Compulsory Psychiatric Examination and Medical Treatment in Japan

長崎国際大学精神障害者に対しては医療を強制的に行うことができる。このことは、今後も続くことでしょう。精神の障害に罹患していない人は、犯罪行為後に有罪か無罪を考える。しかし、精神障害に罹患し、犯行時に心神喪失、心神耗弱状態であった者は、強制的に入院、通院させられることがある（MTSA「医療観察法」指定医療機関入院、指定医療機関通院）。さらに言えば、犯罪を行っていない精神障害者であっても、つまり(自傷)他害のおそれのある精神障害者に対しても強制的に入院させる仕組みが日本には存在する（「精神保健福祉法」措置入院）。罪が問われない人、減刑される人、罪を犯す可能性のある人には強制的な医療を行うのである。本日は、自身の精神鑑定の経験を踏まえながら強制的な医療の２つのシステムについて発表させていただきたい。Persons with mental disorders are required to undergo compulsory medical care. This system will most likely continue. In the case of an offender without severe mental disorders, the sentence of guilty or innocent is determined after the criminal act. However, in Japan, an offender with　severe mental disorders and admitted insanity or those who possess a diminished capacity at the time of the crime, or those who perform harmful acts are required to be admitted as an inpatient and outpatient under the Medical Treatment and Supervision Act (MTSA), a designated clinical treatment system. In Japan, even those with mental disorders who have not committed a crime but are at risk of self-harm or harm to others are required to be hospitalized under the designated involuntary admission system. Under this system in Japan, compulsory medical treatment is carried out for those with specific mental disabilities and for those who are likely to commit a crime or self-harm in the future. The involuntary admission and MTSA will be discussed including the authors psychiatric examination experience

中国人日本語学習者における単母音習得の実態

本研究は中上級の中国人学習者を対象とし、①識別能力テスト、②日本語母語話者による発音評価、そして、学習者による③言語間の類似度判断及び④類似音判定をし、これらを通して、学習者における日本語単母音習得の実態を網羅的に把握した。その結果、学習者には日本語単母音の混同問題は生じないが、発音上、韻律的条件が統制されていない場合、いずれの母音も母語話者並みの自然度には至っていないことが分かった。そして、学習者による類似度判断の結果から、/ア/と/イ/の類似度が/エ/、/オ/よりも高いことは言えるが、類似音の中には、二重母音も入っているため、伝統的な「単母音」対「単母音」という音韻体系からでは、類似音を定義することが難しいことも窺えた。さらに、類似音の判断結果により、学習者によって異なる二重母音で代用しており、学習者間では、中間言語の発達過程の多様性を呈していると推察できた。This paper is focused on Chinese speaking learners of Japanese, and used (1) categorical ability test, (2) pronunciation evaluation by native speakers of Japanese, (3) similarity judgment and (4) similar sound judgment to grasp the acquisition state of Japanese single vowels by learners. As a result, there is no confusion problem of Japanese single vowels for learners, but it is found that none of single vowels’ pronunciation has reached the same level as the native speakers when prosodic conditions are not controlled. And it can be said from the results of similarity judgment by the learners that the similarity of /a/ and /i/ is higher than /e/ and /o/. However, among similar sounds, it also showed that it is difficult to define similar sounds from the traditional "single vowel" vs. "single vowel" phonological system because it also contains diphthong sounds. Furthermore, it shows that different learners substitute different diphthong sounds depending on the result of similar sound judgment, and it is also surmised that the diversity of interlanguage development

Study on Adsorption of Electronic Industry Cleaning Wastewater by Bentonite and Kaolin

电子工业清洗废水的处理是现今工业废水处理的难题之一，因为清洗废水含有的清洗剂，很难被生物降解，且对各种生物具有一定的毒害作用。目前，处理清洗废水的工艺很多，如，氧化分解法、泡沫分离法、活性炭吸附法、膜生物反应器等。本课题采用膨润土、高岭土原土及酸活化后膨润土，对厦门市某电子工业企业所用清洗剂的配制废水进行吸附处理实验。重点研究了膨润土酸活化的影响因素以及上述粘土矿物的吸附效果和主要影响因素，并进一步与超声预处理、混凝沉淀工艺组合处理清洗废水，探讨了组合工艺的可行性。经过实验研究，初步得到以下结论： （1）高岭土、膨润土原土对电子工业清洗废水中的CODCr的去除效果在50%~60%间，膨润土比...Electronic industry cleaning wastewater is one of the difficulties of industrial wastewater treatment now.
