    Sastra siber adalah sebuah karya bermediumkan bahasa dengan berbagai genre yang dipublikasikan melalui media internet. Sastra siber memungkinkan berbagai karya sastra dipublikasikan oleh siapapun dan kapanpun. Kemudahan akses ini membuat jumlah karya yang beredar di internet menjadi tidak terhitung. Untuk memudahkan pembaca dalam memilih bacaan yang diinginkan muncullah penggolongan karya sastra ke dalam beberapa topik. Salah satunya adalah cerita bertopik misteri atau sastra misterius. Sastra misterius adalah karya sastra yang berisi tentang misteri, teka-teki dan juga mitos. Dengan adanya sastra siber, sastra misterius hadir dalam berbagai platform mulai dari aplikasi baca, situs online, hingga media sosial. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang memungkinkan pembaca dan penulis melakukan kontak secara daring, penelitian ini berusaha menjawab pertanyaan tentang bagaimana popularitas sastra bertopik misteri hingga munculnya komunitas cerita misteri dalam dunia siber. Popularitas sastra misterius dalam ranah siber ini akan dianalisis berdasarkan respon pembaca yang dilihat berdasarkan indikasi jumlah viewer, likes, dan comment. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu, (1) pengumpulan data, (2) analisis data, (3) penyajian hasil penelitian.     Researchers are interested in researching the performance of health workers in the new normal era of the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of competence and job satisfaction. Research also examines the role of OCB as an intervening variable, where in previous studies, OCB was placed in the position of the dependent variable. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents using offline dissemination techniques which were distributed to the Covid-19 task force personnel in Bengkulu City consisting of doctors and non-doctors. The sample used in the analysis was 345 people taken by cluster sampling technique. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Competence significantly influences the OCB of the Covid-19 task force health workers in Bengkulu City; (2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the OCB of the Covid-19 task force health workers in Bengkulu City; (3) OCB has a significant effect on the task performance of the Covid-19 task force health workers in Bengkulu City; (4) OCB mediates the effect of competence on the task performance of the Covid-19 task force health workers in Bengkulu City; and (5) OCB mediates the effect of job satisfaction on the task performance of health workers in the Covid-19 task force in Bengkulu City.     The   first   purpose  of  thi s   study  is   determining   internal  and   external  factors   to   the   influen c e  of   the  banking  and  le n d i n g   strategies  and   the   second  is   det ermin in g  fa ctors   of   lending  strategi es   that   can   mini mize  th e  value  of NPL.  Th e  research  metho d  us ed  is   inferentia l  analysis to  determine  the  relations h ip  betw een   variables   and   in d i cat o r s ,   in   this   step,  the   method us ed  is   SEM  approach.  The  va riable   inter n al  bank  amount  of  inf luence  on   Lending   Strategy  was  0.82 ,  each  of   the   indicators  of   the  Internal  Bank   as:  mastery  of   tech n ology,  Lendin g  Requiremen ts,   co m p et e n c e   Accoun ts   Officers , loa n  co llecti on,   and   the   involvemen t   of   s hareholders ,  ea ch   aff ect in g  at   0.68 ,  0.64 ,   0.60 ,  0.57 ,  and  0.51 .   External  variables   influen ce  th e  magnitude  of   the  Bank   Lending   Strategies   of   0.07 .  Each   indicator   for   EB  variable effect :   geographical  factor s   (0 .34) ,  state  politica l   situation   (0.3 2),   develo pmen t  of  the   nat i onal  economy  (0.27),  and   bank   competiti on  (0.2 4).  Priorities   for   the  prepara tion  of  Len d ing   Strategies:   inter es t   rate  (0.7 2),   loan   terms  (0 .59) ,  supply   of   credit   (0 . 5 5 )  and  Infor mation  and   Communi cation  (0.51).

    This research is a descriptive research that aims to find the result of Investment analysis of Serumpun Bernas Trading Company development in Jambi Province marketing area, according to Pay Back Period (PP) Point of view, Net Present Values (NPV), Discounted Pay Back Period (DPP), Modified Internal Rate of Return (MIRR) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Point of View. This research focuses on the capital source, sales projection, operational budget, cash flow, investment budget and investment analysis variables. Data obtained from the calculation of the company's financial statements from 2008 to 2012. This research shows that Serumpun Bernas infestation is worth to be applied or not according to Pay Back Period (PP) calculation, Net Present Value (NPV), Discounted Pay Back Period (DPP), Modified Internal Rate of Return (MIRR) and Internal Rate of Return calculation (IRR).     Giving stimulation in early childhood is very important for optimizing children's development, including fine motor skills. It is important to optimize fine motor development stimulation because it will affect the child's readiness to maximize the movements of the wrist and fingers. This also affects the coordination of the child's eye and hand functions so that he can process the information he receives at the same time. This study aims to determine the improvement of the child's eye and hand coordination after applying the method of thickening the dotted line to children aged 4 to 5 years in community service research through service learning at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfhal II Perumnas Makassar City with a total of 4 participants. children. In its application, it uses a dotted line patterned drawing paper instrument, an observation sheet, and an evaluation sheet for the implementation of the intervention. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of this research show that the application of thickening the dotted line is effective in improving children's hand and eye coordination in carrying out activities simultaneously. This study implies that the development of hand-eye coordination in stimulated children has different speeds.Pemberian stimulasi kepada anak usia dini sangat penting bagi optimalisasi perkembangan anak, termasuk motorik halus. Stimulasi perkembangan motorik halus penting dioptimalkan karena akan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan anak dalam melakukan memaksimalkan gerakan-gerakan pada pergelangan tangan dan jari-jarinya. Aspek penting dari optimalisasi perkembangan motorik halus ini juga akan mempengaruhi koordinasi fungsi mata dan tangan anak sehingga dia mampu memproses informasi yang diterimanya dalam waktu bersamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan koordinasi mata dan tangan anak itu setelah menerapkan metode menebalkan garis putus-putus terhadap anak usia 4 sampai dengan 5 tahun dalam penelitian pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui service learning di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfhal II Perumnas Kota Makassar dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 4 orang anak. Dalam penerapannya menggunakan instrumen kertas gambar berpola garis putus-putus, lembar observasi dan lembar evaluasi keterlaksanaan intervensi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan menebalkan garus putus-putus efektif meningkatkan koordinasi mata dan tangan anak dalam melakukan kegiatan secara bersamaan. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa perkembangan koordinasi mata dan tangan pada anak yang distimulasi memiliki kecepatan yang berbeda-beda

