    采用半薄和超薄切片技术对宁夏枸杞(lyCIuM bArbAruM l.)异型绒毡层的来源、结构及发育特点进行了研究,结果表明:(1)枸杞异型绒毡层由药隔绒毡层和药壁绒毡层组成,两种绒毡层除了来源、形态及分布位置不同外,其分化、成熟和降解时间,以及细胞质组成、分泌物成分等均有差异。(2)小孢子母细胞期间,药隔绒毡层细胞电子密度大,具有很强的脂质性质,光滑内质网和脂质小泡很丰富;而药壁绒毡层细胞中的核糖体和粗糙内质网较多。四分体后期,两种绒毡层细胞均含有很丰富的核糖体、粗糙内质网和分泌团。减数分裂前,两种绒毡层的细胞壁出现松散并呈絮状。之后,由于不同发育时期绒毡层细胞的不同分泌物在絮状细胞壁中的分布,致使二者的细胞壁都出现了一系列变化。(3)从小孢子早期开始,两种绒毡层细胞的质膜都发生了局部解体。分析推测,在母细胞期间药隔绒毡层具有较高的糖和脂类合成率,药壁绒毡层具有较高的蛋白质类合成率;在四分体后期,药隔绒毡层具有加强胼胝质酶合成和分泌的功能;而两种绒毡层絮状松散的细胞壁和局部解体的质膜有利于绒毡层的较大颗粒分泌物大量、顺利地分泌出绒毡层细胞。To understand the discrepancy of the heterotypic tapetum of Lycium barbarum L.,we investigated the origin,morphology and ultrastructural characteristics using light and electron microscopy.Besides the origin,form,and the location are different,the time of differentiation,mature and degradation,the cytoplasm composition,and secretion components are not the same in the two tapeta.During the microspore mother cell phase the electronic density is higher and having very strong lipid properties,while smooth ER and lipid vesicles are very rich in C-tapeta,but ribosomes and rough ER are very abundant in P-tapeta.At the late of tetrad there are lots of ribosomes,rough ER and secretory groups in the two tapeta.Before Meiosis the wall of two tapeta appears to loose and with the cottony.Following that during the distribution of different secretions at cottony wall in developmental stages,the walls of the both tapeta have gone through a series of special changes.Moreover,from the early stage of microspore the plasma membranes of the both tapeta disaggregate partially.It is presumed that the P-tapeta possess own a higher rate of protein synthesis,and C-tapeta having a higher rate of sugar and lipid synthesis during the microspore mother cell stage.At the late stage of tetrad C-tapeta have strengthening the functions of synthesis and secretion of callose enzyme.The cottony wall and the partial disintegrated plasma membrane of two tapeta facilitate to secrete greater nutrient granules out of the tapetacells with large quantity and smoothly.宁夏大学自然科学基金(ZR200839);宁夏科技攻关重大专项(KGZ-09-07-04)资

    室温离子液体是由正负离子组成的室温为液体的熔融盐,因其具有极低的蒸汽压、可设计性和特殊的选择溶解能力等独特的性质,使得其在萃取分离有机物及金属离子、液相微萃取和汽油柴油中脱硫及碱性氮化物等领域都有着广泛应用。综述了离子液体在萃取分离上的应用进展。Ionic substances with melting points close to room temperature were referred as room-temperature ionic liquids,which showed lots of unique properties,e.g.environmentally benign,nonvolatile,designable and were good solvents for a wide range of both organic and inorganic materials.Ionic liquids are widely used in extraction and separation processes,e.g.extraction and separation of metal ions and organic compounds,headspace liquid-phase micro extraction,removal of basic nitrogen compound from distilled diesel and desulphurization of gasoline.In this paper,the recent application of ionic liquids in extraction and separation were reviewed.教育部科学技术研究基金重点资助项目(207108

    The clinical significance of KAI1 /CD82 expression in colon tumor

    目的 KAI1是一种特异性抑制肿瘤转移的基因,其蛋白产物为KAI1/CD82。通过检测 6 4例结肠腺癌石蜡切片的KAI1/CD82蛋白表达,探讨其与预后等临床因素的相关性。方法 肿瘤经福尔马林固定 ,石蜡包埋。免疫组化方法检测石蜡切片中KAI1/CD82蛋白表达水平。生物学统计采用 χ2 检验法。生存曲线采用Kaplan Meier软件绘制。结果 KAI1/CD82蛋白呈现棕褐色、细颗粒状物 ,弥漫性分布结肠腺癌细胞膜上。KAI1/CD82蛋白在结肠腺癌组织中表达阳性率为 5 1.5 6 %。生物学统计结果表明 ,KAI1/CD82蛋白表达与淋巴结转移、远处转移及肿瘤临床分期等密切相关 ,有统计学意义 ;而与肿瘤患者的年龄和性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度及肿瘤部位等无关。KAI1/CD82蛋白阳性结肠腺癌患者的术后生存期明显高于阴性患者 ,前者平均术后生存期为 5 4 .2 7± 2 1.5 1月 ,而后者仅为 37.5 5± 15 .17月 ,具有统计学意义。结论 KAI1/CD82表达水平与结肠腺癌分期、淋巴结转移及远处转移关系密切 ,可能和其它指标一起作为判断结肠腺癌预后的指标之一 ,对术后进一步治疗具... 【英文摘要】 Objective KAI1 gene is a specific metastasis suppressor gene, and its protein product is KAI1 /CD82.
