Kazakhstan are proposed. As a result of the research, it was
revealed that the current Law on Migration of the Republic of Kazakhstan
may not positively stimulate the process of resettlement of ethnic Kazakhs
from China. It is recommended to work directly with Kazakh youth
abroad in order to give a new impetus to the process of migration of the
Kazakh diaspora to Kazakhstan

Based on benzoylacetone synthesized 1-phenyl-2- [2-hydroxy-3-sulfo-5-nitrophenylazo] 1,3-butadione (PHSNPAB). Studied complex formation of copper (II) with 1-phenyl-2- [2-hydroxy-3-sulfo-5-nitrophenylazo] 1,3-butadione (PHSNPAB) in the presence and absence of the third component such as cetylpyridinium chloride (CPCl), cetylpyridinium bromide (CPBr) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMABr). Single ligand complexes are formed at pH = 3, ΓΒ» = 444nm, and mixed ligand complexes at pH = 2 ΓΒ» = 456, 454, and 461 nm, respectively (CPCl, and CPBr, CTMABr). ΓΒ°dentified the relations of the reacting components in homogeneous composition of Cu-R (1: 2) and mixed ligand Cu-R-CPCl (1: 2: 2), Cu-R-CPBr (1: 2: 2) and Cu-R-CTMABr (1 2: 1) complexes, which concentration interval subordinated to Beer's law. The influence of external ions and masking substances on complex formation was studied. Method for the photometric determination of copper in the rocks was established
Raise of short-stemmed vaviloid branched spike lines and their cytogenetics
Hybridization between hexaploid species of wheat (Triticum L.) and triticale (Π§ Triticosecale Wittm.) is used widely in genetic research and breeding when studying mutual introgressions of genetic material to original species. As far as the hexaploid triticale obtained in our Institute possessed a strong potential of morphogenesis, we decidedΒ to use it in crosses with bread wheat. During the process of morphogenesis in hybrid population of the second and third generations derived from the crosses between hexaploid triticale with different bread wheat cultivars (Opal and Chinese Spring) and variety (Triticum aestivum var. velutinum), plants with wheat, rye, intermediate, and triticale-like spike types were noted. Starting from the third generation, constant short-stemmed vaviloid branched spike plants were isolated among populations under study. Despite instability and numerous meiotic aberrations observed in the first generation of plants, including branched-spike ones, the subsequent progeny demonstrated meiotic and morphological stability. The chromosome composition of one of the lines (378/3SD) was characterized by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and genome in situ hybridization (GISH), and it was identified as a substitution line. Chromosomal identification of such lines will allow their use in genetic studies concerning specified traits, in particular, the vaviloid branched spike
TREATMENT OPTIONS FOR LOCOREGIONAL RECURRENCES OF ORAL AND OROPHARYNGEAL MUCOSAL SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA
The study included 314 patients with recurrent squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity and oropharynx after radical treatment. Patients were divided into groups depending on the timing β patients with early recurrence (n = 162), and late recurrence (n = 152 ), and depending on the type of treatment of recurrent tumors: conservative treatment group (n = 56 ), surgical (n = 235) and combined treatment (n = 23) group. A comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of the treatment of these patients based on the results of treatment, survival rates, the frequency and severity of complications. The conservative therapy of recurrent tumors of the oral cavity if surgical treatment is impossible is effective, especially in cases of late recurrent tumors but only surgical or combined treatment may reach the five-year survival rate in patients with recurrent tumor, cancer of the oral cavity and oropharynx
Habitual miscarriage in women with a combination of autoimmune diseases of the thyroid gland and AFS
In world literature, published many works, the main object of study are women of reproductive age, including healthy women, women with recurrent pregnancy loss and infertile women undergoing assisted reproductive technologies. Most of these studies showed a significant Association between the presence tireoidnykh autoantibodies, infertility and an increased risk of miscarriage. Adequate levels of circulating blood levels of thyroid hormones is the subject of βEssentialsβ for the normal functioning of the reproductive system. This article examines the relationship of miscarriage with autoimmune thyroid diseases and circulation of antiphospholipid antibodies. This Association is not accidental. A possible mechanism for this relationship is the fact that the presence of antithyroid antibodies reflects a generalized activation of the immune system and enhances autoimmune process directed against fetoplacental system.Π ΠΌΠΈΡΠΎΠ²ΠΎΠΉ Π»ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠ°ΡΡΡΠ΅ ΠΎΠΏΡΠ±Π»ΠΈΠΊΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΎ ΠΌΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡ, ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΠ²Π½ΡΠΌ ΠΎΠ±ΡΠ΅ΠΊΡΠΎΠΌ ΠΈΠ·ΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΊΠΎΡΠΎΡΡΡ

