    丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗死的效果

    目的观察丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院2015年1月~2018年6月收治的脑梗死患者186例,随机分为A、B、C组,每组各62例。A组给予丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,B组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,C组给予丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价患者的神经功能缺损情况,采用Barthel指数评定量表评价患者日常生活能力,采用经颅多普勒超声测量缺血区域脑血流量。治疗1个月后,观察比较3组患者的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、缺血区域脑血流量及临床总有效率。结果 3组患者治疗后的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数和缺血区脑血流量比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=6.48、5.78、15.69,P<0.05)。3组患者治疗后的NIHSS评分均低于治疗前(t=2.523,P<0.05;t=3.016,P<0.05;t=2.642,P<0.05),Barthel指数均高于治疗前(t=2.232,P<0.05;t=2.694,P<0.05;t=2.086,P<0.05),缺血区脑血流量均高于治疗前(t=5.962,P<0.05;t=4.672,P<0.05;t=5.214,P<0.05)。治疗后,C组NIHSS评分低于A、B组(均P<0.05),Barthel指数和缺血区脑血流量均明显高于A、B组(均P<0.05)。C组治疗总有效率为82.26%,高于A、B组的58.06%、53.23%(χ~2=5.342,P<0.05;χ~2=4.163,P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片能有效治疗脑梗死

    养老机构老年人生活满意度影响因素的主成分logistic回归研究

    目的分析养老机构内老年人生活满意度情况及其影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,在厦门市13家养老机构抽取230名老年人进行调查,了解养老机构老年人生活满意度状况,并利用主成分logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果获得有效问卷204份。调查显示厦门市养老机构内老年人生活满意度普遍较高。女性、年龄小、文化程度高、日常生活能力和健康自评效果好、与亲人相见频数高、对机构支持信任度高的老年人生活满意度相对较高。结论为提高养老机构老年人生活满意度,积极应对老龄化,老人应理性对待自身健康状况,积极面对生活;亲属应多去看望,给予老人更大的关爱和心理慰藉;养老机构也应大力提高其服务质量,丰富服务内容,给予老年人充分的物质、精神支持。国家自然科学基金(71403229,81573257

    Thermodynamic Studies on Mechanism of Chiral Resolution by Liquid Chromatography

    手性识别是分子识别的一个重要组成部分。液相色谱手性拆分机理研究有助于色谱条件的优化和新型手性固定相的设计,也有助于理解手性识别机制。本文就线性色谱与非线性色谱条件下手性拆分过程对应热力学参数的推求方法进行了评述,阐述了相关热力学参数的涵义及其在色谱保留及手性拆分机理探讨中的应用,并展望了该领域的研究前景。Chiral recognition is an important part of molecular recognition.Studies of mechanistic aspects of chiral resolution by liquid chromatography are helpful to optimize chromatographic conditions,to design novel chiral stationary phases and to understand chiral recogniton mechanisms.In this paper,the methodologies for deriving corresponding thermodynamic parameters in the chiral resolution processes by linear or nonlinear chromatography are reviewed.The meaning of correlative parameters is explained.The applications of these parameters in the studies of mechanistic aspects of retentions and chiral resolutions by liquid chromatography are expatiated,and corresponding research prospects are put forward.福建省自然科学基金(No.C0540024);; 福建省教育厅课题(No.JA05301)资

    生物型纳米根管封闭剂的生物学性能研究

    目的:对磷酸钙骨水泥为原料制备的生物型纳米根管封闭剂进行体外生物学性能研究,为其临床应用提供依据。方法:致敏性实验:依照GB/T16886.10-2005和GB/T16886.12-2005技术标准测定;细胞毒性实验:依照GB/T16886.5-2003技术标准,采用琼脂扩散法测定;鼠伤寒沙门氏杆菌回复突变试验(Ames试验):依照YY/T0127.10-2001技术标准测定。结果:生物型纳米根管封闭剂无致敏性,不导致染色体畸变,具有轻度细胞毒性。结论:生物型纳米根管封闭剂具有良好的生物学性能

    Improvement of n-butanol recycling technique in industrialized production of silicon dioxide as flatting agent

