PENGARUH PENURUNAN SUHU KARBURATOR MOTOR HONDA DENGAN THERMO ELECTRIC COOLER TERHADAP PERFORMANCE MESIN

In the operation of a gasoline motor, ideal air temperature that enters the combustion chamber influenced by environmental air temperature which affects the results of the combustion process. To produce optimal performance from a gasoline motorbike with the ideal air temperature, so the ideal ambient air temperature or space is needed. In this study, we will try to reduce the air temperature before entering the combustion chamber using an electronic component called TEC. research using the Honda Supra X 125 motorcycle brand The results of the analysis show that using electronic components is able to reduce the air temperature before entering the combustion chamber and the result is the temperature that experienced the highest performance increase at 250C with a Ne value of 8.8 HP, T value of 9,01 N.m, the lowest FC value is 0.47586 kg / hour, and the lowest SFC value is 0.618 kg / hour Keywords: Air Temperature, TEC, Performance Mesi

IMPLEMENTASI METODE OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS (OEE) MESIN PRODUKSI FILTER ROKOK KM 55 DENGAN MINIMALISASI SIX BIG LOSES

Pada perusahaan manufaktur  metode  OEE  dapat dipergunakan untuk  menganalisis TPM ( Total Productive Maintenance) .Metode  OEE ini secara garis  besar dikelompokkan dalam  3 faktor  yang  berkesinambungan  yaitu faktor ketersediaan, faktor kemampuan dan faktor kualitas. Adapun manfaat  lain dengan menggunakan metode OEE ini  adalah  dapat dipergunakan  untuk  mendeteksi  sumber / penyebab mesin mengalami penurunan performance /ketidakefektifan selama berlangsungnya proses produksi  dengan menentukan indikator-indikatornya.. Dengan diketahuinya  indikator dapat dilakukan analisa  selanjutnya untuk mengetahui sumber permasalahan  dengan melakukan  pendekatan  dengan  memperhitungkan nilai Six Big Losses Proses pengambilan data  dilakukan secara periodik di PT. Essentra Indonesia untuk mengetahui  tingkat keefektifan mesin produksi  filter rokok KM 55,selanjutnya  dilakukan  Analisa perhitungan  menggunakan metode OEE, menentukan indikator dan  melakukan analisis Six Big Losses (enam kerugian besar) untuk mengetahui penyebab terbesar dalam proses produksi. kemudian diketahui masalah hasil produksi dengan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat.. Dari hasil perhitungan  didapatkan besarnya OEE bulan Januari – Oktober 2020 sebesar 44%, availability  sebesar 65%, performance sebesar 66% dan quality mencapai angka  sebesar 99%. Sedangkan bulan Januari – Mei untuk OEE 31%,availability 57%,performance 54% dan quality 98%.Sedangkan untuk bulan Juni – oktober OEEnya 56%,availability 72%,performance 78%,quality 99%.Meskipun ada peningkatan nilai secara overall namun  besaran OEE masih  berada dibawah  standart  dunia sebesar 85 % .

Pembelajaran Online yang Efektif di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Studi Kasus di SMP Negeri 4 Pakem Sleman

Schools as places of interaction between teachers and students must limit interactions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The government issued an instruction to oblige the implementation of learning from each home. SMP Negeri 4 Pakem implements online learning as an effective learning effort in the era of the Covid-19 outbreak. This article was prepared based on the implementation of online learning at SMP Negeri 4 Pakem. This article is a documentation of the process of designing, implementing, and evaluating the implementation of teaching-learning. Data is collected from the entire process of implementing online learning so that its effectiveness can be seen to replace the regular learning process. The implementation of online learning conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Pakem in the era of the Covid-19 outbreak was running effectively. The learning planning process is carried out by compiling a learning schedule that is different from regular learning. Online learning is carried out using many online platforms. The distribution of information on the learning process to students is done through the WhatsApp group. Learning is carried out through Google Classroom, for learning management and for face to face using video conferencing. The online evaluation and test processes are carried out using Google Form. The online learning evaluation process involves students and parents. From the results of the evaluation carried out, online learning does not burden students because its implementation is directly monitored by the school principal, and by using very clear signs

