    ABSTRACT        This study aims to determine discipline, organizational commitment and motivation to work productivity of employees at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak. This research method uses descriptive and associative quantitative methods. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. The research was conducted from December 2018 to June 2019. The study population was 63 employees of KPDC, the sample was 61 people using saturated sampling. Data were collected using research instrumens and processed using SPSS statistics version 24.00 windows. Discipline process, organizational commitment and motivation have very important roles to realizae optimal company goals requiring quality human resources, but in reality based on preliminary observations at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak work productivity is currently in a low condition because the average score has only reached 30.3, the standard score of 35, due to the accuracy of employee work with a score of 19. So it can be said that employee productivity is still not good and successful in its implementation. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained: discipline has no positive and insignificant effect, Meanwhile, organizational commitment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity either partially or jointly at PT.     Masalah: Proses kompensasi, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk merealisasikan tujuan perusahaan yang didukung sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Berdasarkan observasi awal pada PT Krakatau Poschem Dongshu Chemical turnover intention saat ini pada kondisi tinggi karena nilai rata-rata baru mencapai 36,3 diatas standar skor 35. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Krakatau Poschem Dongshu Chemical Kota Cilegon. Metodologi: Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif berjenis deskriptif dan asosiatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2018 s.d Juni 2019. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 45 karyawan KPDC, sampel sebanyak 45 orang dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh, Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian  dan diolah menggunakan SPSS statistic versi 24.0O. Temuan/Hasil Penelitian: Kompensasi, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama pada PT Krakatau Poschem Dongshu Chemical Kota Cilegon. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan kedisiplinan karyawan dapat ditingkatkan terutama melalui budaya organisasi dengan dimensi pola komunikasi yang dibatasi pada kewenangan hierarki formal. Based on the results of the pretests the average critical thinking skill of 35, in the postest result of an average score of 96.66. While the N-gain score increased critical thinking skills of 0.95 with the category high.     Pengaruh Reward, Punishment dan Keadilan Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Mawar Sebelas Serang

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui reward, punishmentan keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Mawar Sebelas Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif dan asosiatif. Penelitian dilakukan di PTMawar Sebelas pada tanggal 8 Januari 2019 s/d Juni 2019. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 55 karyawandengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian dan diolah menggunakan  SPSS statistic versi 24.0windows.Proses reward, punishment dan keadilan organisasi  menempati peran yang pentinguntuk merealisasikan tujuan perusahaan yang optimal yangmemerlukan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, namun pada kenyataannya berdasarkan observasi awal pada PTMawar Sebelas,kinerja perusahaan kurang baik, karena nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 33,6 dibawah skor 35,akibat rendahnya keterampilan dalam bekerjadan dari pengetahuan  pekerjaan masih rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara reward,punishmentdan keadilan organisasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan dengan kontribusi 35,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan,sedangkan sisanya 74,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan melalui  variabel yang mendominasi yaitu variabel rewardsebesar  0,465untuk punishmentsebesar 0,402 sedangkan keadilan organisasi  sebesar 0,390. Dalam hal ini untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan perlu peningkatan, kemampuan, keterampilan dalam menyelesaikan tugas pada PT Mawar Sebelas Serang.   Kata kunci : Reward, Punishment dan Keadilan Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. The study population was 55 employees using saturated sampling. Data were collected using research instruments and processed using SPSS statistics version 24.0 windows. The process of reward, punishment and organizational justice plays an important role in realizing optimal company goals that require quality human resources, but in fact based on preliminary observations at PT MawarSebelasDrangong, the company's performance is not good, because the average score is 33. , 6 below the score of 35, due to low skills in work and from low job knowledge.Based on the research results it can be concluded that: There is a positive and significant influence between reward, punishment and organizational justice either partially or simultaneously with a contribution of 35.5% to employee performance, while the remaining 74.5% is influenced by other factors not examined.The results of this study recommend that employee performance can be improved through the dominating variable, namely reward variable of 0.465 for punishment of 0.402 while organizational justice is 0.390.     PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ROPI (RODA PINTAR) TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS II SD

    Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang prestasi belajar siswa pada kelas II materi merawat hewan dan tumbuhan melalui media pembelajaran ROPI (Roda Pintar). Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan produk media pembelajaran ROPI (Roda Pintar) serta mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran ROPI terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas II. Model penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada model penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri II Glanggang, Kecamatan Pakisaji, Kabupaten Malang menggunakan siswa sebanyak 36 siswa kelas II SD Tahun ajaran 2019-2020. Teknik dan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, angket, tes, unjuk kerja, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan (1) media dan materi pembelajaran ROPI (Roda Pintar) dinyatakan dapat digunakan dan dijicobakan di lapangan tanpa revisi setelah melewati tahap validasi media, (2) untuk mengukur prestasi belajar kognitif dibuktikan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pretest dan posttest, (3) untuk mengukur prestasi belajar aspek psikomotor ditunjukkan dengan nilai keterampilan

    Edmodo Based e-Learning Development on Science Lesson in 7th Grade

    This research aims to produce Edmodo-based e-learning that is feasible and effective to improve science learning outcomes. This research uses a modified Borg & Gall (1983) model. Data collection tools are in the form of questionnaire and test. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the average validation score (1) of the media expert was 4.6 (very valid); (2) peers were 4.5 (very valid); (3) the material expert was 4.5 (very valid); (4) user limited test group is 3.8 (valid); (5) implementation group is 4.1 (valid). To test the effectiveness of e-learning and interactive learning media in improving learning outcomes in Natural Science learning for 7th graders. Based on the pretest results, it obtained an average value of 5.80, then on the posttest results showed an average increase to 75.60.     EVALUASI SISTEM DRAINASE KECAMATAN PONOROGO KABUPATEN PONOROGO

    Ponorogo berada pada ketinggian antara 90-199 m dengan kondisi lahan 90% landai atau datar. Kemiringan rata-rata yaitu 0,001 ke arah barat. Wilayah Kota Ponorogo terdapat daerah genangan sementara dengan luas 205,5 ha, dengan kedalaman genangan berkisar 30-50 cm dan lama genangan 0,5-1 hari, permasalahan pada daerah tersebut adalah keadaan saluran drainase primer dan saluran drainase sekunder yang tidak dapat menampung debit rancangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kapasitas saluran primer dan saluran sekunder dengan debit rancangan yang dihitung menggunakan analisis hujan rancangan metode distribusi frekuensi Log Pearson Type III kala ulang 25 tahun. Hasil analisa saluran eksisting yang tidak mampu menampung debit rancangan dilakukan rehabilitasi saluran. Saluran yang diteliti meliputi saluran Primer Kali Kategan, Primer Kali Mungkungan dan Sekunder Kali Tambak Kemangi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Primer Kali Kategan ruas P29-P40 kapasitas salurannya 22,9974538 m3/det, debit rancangan 23,5890426 m3/det, debit pengamatan 23,2974239 m3/det. Primer Kali Mungkungan ruas P16-P21 kapasitas salurannya 4,0992344 m3/det, debit rancangan 5,0005503 m3/det, debit pengamatan 4,7272755 m3/det. Primer Kali Mungkungan ruas P29-P35 kapasitas salurannya 9,6469072 m3/det, debit rancangan 10,1457773 m3/det, debit pengamatan 10,8816255 m3/det. Sekunder Kali Tambak Kemangi ruas P32-P40 kapasitas salurannya 1,8081730 m3/det, debit rancangan 1,8382242 m3/det, debit pengamatan 2,8138916 m3/det. Penyempitan juga menyebabkan efek back water. Rekomendasi yang dilakukan menggunakan perencanaan kapasitas dimensi saluran 25 tahun.     Artikel ini berisi gambaran mengenai hubungan antara sastra dan media massa dengan literasi membaca. Sebagai dasar penggambaran dikemukakan fenomena teoretis dan empiris mengenai sastra dan literasi serta implikasinya bagi pengembangan karakter bangsa. Secara umum diperoleh gambaran bahwa siswa Indonesia berada dalam kurva berkemampuan membaca sastra yang rendah, cenderung menjawab soal sastra berdasarkan tebakan. butir-butir soal ujian nasional, baik stem maupun pilihan, tidak dikonstruksi dengan sempurna dan cenderung bersifat tunggal dengan kata kunci pertanyaan kurang spesifik, wacana sastratidak diperhatikan dari segi kualitas isi dan masalahnya, pembelajaran membaca sastra di kelas belum mengutamakan pengembangan kompetensi membaca, dan kebiasaan membaca sastra belum dikembangkan secara memadai, termasuk masih rendahnya akses siswa terhadap media massa.