    针对福建某工厂现有工艺生产二氧化硅消光剂过程,采用间歇蒸馏方式回收正丁醇存在时间长、效率低等问题,提出使用双塔精馏工艺进行改进以缩短正丁醇回收时间和提高回收效率。对改进后的工艺使用流程模拟软件进行模拟计算,获得了新的工艺条件参数。改进后,冷凝分层温度为85℃,精馏塔一塔釜液中正丁醇质量分数为99.62%,精馏塔二塔釜中正丁醇质量分数为0.31%。在此基础上搭建了实验室规模精馏装置并进行了验证试验,试验结果与模拟计算值接近,相对平均偏差为5.4%,表明模拟计算的结果可信。模拟计算结果为工业装置的优化提供了依据。改进后,正丁醇回收率将大幅提高,生产周期由原来的10 H缩短为5 H,能耗显著降低。采用此工艺生产二氧化硅消光剂可大幅降低过程成本。In order to reduce time cost and increase efficiency in n-butanol recycling,a double-column distillation process was suggested to replace the existing batch process due to its high time consumption and low efficiency.The improved process was simulated with flow simulation software.The calculated results show that in the improved process,condensing temperature is 85 ℃,the mass fraction of n-butanol at the bottom of Column 1 and Column 2 is 99.62% and 0.31% respectively.The verification tests on lab-scale distillation device were carried out.It shows that the calculated results are close to the tested results,and the average relative deviation is 5.4%,which indicates the calculated results are credible,and can provide a basis for optimization in industrialized plants.Now,n-butanol recycling efficiency increases largely and production cycle is reduced from 10 h to 5 h and energy consumption drops remarkably,so production cost can be largely reduced

    目的探讨油酰乙醇胺(OEA)对肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)诱导的人脐静脉内皮细胞血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)表达的影响。方法体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞,分别加入3种不同浓度的OEA(10,50,100μmol/L)或非诺贝特(10,50,100μmol/L)共同孵育10 h,再加入TNF-α共同孵育6 h,采用实时定量逆转录聚合酶链式反应和酶联免疫吸附剂检测测定VCAM-1以及mRNA和蛋白的表达,并采用Western blot方法检测过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(PPAR-α)的蛋白表达。结果与非诺贝特相比,不同浓度的OEA更加显著地抑制人脐静脉内皮细胞VCAM-1mRNA和蛋白的表达,随着浓度的增大,抑制作用逐渐增强。Western bolt结果显示OAE能明显增强PPAR-α蛋白的表达。结论OEA对TNF-α引起的内皮细胞受损起到保护作用,其机理可能与上调过PPAR-α有关。 【英文摘要】 Purpose To investigate the effect of oleoylethanolamide(OEA) on tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)induced the expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1) in human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs).Methods OEA and fenofibrate of different concentrations were incorporated in HUVECs for 10 hours respectively.Human recombinant TNF-α was then incubated with HUVECs for 6 hours.The expression of VCAM-1 in mRNA level and protein level was detected by real-time quantitative RT-PCR and enzyme linked im...厦门大学“活性有机小分子的合成化学与化学生物学”创新团队项目;; 厦门市科技局科技计划350Z20083007项

    Fas ligand and Anti-human DR5 monoclonal antibody induce tumor cell lines apoptosis

    目的探讨FasL、Anti-DR5mAb对肿瘤细胞Hela、BGC823、MCF-7、L342、H9101、D6的杀伤作用及机制。方法采用RT-PCR、MTT比色法、电泳、DNA倍体分析、Westernblot等方法。结果H9101、Hela细胞株DR5mRNA水平有表达,D6细胞无表达;H9101、L342细胞株FasmRNA水平有表达,D6细胞无表达。H9101、L342细胞株对FasL、Anti-DR5mAb敏感并呈剂量依赖性;MCF-7、BGC823细胞株对FasL敏感,对Anti-DR5mAb相对敏感。Hela对FasL相对敏感,对Anti-DR5mAb敏感;D6对两种凋亡诱导剂耐受。结论FasL、Anti-DR5mAb能不同程度地诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,其机制与Fas、DR5、Caspase-8、Bcl-2的表达有关。 【英文摘要】 Objective:To study the cytotoxic effects on tumor cell lines Hela,BGC823,MCF-7,L342,H9101,D6 induced by Fas ligand and anti-human DR5 monoclonal antibodies(Anti-DR5 mAb) and the underlying mechanism.Methods:Fas/DR5 mRNA were detected by RT-PCR. Cytotoxicity exerted by FasL/Anti-DR5 mAb on tumor cell lines was measured by MTT colorimetry and the induced apoptosis was determined by agarose gel electrophoresis.Results:The expression of DR5 on BGC823 and Hela cells were higher and DR5 didn’t express in D6.
