    Circuit Design for Switch Power Supply and its High-Voltage Power Devices Development

    开关电源作为电子设备的动力之源,向着高效率、高功率因数、低成本的方向发展;核心元件高压功率开关器件是影响开关电源的效率与可靠性的主要因素。因此对开关电源电路设计及其高压功率器件的研究具有现实意义。 本文首先针对LED的工作特性,创建驱动IC、变压器的PSpice模型和建立电路仿真系统,采用原边控制原理来实现恒流、恒压输出,完成反激式LED驱动开关电源。其次针对高压功率开关器件进行研究:基于RESURF原理设计了一款能够满足耐压大于600V的LDMOS,应用到LED驱动芯片的高低压集成电路的制备中;为了提高开关电源系统工作频率与效率,设计完成了一款开关速度快的VDMOS;对传统的Trench-...The switch power supply as the source of electronic equipments, toward the trend of high efficiency, high power factor and low cost.     Distribution and Activity of Marine Bacterioplankton at Frequent HAB Area of East China Sea

    作者简介: 王新( 1979~ ), 男, 博士研究生, 主要研究方向为资源与环境微生物学, E-mail :wxxmu@ 163. com 通讯联系人, E-mail:microzh@ xmu. edu. cn[中文文摘]于2006年4~5月对东海近海28°~30.7°N之间的赤潮高发区浮游细菌的分布、活性和群落结构特征进行了调查.采用荧光显微计数法测定细菌丰度,荧光模拟底物法测定细菌胞外酶活性,PCR-DGGE分析该区域的细菌群落结构特征.结果表明,东海赤潮高发区的浮游细菌丰度在5.85×104~9.26×105cells.mL-1之间,其中舟山外海区域较高,在整个调查区域北部海域高于南部海域.β-葡萄糖苷酶的平均活性为0.023μmol.(L.h)-1,氨肽酶的平均活性约为其3.6倍,在5μm以上颗粒中的胞外酶活性平均占总活性分别为47.4%和44.24%.细菌胞外酶活性的分布与细菌丰度的分布无相关性,在整个调查区域南部海域高于北部海域.细菌群落结构和多样性差异较大,南部海域的细菌多样性低于北部海域.人类活动和陆源输入是影响浮游细菌分布的决定性因素,台湾暖流对细菌胞外酶活性及其分布有着决定性的影响,复杂的环境条件是细菌群落结构和多样性差异的主要原因之一.海洋细菌在东海赤潮高发区的生态作用有待进一步研究. [英文文摘]The distribution, activity and community structure of bacterioplankton in surface waterwere investigated at frequent harm fulalgae blooms (HABs) a rea in East China Sea (28b23017bN ) from April to May, 2006. The abundance of bacte riop lankton was determ ined by using the DAPI (4, 62d iamidino222phenylindole) direct count (DDC) method. The B2glucosidase and am inopeptidase activityweremeasured with fluorogenicmodel substra tes. And the bacterial community structure was analyzed by PCR2DGGE. Results showed that bacterial abundance in northern of the sampling area wasmuch more than that in southern of the sampling area. It ranged from 5185@104 ce lls# mL- 1 to 9126@105 ce lls# mL- 1. And there was the highest vaue area outer the costa l of Zhou Shan Island.The average aminopeptidase activity was 316 times of B2glucosidase activity which was 01023 Lmol# ( L# h) - 1 in th is area. The B2 glucosidase ac tivity in > 5Lm fraction contr ibuted 4714% of the tota,l and that of the aminopep tidase activity was 441 24% of the tota .l Bacteria l extracellular enzyme activity had a higher average value in southern of the sampling area. This indica ted that the bacterial activity had no direct relationship with bacteria l abundance. Bac terial diversity and community structure differed from each sampling station. Thereweremore divers in northern sampling area. The results suggested that the human being activity and continental inputting organic matte rsplayed a key role on the distribution of bacterial abundance. The d istribution of bacterial extrace llular enzyme activity wasmainly a ffected by the Taiwan warm current. And it was the complicated unknown factors that caused the difference of the bacterial community structure and diversity from each sampling station.     High-speed communication interface based on SOPC

    基于fPgA的可编程片上系统(SOPC)以其设计灵活、可裁剪、软硬件可在线编程等特点和优势,成为嵌入式系统设计,乃至电子领域发展的一个重要方向。用户IP核的设计是SOPC设计的重要组成部分,介绍了通信系统的SOPC系统架构,提出利用IPIf将用户IP核挂载到Plb总线上的方法,给出了rlC和物理层接口的IP核的设计与实现。设计中首先把IPIf信号转换成用户逻辑的内部信号,同时对不同速率的接口进行数据缓存,实现流水线传输,从而提高传输速率。FPGA-based Programmable System on Chip(SoPC)with its flexible design,scalable,hardware and software online programming and other features and advantages,becomes an important direction of the embedded system design,and even the development of electronic.User IP core design is an important part of SoPC design.The paper first briefly introduces the SoPC architecture of communication system,and then makes use of IPIF to mount the user IPcore to the PLB bus,at last gives the design and implementation of RLC and PHY Layer interface IP core.In the design,first transfer the IPIF signals into the user logic internal signal,and then cache data of the interface of different rates,to realize the pipelined transmission and improve the transmission speed.福建省重大专项项目资助(2009HZ0003-1

