本文从介绍我国金融业经营现状入手，分析了在全球金融业混业经营的大潮下，我国金融业从分业经营转向混业经营的动因，从政策层面和现实角度论述了我国目前出现的混业经营具体情况，认为我国必将实行混业经营制度。通过对德国、美国两种典型的混业经营模式的比较分析，提出了金融控股公司是我国应选择的混业经营模式。混业经营对监管体制提出了更高的要求，因此本文还对我国目前金融业分业经营下的监管模式存在的问题进行了分析，通过介绍混业经营下各国及地区的金融监管制度改革，探讨混业经营后的最佳监管模式，提出要兼顾国际惯例和我国国情，稳步推进改革监管模式的思路，并从指导原则和运作机理两方面进行了较具体的探讨，最后还提出完善我国...Starting with the introduction of current situation of China’s financial industry, the author, by analyzing the motives of divided operation’s changing into mixed operation and discussing the detailed situation of mixed operation in China from policies and realities, makes a conclusion that we should adopt mixed operation system in China. Experiencing and Reflecting Participatory Research:A Study on the Development of Social Work in an Urban Community in Mainland China

近年来,我国社会工作已经进入职业化和专业化发展的关键时期,社会工作实务与研究的结合已经成为推进专业服务发展亟待解决的重要问题之一。参与式实务研究为社会工作者在开展社会工作专业服务的同时进行科学研究工作提供了保障。本文通过一个城市社区社会工作的参与式实务研究发现,社会工作者在城市社区开展社会工作专业服务过程中不能够按照传统社会工作三大方法开展专业服务,而需求将个案、小组和社区三大社会工作专业方法整合起来组合成项目,以克服城市社区目前在管理方式上呈现的偏向管理、变动性强和多头管理的困难。Recently,as Chinese social work development has entered into a critical period for meeting the demand for social work professionalization and specialization,it comes to be one of the major problems that how social work practice is combined with research.One of the answers is to use the method of participatory research.It may guide social workers' practice and at the same time,conduct social work research.The article takes a close look at the development of social work in an urban community in Mainland China.The results show,the traditional three social work intervening methods,such as casework,group work,and community work,have to be transformed into an integrative programs which may correspond to the demand for the weight of multiple management and instability from the local community

［摘要］对开源软件DSpace系统进行简单介绍的基础上，以厦门大学运用DSpace系统构建机构仓储为例，对DSpace系统中的几个主要有关界面显示的系统文件进行中文化处理，同时对系统的界面与功能进行调整和优化，另外对系统运行所需的邮件服务器也作了一些改进，从而使其更符合国内有关机构或单位的实际应用需求和用户使用习惯。 [Abstract] Base on the introduction of the open source DSpace software, many useful steps are introduced to accord with the really application requirement of internal correlative institution and to adapt for the internal user’s usage habit. 女大学生创业行为特征及成因初探

Optimization for astaxanthin extraction from Haematococcus pluvialis with ethanol using response surface methodology

采用安全无毒的乙醇为溶剂,研究了超声时间、料液比、搅拌速度等因素对虾青素提取效率的影响。在此基础上,采用响应面设计对以上3个因素的交互关系进行探究。结果表明,3个因素对虾青素提取率的影响顺序为：超声时间〉料液比〉搅拌速度;最佳提取条件为：超声时间20min、料液比1：150、搅拌速度1000 r/min,在此条件下虾青素提取率可达48.42%。Ethanol, an environmentally friendly solvent, was used to extract astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis. The effect of several conditions, including ultrasound time, the ratio of solid to liquid （S/L） and stirring rate, on astaxanthin extraction rate was investigated. Response surface methodology was applied to study the interaction in these factors. The effects of three factors on the extraction of astaxanthin were in order of ultrasound time, S/L, and stirring rate. Determination of Chlorpromazine and Promethazine and Their Metabolites in Animal Food Using Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography with Tandem Mass Spectrometry

建立了动物源食品中吩噻嗪类药物氯丙嗪、异丙嗪及其代谢物氯丙嗪亚砜和异丙嗪亚砜同时测定的固相萃取超高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离串联四极杆质谱(uPlC-ESIMS/MS)方法。样品用乙酸乙酯和氢氧化钠溶液提取,OASIS Hlb柱富集净化,超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联四极杆质谱仪检测,采用多反应监测正离子模式,可以一次性对动物源性食品中的吩噻嗪类药物氯丙嗪、异丙嗪及其代谢物氯丙嗪亚砜和异丙嗪亚砜进行定性和定量测定。方法在1--100μg/l范围具有良好的线性,回收率为76%--96%,定量下限(S/n>10)为异丙嗪5μg/kg,氯丙嗪、氯丙嗪亚砜、异丙嗪亚砜1μg/kg。检出限(S/n=3)为异丙嗪1.5μg/kg,氯丙嗪、氯丙嗪亚砜、异丙嗪亚砜0.3μg/kg。A method for the simultaneous detection residues of chlorpromazine and promethazine and their metabolites chlorpromazine sulphoxide and promethazine sulphoxide in animal foods was developed by using solid phase extraction(SPE) combination with ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization triple-quadruple tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-ESI MS/MS).The chlorpromazine and promethazine and their metabolites in the test sample was extracted with ethyl acetate and sodium hydroxide solution.The homogenate was centrifuged and the supernatant was collected.The extract was cleaned up and concentrated on an Oasis HLB cartridge,and then analyzed by UPLC-ESI MS/MS under the positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode.Extraction and chromatographic conditions were optimized and the best separation was obtained.The cabalibration curves were linear in the range of 1-100 μg/L.The average recoveries were between 76% and 96%(n=6) in the spiked range of 5-100 μg/kg in pork,fish,dullfrog and milk.The limits of quantification(S/N>10) were in the range of 1-5 μg/kg and the limits of detection(S/N=3) were 0.3-1.5 μg/kg.国家质量监督检验检疫总局科研计划资助项目(2007IK137

水杨酸的抑酶与抑菌作用

以水杨酸为效应物,研究其酶学效应和微生物效应.实验结果表明:水杨酸对马铃薯多酚氧化酶有明显的抑制作用,半抑制率(IC50)为2.05 mmol/L,抑制作用表现为非竞争性的可逆过程,其抑制常数为2.00 mmol/L.水杨酸对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌3种细菌和白色假丝酵母、黑曲霉两种真菌均有明显的抑制作用,其最小抑菌浓度(M IC)分别为0.75、0.5、0.5、0.25和0.75 mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为0.75、1.0、0.5、0.25和0.75 mg/mL.本研究为水杨酸在果蔬保鲜中的应用提供实验理论依据