SISTEM KEAMANAN GEDUNG BERBASIS SMS GATEWAY DAN MEDIA SOSIAL DENGAN MIKROKONTROLLER ATMEGA328

Kemajuan teknologi elektronika turut membantu dalam pengembangan sistem keamanan yang handal. Salah satunya aplikasi sistem keamanan untuk pengaman gedung. Banyak alat-alat elektronika yang digunakan untuk sistem keamanan gedung contohnya seperti alat pendeteksi adanya pencuri, kebakaran, dan kebocoran gas. Alat yang dijual pun begitu banyak versinya, baik dari segi kualitas, merek, dam harganya. Akan tetapi, alat yang banyak ditemui dipasaran dijual terpisah dan harganyapun relatif lebih mahal. Alat-alat yang beredar dipasaran tersebut juga masih menggunakan tenaga baterai, padahal alat tersebut harus dalam keadaan hidup selama 24 jam sehingga boros dalam pemakain, dan jika baterainya telah habis tidak dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, tentunya ini akan menjadi masalah jika alat tersebut dipakai untuk mendeteksi keamanan dalam gedung yang ditinggal berhari-hari oleh penghuninya.Kelemahan lain dari alat yang beredar dipasaran yaitu tidak dapat mendeteksi keamanan gedung lainnya, seperti kebakaran, kebocoran gas. Kelebihan utama sistem keamanan yang berbasiskan SMS Gateway dan Media Sosial adalah, system informasinya tidak hanya sebatas mengandalkan SMS, tapi juga mengandalkan media sosial, sebagai media untuk update informasi kondisi lingkungan gedung pada orang-orang yang kita kehendaki.Dari permasalahan diatas maka perlu dirancang alat untuk mendeteksi adanya maling, asap, dan gas. Alat ini akan bekerja mengirimkan tanda peringatan kepada pemilik gedung yaitu berupa SMS (Short Message Service) menggunakan modul SIM900 dan juga akan mengirimkan informasi tersebut ke media sosial, sehingga kejadian yang tidak diinginkan dapat diketahui secara cepat oleh pihak-pihak yang diberi wewenang maupun pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan. Dan untuk indikator outputnya menggunakan sirine atau alarm yang berupa suara pemilik gedung. Diharapkan dengan adanya alat pendeteksi penyusup, asap, dan gas ini, berbasis sms gateway dan media sosial dapat menghindarkan suatu gedung dari kejadian yang dapat merugikan dan membahayakan penghuninya secara cepat dan akura

Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Bahan Baku Air Minum di Perbukitan Kapur Desa Dahor Tuban

Masyarakat Dahor memenuhi kebutuhan air minum dari air tanah dengan cara membuat sumur gali disekitar perbukitan kapur. Pada umumnya air yang mengalir pada daerah batuan kapur memiliki tingkat kesadahan yang tinggi. Program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan diantaranya pertemuan kesepahaman antara mitra dan tim pengusul untuk memadukan persepsi atas program, pertemuan dengan kepala desa dan perangkat desa untuk menyampaikan persiapan pelaksanaan pengabdian, penyuluhan tentang pentingnya konsumsi air layak minum, penyuluhan kesehatan tentang pentingnya mengetahui gejala, pencegahan dan pengobatan terhadap penyakit akibat mengkonsumsi air yang tidak layak minum, proses pemasangan alat filtrasi air dan penyuluhan cara maintenance/perawatan rangkaian alat pengolah air sumur layak minum. Pemasangan alat filtrasi air yang berlokasi di penampung induk Desa Dahor dilakukan oleh dosen teknik lingkungan dan disaksikan langsung oleh perangkat Desa Dahor, bahkan tidak sedikit dari warga desa yang ikut membantu memasang alat filtrasi air tesebut. Now KRI Abdul Halim Perdanakusuma strengthen Koarmatim. In order to keep the ship always ready and good condition indonesian navy have to maintenance and repairing regularly according to standart operation, checking, maintenance and repair, and replace broken part. There are three basic analysis for detail part of generator, they are Piston, ring piston and cylinder liner also the lubricating. Analysis of Tensile Strength Steel Plate Connections Las At ST 42 KS BKI by electrodes AWS E 6013 / E 7018 Heinmoller PTE LTD