    The purpose of this research is to know the influence of job resources, personal resources and job demands against the work engagement officer of Seluma District secretariat. In addition, the purpose of this research is to know the role of work engagement mediation on the influence of job resources, personal resources and job demands towards the performance of district secretariat of Seluma Regency This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is the primary data obtained through a questionnaire propagation. The respondents of this research were 151 officials of the Seluma District Secretariat. Data Analysis methods used descriptive analysis and SEM analysis. Based on field research, the results of which: (1) job resources variables have significant effect on employee work engagement; (2) personal resources variables have significant effect on the employee's work engagement ; (3) job Demand variables have significant effect on employee work engagement ; (4) The work engagement variables have significant effect on employee performance; (5) Work engagement has fully mediating on the influence of job resources on the employee performance of the regional secretariat of Seluma District; ( 6) Work engagement has fully mediating to the effect of personal resources on the employee's performance of the regional secretariat of Seluma District; and (7) Work engagement has fully mediating to the influence of job demand on the employee performance of the regional secretariat of Seluma District

Data responden dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner online yang disebarkan melalui sosial media Instagram dan Whatsapp. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan regresi termediasi atau mediated regression approach (MRA) pada SPSS, 219. Hasil penelitian menjelasakan bahwa, atmosfir Restoran keadilan yang diterima berpengaruh terhadap Emosi Positif. Emosi Positif berpengaruh terhadap Niat Perilaku, serta atmosfir restoran berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku. Emosi positif memediasi pengaruh atmosfir restoran terhadap niat perilaku, emosi positif memediasi pengaruh keadilan yang diterima terhadap niat perilaku dan keadilan yang diterima berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku.This study aims to examine the effect of restaurant atmosphere, fairness received on behavioral intentions mediated by positive motion on Well The Food restaurant consumers Bengkulu, Indonesia.     Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of competence, integrity, objectivity, independence and professional skepticism of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (GISA) on the Quality of Examination in Bengkulu Province. This type of research is quantitative with non-probability sampling method where the entire population is used as GISA in Bengkulu Province using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are competence, integrity, objectivity, independence and professional skepticism proved to have a positive and significant influence on the quality of the examination either partially or simultaneously. This means that the quality of the examination will be influenced by competence in the form of knowledge, skills, motives, traits and self-concept, maintained GISA integrity, objectivity by acting professionally and avoiding conflicts of interest, independence both in practice and in the profession and promoting an attitude of professional skepticism. The results of this study are expected to be implemented and become an effective solution for regional heads, leaders of GISA and GISA themselves in order to increase GISA's knowledge in understanding technical supervision, improve traits and self-concept, increase adherence to the code of ethics, strengthen responsibility in giving opinions and eliminate concerns about threats and intimidation, increasing GISA's objectivity by maintaining a neutral attitude and strengthening GISAs so that they are not placed in positions that are contrary to their profession, increasing GISA's independence in providing opinions in a practical way, maintaining GISA's professional skepticism during the implementation of audit activities by not rushing to give a statement on the report presented by the auditee if the auditee has not provided sufficient evidence, guiding the conformity of the audit with the standard with the audit method that has been determined and increasing the accuracy of the report on the results of the audit by only present explanations of evidence findings that are contrary to the provisions so that the quality of the examination is getting better Keywords: Competence, Integrity, Professional Skepticism.                     Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, integritas, objektivitas, independensi dan skeptisisme profesional Aparatur Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah (APIP) terhadap Kualitas Pemeriksaan di Provinsi Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode non-probability sampling dimana seluruh APIP di Provinsi Bengkulu dijadikan sampel , alat analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kompetensi, integritas, objektivitas, independensi dan skeptisisme profesional terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pemeriksaan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Artinya kualitas pemeriksaan akan dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi berupa pengetahuan, keterampilan, motif, sifat dan konsep diri, integritas APIP yang terjaga, objektivitas dengan bertindak secara profesional dan menghindari benturan kepentingan, independensi baik dalam praktik maupun dalam praktik. profesi dan mempromosikan sikap skeptisisme profesional. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat di implementasikan dan menjadi solusi yang efektif bagi kepala daerah, pimpinan APIP dan APIP sendiri guna pemecahan masalah terkait kualitas pemeriksaan yang dilaksanakan oleh APIP dalam rangka mendukung pelaksanaan program pemeriksaan dan membuat suatu kebijakan diataranya: meningkatkan kompetensi APIP dalam memahami teknis pengawasan, meningkatkan integritas APIP dengan mentaati kode etik, meningkatkan objektivitas APIP dalam menjaga sikap netral serta penguatan APIP agar tidak ditempatkan pada posisi yang bertentangan dengan profesinya, meningkatkan independensi APIP dalam memberikan opini secara praktisi serta mempertahankan sikap skeptisme profesional APIP selama pelaksanaan kegiatan pemeriksaan dan meningkatkan akurasi laporan hasil pemeriksaan sehingga kualitas pemeriksaan APIP meningkat menjadi lebih baik.