Conjugated bile acids attenuate allergen-induced airway inflammation and hyperresposiveness by inhibiting UPR transducers
Β© 2019 American Society for Clinical Investigation. Conjugated bile acids (CBAs), such as tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA), are known to resolve the inflammatory and unfolded protein response (UPR) in inflammatory diseases, such as asthma. Whether CBAs exert their beneficial effects on allergic airway responses via 1 arm or several arms of the UPR, or alternatively through the signaling pathways for conserved bile acid receptor, remains largely unknown. We used a house dust mite-induced (HDM-induced) murine model of asthma to evaluate and compare the effects of 5 CBAs and 1 unconjugated bile acid in attenuating allergen-induced UPR and airway responses. Expression of UPRassociated transcripts was assessed in airway brushings from human patients with asthma and healthy subjects. Here we show that CBAs, such as alanyl Ξ²-muricholic acid (AΞ²M) and TUDCA, significantly decreased inflammatory, immune, and cytokine responses; mucus metaplasia; and airway hyperresponsiveness, as compared with other CBAs in a model of allergic airway disease. CBAs predominantly bind to activating transcription factor 6Ξ± (ATF6Ξ±) compared with the other canonical transducers of the UPR, subsequently decreasing allergen-induced UPR activation and resolving allergic airway disease, without significant activation of the bile acid receptors. TUDCA and AΞ²M also attenuated other HDM-induced ER stress markers in the lungs of allergic mice. Quantitative mRNA analysis of airway epithelial brushings from human subjects demonstrated that several ATF6Ξ±-related transcripts were significantly upregulated in patients with asthma compared with healthy subjects. Collectively, these results demonstrate that CBA-based therapy potently inhibits the allergen-induced UPR and allergic airway disease in mice via preferential binding of the canonical transducer of the UPR, ATF6Ξ±. These results potentially suggest a novel avenue to treat allergic asthma using select CBAs
Loss of MED23 leads to poor prognosis in invasive breast cancer
Purpose of the study: The molecular mechanism of lymphovascular invasion (LVI) which determines the early metastatic phenotype in breast cancer is still not fully understood. Lead from the METABRIC study revealed that MED23 correlated with negative LVI status (p=0.00005). Hence MED23 expression was studied at the protein level for correlations with LVI and other clinical-pathological parameters.
Methods: The METABRIC BC cohort (n=1980) was evaluated for MED23 mRNA expression and prognostic impact externally validated using the online bc-GenExminer 4.0. Correlation between MED23 protein expression with clinicopathological parameters, patient outcome and other biomarkers were explored (Nottingham Tenovus series; n=1255) using immunohistochemistry (IHC).
Results: High MED23 mRNA expression was negatively associated with tumour stage and was differentially expressed in good prognosis integrative clusters 7 and 8 (p<0.001). MED23 IHC revealed nuclear expression (n-MED23). Although no association was found with LVI, higher n-MED23 expression correlated with low NPI, low grade, older age, ER+ status, low Ki67 index and low N-cadherin expression (p<0.05). Positive correlations with PTEN, GATA3, STAT3 and CDC42 (p<0.001), indicate possible interacting pathways. In univariate analysis, high n-MED23 expression showed better long-term patient outcome in the whole cohort and ER+ subgroups (p<0.05). Pooled MED23 expression in an external validation cohort (ER+LN-) also showed association with better patient outcome (p<0.02, HR=0.82, 95% CI 0.69-0.98).
Conclusion: Results of the study suggest that loss of n-MED23 is a marker of poor prognosis in invasive BC, results re-enforced by expression data. The difference in correlation with LVI at gene and protein level highlights the importance of IHC validation and indicates MED23 as a probable bystander in the LVI cascade

Quaternary time scales for the Pontocaspian domain: interbasinal connectivity and faunal evolution
The Pontocaspian (Black Sea - Caspian Sea) region has a very dynamic history of basin development and biotic evolution. The region is the remnant of a once vast Paratethys Sea. It contains some of the best Eurasian geological records of tectonic, climatic and paleoenvironmental change. The Pliocene-Quaternary co-evolution of the Black Sea-Caspian Sea is dominated by major changes in water (lake and sea) levels resulting in a pulsating system of connected and isolated basins. Understanding the history of the region, including the drivers of lake level and faunal evolution, is hampered by indistinct stratigraphic nomenclature and contradicting time constraints for regional sedimentary successions. In this paper we review and update the late Pliocene to Quaternary stratigraphic framework of the Pontocaspian domain, focusing on the Black Sea Basin, Caspian Basin, Marmara Sea and the terrestrial environments surrounding these large, mostly endorheic lake-sea systems

Objective: to improve the diagnosis of acute appendicitis and the results of its treatment in pregnant women. Subjects and methods. Two hundred and forty-three pregnant women sent with the diagnosis of acute appendicitis were followed up. Clinical and laboratory methods were used to diagnose acute appendicitis. One hundred and thirty-nine pregnant women were operated on, of them 47 underwent laparotomy, two-step abdominal sanitation, and drainage for general purulent peritonitis. Results. The authors have elaborated and introduced into practice a diagnostic algorithm for acute appendicitis in pregnant women, a procedure to estimate an electrical cecal cupula potential that allows its location to be specified, improved laparo-scopic techniques, and introduced a procedure long-term autonomous intestinal motility stimulation, which fails to affect uterine tone in pregnant women. An antibiotic cocktail that has an effect on different types of the microflora has been proposed to sanitize the abdomen in pregnant women with complicated acute appendicitis. Conclusion. Examination of pregnant women with suspected appendicitis according to the proposed algorithm makes it possible to rule out diagnostic errors, to specify indications for appendectomy, to correctly choose an access, by estimating the electrical potential of the cecal cupula, to guard against the development of peritonitis, by administering the proposed antibiotic cocktail, to implement a package of measures for the detoxification and early recovery of intestinal motility, and to prevent antenatal fetal death. The mortality rates in pregnant women with acute appendicitis were 0.7%.