    虾池沉积物细菌多样性分析和若干可培养技术的优化探讨

    为了研究虾池沉积物细菌的多样性,改进培养技术,采用8种培养基培养虾池沉积物细菌,并用变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)技术对不同培养基平板获得的细菌群落结构进行研究,同时与原位样品的细菌群落结构进行比较.多数细菌在2周内长出,第3周至12周,在VL55、DNB、HM2和DR2A平板上可分离出新的细菌,其他培养基平板上的菌落数目增长不明显.分别使用琼脂和结冷胶作为凝胶剂,结果发现,结冷胶平板和琼脂平板相比,表现出高保湿性、高菌落数和高细菌多样性的特点.变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)分析结果表明,沉积物样品中的优势细菌约60种,经过不同培养基培养后,得到的细菌多样性为50种左右,约为原来总数的83%,但是细菌群落结构发生较大改变,优势菌群发生转化.测序结果证明了这一点.虾池沉积物中有着较高的细菌多样性.培养基的改进、结冷胶的使用和培养时间的延长有效提高了虾池沉积物中细菌的可培养性

    Monitoring of Inshore Aquaculture Cages Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

    无人机(unmanned aerial vehicle,UAV)遥感具有高时效、机动灵活、高分辨率的特点,探索应用UAV遥感平台对沿海养殖区进行监测,实时掌握养殖发展动态,开展灾后应急监测,显然具有重要意义.利用UAV获取的CCD相机光谱信息,建立渔排监测指数,提出了渔排监测指数阈值快速提取算法;并针对渔排本身混合了水体和木筏2种目标物的特性,对提取结果进行图像闭合算子运算.在福建沿海古雷和可门港的实验结果表明,基于UAV获取的数据影像,利用渔排监测指数快速提取算法估算的渔排面积精度在两个区域分别达到98.9%和97.4%,与传统遥感分类方法——最大似然法相比,在同一计算平台上,计算速度提高5倍,无论精度或速度都可满足海洋与渔业管理部门在业务上的快速响应需求.此外应用UAV,以苏迪罗台风过后的三都澳海区为例,尝试开展了台风灾害造成的渔排损毁分析,初步推算出台风造成的渔排损毁面积比例.该研究表明利用UAV遥感可以为渔业管理提供有效的技术支持.Unmanned aerial vehicle( UAV) may provide a quick means to gather information of inshore aquaculture cages for the government to have an emergency response to events such as typhoons.Based on CCD imageries with 0. 1 meter resolution acquired with UAV platform and its spectral features,here we proposed a threshold method to quickly detect the distribution of aquaculture cages in two bays of southern Fujian.An identification accuracy of 98. 9% and 97. 4%,for Gulei and Kemen bays,respectively,was obtained.Meanwhile,the image processing time is reduced by 5 times,compared to the time needed using the widely accepted conventional approach-maximum likelihood method.In addition,a rough evaluation on the ruin extent of aquaculture cages by typhoon was also attempted,using UAV acquired imageries and satellite images.This study suggests that optical remote sensing with UAV holds promise for better management of inshore aquaculture activities.国家科技支撑计划(2013BAB04B01);; 厦门大学海洋科学基地科研训练及科研能力提高项目(J1210050);厦门大学大学生创新创业训练计划(201510384091

    作者简介: 王勤(19692) ,女,山东济宁市人,博士,副教授,主要从事生物化学研究, (E-mail) qwang @xmu. edu. cn。 通讯作者(Author for correspondence ,E-mail :chenqx @xmu. edu. cn)[中文文摘] 以银杏外种皮为材料,采用水、乙醇和乙醇-乙醚三种不同的方法分离提取其中的活性物质(分别命名为1#,2#,3#),研究它们对蘑菇酪氨酸酶催化L-多巴(L-DOPA)氧化活力的影响。结果表明,这3种提取物均对蘑菇酪氨酸酶有抑制作用,1#,2#和3#对酶抑制作用的IC50分别为2.25、1.75和0.32mg/mL。抑制作用动力学结果表明:三种提取物对酶的抑制作用均表现为混合型,相应的抑制常数KI依次为2.11、1.62和0.29mg/mL;KIS依次为2.80、2.33和0.45mg/mL。结果显示,采用乙醇-乙醚提取的银杏外种皮提取物对酪氨酸酶抑制作用最强。[英文文摘] Three extractants(water,ethanol and ethanol-aether mixture)were isolated from Ginkgo biolaba sarcotesta,and then three kinds of extracts were used to test the inhibition on the activity of mushroom tyrosinase.The results showed that three extracts could inhibit the activity of tyrosinase obviously.The inhibitor’s concentration leading to 50% enzyme activity lost,IC50 was estimated to be 2.25,1.75 and 0.32 mg/mL,respectively.Their inhibition mechanisms were analyzed.All of three extracts showed reversibly inhibitors to tyrosinase and the type of inhibition belonged to be mixed-type.The inhibition constants,KI and KIS,of each extract were determined respectively and compared.The value of KI was determined to be 2.11,1.62 and 0.29 mg/mL,respectively;the value of KISwas determined to be 2.80,2.33 and 0.45 mg/mL,respectively.The ethanol-aether extracts showed the best inhibition on tyrosinase.福建省自然科学基金(B0510001);国家自然科学基金(30570408

    厦门西海域表层水中PAHs污染与PAHs降解菌分布的关系

    在厦门西海域设置6个站位,于2001年7月和10月两个航次对各站位表层水中多环芳烃(polycyclicaromatichydrocarbons,PAHs)的含量及几种常见PAHs的降解菌的数量进行调查,结果表明:表层水中PAHs的含量很不稳定,存在明显的时间变化。在7月的调查中,表层水中能检测到的PAHs以2—3环的为主,而在10月以4—6环的为主。低分子量的PAHs—芴和菲的含量与其降解菌的数量之间具有明显的正相关,而高分子量的PAHs—荧蒽和芘的含量与其降解菌的数量之间没有表现出相关性
