Study on Adsorption of Electronic Industry Cleaning Wastewater by Bentonite and Kaolin

Abstract

电子工业清洗废水的处理是现今工业废水处理的难题之一,因为清洗废水含有的清洗剂,很难被生物降解,且对各种生物具有一定的毒害作用。目前,处理清洗废水的工艺很多,如,氧化分解法、泡沫分离法、活性炭吸附法、膜生物反应器等。本课题采用膨润土、高岭土原土及酸活化后膨润土,对厦门市某电子工业企业所用清洗剂的配制废水进行吸附处理实验。重点研究了膨润土酸活化的影响因素以及上述粘土矿物的吸附效果和主要影响因素,并进一步与超声预处理、混凝沉淀工艺组合处理清洗废水,探讨了组合工艺的可行性。经过实验研究,初步得到以下结论: (1)高岭土、膨润土原土对电子工业清洗废水中的CODCr的去除效果在50%~60%间,膨润土比...Electronic industry cleaning wastewater is one of the difficulties of industrial wastewater treatment now.
