    Development of New Coatings for Solid Phase Microextraction

    作为一种样品前处理方法的固相微萃取(SOlId PHASE MICrOEXTrACTIOn,SPME)技术,具有操作方便、快速、灵敏和无需大量有机溶剂的优点,因此在分离分析方面得到了广泛的应用。涂层是SPME技术的核心部分,其性能决定了SPME的性能和应用范围,因此发展新型涂层一直是SPME研究和应用工作的重点。近年来随着涂层材料制备技术的发展,出现了一些新型涂层。这些新型涂层的出现进一步拓宽了SPME技术的应用范围。本文综述了近三年来SPME涂层的研究进展,并着重介绍新型涂层的制备方法和性质。As a kind of sampling preparation method,solid phase microextraction (SPME) has many advantages such as simplicity,versatility,sensitivity and solvent free.It has gained widespread acceptance in separation and analysis.As the key factor of the SPME technique,coatings on SPME fiber determine the performance and application of SPME technique.Consequently,developing new coatings is the most important work for SPME.With the development of preparation methods of SPME coatings,many new coatings have appeared in recent years,and these new coatings expand the application fields of SPME technique.This review summaries the development of new SPME coatings in the past three years,and mainly focuses on the preparation methods and properties of new SPME coatings.福建省科技重点项目(No.2007Y0032)资

    Application and decode methods of EV1527 encode IC

    本文介绍了一种新型的无线编码芯片EV1527在无线发射模块中的应用及其相应解码方法在无线接收模块中的实现。首先简要介绍了编码芯片EV1527的使用;其次提出了两种解码方法:利用解码芯片TDH6300硬件解码、采用单片机软件解码;最后系统地阐述了这种编解码方案的应用。EV1527 is a new kind of wireless encode IC which is used in wireless remote controller.In this paper,the application of EV1527 and the realization of the corresponding decode method in wireless receive module are presented.The instruction includes the use of the encode IC——EV1527,and the instruction of two decode methods,which are the hardware decode with the decode IC EV1527 and the software decode with single-chip.At last,the instruction about software decode in system is explained in detail

    Study on Treatment of Pinellia ternata Soaking Wastewater Using Fenton Reagent

    采用Fenton试剂对半夏泡制废水进行氧化处理试验,结果表明:不同的反应温度、H2O2和FeSO4·7H2O的投加量,以及不同的反应时间条件下,Fenton试剂对半夏泡制废水的氧化处理效果不同。当反应条件控制在水温60℃、H2O2投加量50mL/L、FeSO4·7H2O投加量2.80g/L、反应时间8h时,CODCr为9155mg/L的废水,去除率达71.3%,处理效果较为理想。An experiment of Pinellia ternata soaking wastewater treatment using Fenton reagent was carried out,the results showed that effects of Fenton reagent on oxidation treatment of Pinellia ternata soaking wastewater were different under different conditions,including different temperature,reaction time,dosage of H2O2 and FeSO4·7H2O. When water temperature and reaction time were controlled at 60 ℃ and 8 h,and dosage of H2O2 and FeSO4·7H2O were controlled 50 mL/L and 2. 80 g/L,the concentration of CODCr in the wastewater was 9 155 mg/L,and the removal rate of CODCr was 71.3%,the treatment effect was perfect

    分别向按A/O方式运行的Sbr反应器中投加一定量氯化铁、硫酸铝、聚合氯化铝,考察这3种金属盐混凝剂强化活性污泥系统处理生活污水的效果。结果表明,这3种混凝剂的化学辅助除磷效果较好,其中,在100Mg/l(以进水量计)的投加量下,投加氯化铁和硫酸铝的强化处理系统对TP的平均去除率比空白组分别提高了65.52%和69.95%。对有机物的去除也有一定强化作用,对氮的强化处理效果不明显,但可提高活性污泥沉降性能。Based on the SBR reactor running with the A/O process,the effect of enhancing activated sludge system adding coagulants(ferric chloride,aluminum sulfate and poly-aluminum chloride)on treating domestic sewage has been studied.Results showed that the three coagulants were efficient in chemical-aid phosphorus removal.The groups separately adding ferric chloride and aluminum sulfate in dose of 100 mg/L(in influent)gained the additional average removal rates of TP about 65.52% and 69.95%.The three coagulants also strengthened the removal of organic matter and had no great influence on the removal of nitrogen,but could improve the performance of sludge settlement

    A simple non-destructive method to measure leaf area using digital camera and Photoshop software.

    采用数码相机获取叶片的数字图像,用Photoshop图像处理软件计算叶面积,并与目前常用的剪纸法和叶面积仪测定法进行比较分析。结果表明,本方法和上述传统测定方法测定结果存在极显著线性相关;不同拍摄分辨率、单位叶面积存贮像素个数和拍摄角度对测定结果无显著影响。和其它方法相比,本方法具有准确、快速、成本低廉、适合非破坏性动态连续观测等优点,适用于植物生理生态学研究中叶面积的测定。 【英文摘要】 A method for measuring leaf area was developed using digital camera and Photoshop software.The measured data from digital camera was compared with the values from paper-cut and instrumental scanning methods and etc.The results showed that there was highly significant correlation between the results of digital image processing method and other traditional methods.The resolution,pixel number of leaf picture and camera angle had no significant influence on the results of the method.Relative low variation,accur...福建省自然科学基金项目(D0210001);; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(30271065

    Effects of waterlogging on growth and physiology of Spartina alterniflora.

    研究了互花米草在不同没顶水淹时间处理下,株高、叶面积等生长指标以及叶片光合速率与色素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量等生理指标变化情况。结果表明,随着水淹时间延长,米草株高和叶面积呈下降趋势,叶片光合速率下降;叶片中自由水/束缚水、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量、可溶性糖在不同水淹时长处理之间也存在显著差异;但可溶性蛋白质和游离脯氨酸含量在各处理间差异无显著性。 【英文摘要】 In this paper,the variations of plant height,leaf area,leaf photosynthetic rate,photosynthetic pigment,praline,soluble sugar and protein content for Spartina alterniflora seedlings related to various waterlogging time length were investigated.The results showed that the height and leaf area tended to decrease with the increaseing waterlogging duration.Leaf photosynthetic rate decreased significantly with increaseing waterlogging.There were significant differences between various waterlogging time and the ra...福建省自然科学基金项目(D0210001);; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(30271065,39970438,39870630