Welding procedure seems simple, but actually requires knowledge of appropriate definition of the welding. Metallurgical bonding of metal in a liquid state is a fundamental principle in welding. The welding process can cause changes in the mechanical properties, physical and material structure in the weld so that it can affect the strength of the weld. The decline in the quality of welding is generally caused by improper welding way. Welding procedures actually have a standard, but the standard is not a guarantee of quality. The strength of welded joints in steel plates ST 42 KS BKI determined by the ability of welders (skills), welding position and the type of electrode. This study uses a steel plate ST 42 KS BKI with webbed arc welding (SMAW) with electrodes AWS E 6013 / E 7018 Heinmoller PTE LTD and welding position 5G. Tensile test object adapted to ASTM standards. The position of the test specimen using a standard ASME SECTION IX. Testing tensile test specimens using a tensile testing machine. From the results of this study showed the average value of 401.186 MPa tensile stress. This proves that the tensile strength of welded joints of steel plates ST 42 KS BKI position 5G welding electrodes AWS E 6013 / E 7018 can be said that the above-mentioned electrode in accordance with the specifications issued by the certifcate industrial.Kandungan carbon element for specimens A and C by 6.18% and 6.66% while industrial certificat Only 0.10%, which could lead to connection will be harder but it has a low ductility. The content of Mn specimens A and C of 0.41% while Cert industry by 1.6%

Pengaruh Kedalaman Keretakan Crankshaft DG III KRI.Kerapu -812 Merk MWM TBD 234 V8 terhadap Performance Mesin

Adanya permasalahan pada engine MWM TBD 232 V 8 untuk Diesel Generator V KRI Kerapu-812 yang mana keluhan custumer ialah engine noisy pada saat beroperasi,dan performance mesin cenderung turun . Setelah dilakukan pembongkaran pada engine tersebut, kemudian pemeriksaan menyeluruh pada engine ini ditemukan permasalahannya adalah satu buah noozle  rusak pada screen internal, dan fuel line internal rusak/aus pada ujung contact dengan noozle. Bearing pilot di flywheel pecah. Main bearing pada cap no. 4, 5, dan 6 mengalami perubahan warna, dan bearingnya sudah berputar (spun). Crankshaft ada keretakan pada pin no.2 dan bearing connecting rod no.2 tergores dalam  dan banyak partikel besi di oil pan.  . Menurut operating instruction for Diesel Engine TBD 232 V8 Indonesian Navy untuk Standarisasi crank pin crankshaft adalah : Ukuran Standart : 89,942 mm – 89,964 mm   stage I : 89,692 mm – 89,714 mm ,stage II : 89,442 mm – 89,484 mm ,stage III : 88,692 mm – 88,734 mm,  stage IV : 87,692 mm – 87,734 mm, Dengan melihat ukuran maksimum stage IV ,diketahui bahwasanya Crank pin crankshaft hanya bisa digrinding untuk under size makksimum Diameter 87,692 mm sementara keretakan pada kedalaman 3 mm sehingga harus digrinding sampai ukuran diameter 86,942 mm .Dengan demikian diambil kesimpulan Crankshaft sudah tidak direkomendasikan untuk dipasang kembali melainkan harus diganti baru . Kata kunci: Keretakan crank shaft, pengujian , standarisasi , noozle

It also analyses about the importance of education and open their minds that education is not always obtained from the learning at school. This research was a qualitative study with content analysis as data collection techniques. Lifelong education was a system of educational concepts that includes all activities and learning processes that take place throughout the whole of human life.
