Pengaruh Locus of Control Dan Sikap Berwirausaha Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Melalui Kreativitas (Studi Kasus Pada Ibu Rumah Tangga Di Kecamatan Donri-donri Kabupaten Soppeng)

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausalitas yang bersifat ex-post facto dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Donri-Donri dengan jumlah populasi terbatas berjumlah 558 ibu rumah tangga yang berusia 22 sampai 55 tahun, menetap dan non wirausaha. Selanjutnya teknik pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan cara proportional random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel 233 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, kuesioner yang digunakan merujuk pada skala likert. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara (interview) dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Donri-Donri, 2) locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Donri-Donri, 3) sikap berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Donri-Donri, 4) Sikap berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Donri-Donri, 5) kreativitas tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Donri-Donri. Dalam penelitian ini, variasi locus of control, sikap berwirausaha, dan kreativitas mampu menjelaskan variasi intensi berwirausaha sebesar 78,4% dan selebihnya 21,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel diluar model penelitian

Need Analysis Of ESP Material for Fish Hatchery Technology Students

Abstract The procedure for choosing teaching materials consists of deciding on, modifying, and assessing instruction based on the unique needs of the learner. This study's objective is to offer the highest-quality English material feasible for Fish Hatchery Technology students of Politeknik Bombana. This study is carried out in Politeknik Bombana. 75 students and 5 lecturers of the Fish Hatchery Technology study program are participating. The information is presented as qualitative data gathered from an interview with students and lecturers as well as a questionnaire that covered relevant subjects and instructional strategies. The results show Fish Hatchery Technology’s students’ need for ESP in a broad range of subjects. The most popular subjects include fisheries entrepreneurship, fish anatomy, and the physiology of fish and their reproduction. Additionally, from the lecturers' viewpoint, they believe that students' communication and writing abilities need to be well-developed in order to support their profession and advance their careers as fish hatchery experts, fish hatchery managers, fish hatchery supervisors, laboratory analysts, nutrition and fish feed specialist, etc. The analysis of the conclusion highlights the significance of ESP for students studying fish hatchery technology.   Keywords: ESP, Need Analysis, Fish Hatchery TechnologyAbstrak Mengidentifikasi bahan pengajaran adalah proses memilih, menyesuaikan, dan mengevaluasi pengajaran berdasarkan kebutuhan khusus siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meramu materi pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang ideal bagi mahasiswa Teknologi Pembenihan Ikan di Politeknik Bombana. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Politeknik Bombana dengan melibatkan 75 mahasiswa dan 5 dosen program studi Teknologi Pembenihan Ikan. Informasi disajikan sebagai data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan dari wawancara dengan mahasiswa dan dosen serta kuesioner yang mencakup subjek dan strategi pembelajaran yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Teknologi Pembenihan Ikan memiliki kebutuhan ESP (English for Specific Purposes) dalam berbagai topik. Topik yang paling digemari  termasuk kewirausahaan perikanan, anatomi ikan, dan fisiologi ikan beserta reproduksinya. Selain itu, dari sudut pandang para dosen, mereka berpendapat bahwa kemampuan komunikasi dan menulis mahasiswa perlu dikembangkan dengan baik untuk mendukung profesi mereka dan memajukan karir mereka sebagai ahli pembenihan ikan, manajer pembenihan ikan, supervisor pembenihan ikan, analis laboratorium, spesialis nutrisi dan pakan ikan, dll. This study aims to describe how modern education management is implemented by schools and describe the implementation of school-based management, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of school-based education management. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is SMPN 7 Sinjai, while the object is the Study of Modern Education Management and Implementation of School-Based Education Management. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation, the data collection instruments were interview sheets and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the forms of modern education implemented by the school are using online-based learning such as using the internet in digital media, conveying material using power point, and using learning applications. Then the use of kern books and links instead of printed books. The implementation of school exams is carried out using a combination mode assisted by the exam browser application to prevent students from being dishonest in working on questions. The method used during school exams is multiple choice questions done using a computer, while essay questions are done in writing. The application of school-based education management in the teaching and learning process is that the management is returned to the school and implemented according to the agreed School Operational Curriculum (KOPS). Carry out Al-Qur'an literacy in every lesson and utilize school facilities and infrastructure. The implementation of SBM in the personal field is carried out by dividing tasks by decree, helping senior teachers who are lacking in the field of Technological Science (IT), and conducting Subject Teacher Consultations (MGMP). Pengaruh Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Kecerdasan Spiritual Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA di Kabupaten Sinjai

ABSTRACT The objectives of the research are to discover (i) the influence of Intellectual intelligence on Natural Science learning result, (ii) the influence of Emotional intelligence on Natural Science learning, (iii) the influence of Spiritual intelligence on Natural Science learning result, and the influence of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence simultaneously on Natural Science learning result . The data collection technique used was questionnaire of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligences. The result of the research reveal that (i) most of students’ intellectual intelligences is in very high category, most of students’ emotional intelligences is in medium category and the most of the students’ spiritual intelligences in high category, (ii) there is positive and significant influence of the students’ intellectual intelligences on the students’ learning results. The intellectual intelligences has strong influence on the students’ learning results, (iii) there is positive and significant influence of the students’ emotional intelligences on the students’ learning results. The emotional intelligences has strong influence on the students’ learning results, and (iv) there is positive and significant influence of intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence simultaneously of the students’ learning results. The intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence have fairly strong influence on the students’ learning results

Artikel ini membahas bagaimana penyebaran informasi hoax melalui media sosial dan apa dampak penyebaran informasi hoax tersebut pada masyarakat. Sumber data dari jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini diperoleh dari beberapa literatur dan media online yang melaporkan beberapa informasi hoax di akhir-akhir ini sering terjadi. Sementara untuk mengetahui dampaknya, beberapa individu yang punya pengalaman menerima berita hoax menjadi informan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebaran informasi hoax, dimulai dengan pembuatan informasi yang diadopsi dari opini masyarakat kemudian dikembangkan menjadi artikel, dibumbui kalimat bohong, disebarkan melalui media sosial menggunakan akun anonim, sehingga masyarakat yang membacanya menyebarkan kembali ke masyarakat lain dan seperti itu seterusnya. Sedangkan dampaknya, berakibat pada interaksi sosial masyarakat, mulanya hubungan mereka baik-baik saja sebagai keluarga, tetangga maupun sahabat.
