    The Experimental Study on Flow Boiling Heat Transfer of Working Fluid R245fa in Horizontal Tube

    设计了管内沸腾换热系数及总传热系数测定试验台架,对R245fa工质在内径6 mm水平光管内的流动沸腾换热特性进行试验研究。测试质流密度为50 ~; 150 kg /(m~2·s),工质蒸发温度为50, 60和70℃。结果表明:; 随着工质含汽率的增加,R245fa的流动沸腾换热系数呈先增大后降低趋势。对于304不锈钢套管式换热器,烟气与R245fa工质进行换热的总传热系数; 约在40 ~ 65 W/(m~2·K) 。A bench - scale facility was designed for testing the flow boiling heat; transfer coefficient and the total heat transfer coefficient. The; boiling heat transfer characteristics of the R245fa refrigerant were; studied in a horizontal smooth tube with 6 mm inner diameter. The; parameters investigated were mass flow rate (50 ~ 150 kg /(m~2·s)),; evaporation temperature (50, 60 and 70 ℃). The results showed that the; flow boiling heat transfer coefficient of R245fa increased with the; increase of rate of vapor content, and decreased slightly with the; further increase of rate of vapor content. The total heat transfer; coefficient of the flue gas and the R245fa is about 40 ~ 65 for the 304; stainless steel heat exchanger.国家国际科技合作专项资助项

    Seasonal variation and horizontal distribution of zooplankton community in Xinghuawan Bay

    兴化湾为福建北部最大的海湾,于2006年对该海湾浮游动物群落进行了四季9个站位的调查。共检出浮游动物及幼虫124种,其中春季42种,夏季89种,秋季71种,冬季20种;分属近岸暖温、近岸暖水和广布外海3个生态类群;优势种15种,春季以水母和桡足类占优势,夏季以水母占优势,秋季以水母、桡足类和箭虫占优势,冬季则以桡足类占优势。不同季节兴化湾浮游动物生物量湿重和丰度水平分布特征变化明显,并与温度和盐度呈显著相关。聚类分析显示兴化湾浮游动物群落夏季类群和秋季类群相似度较高;各季节水平分布基本可分为湾口区和湾内区两大类群。与20世纪80年代相比,尽管本次调查浮游动物群落没有表现出显著差异,但随着电厂等大规模工程的投产,兴化湾海域生态系统健康面临着极大威胁,其环境压力需引起持续关注。Xinghuawan Bay is the biggest bay in northern Fujian Province of China.A comprehensive investigation on the population of zooplankton was conducted at 9 stations seasonally in 2006.Total 124 zooplankton species with 10 larvae were identified during the investigation.Among which 42,89,71,and 20 species occurred in spring,summer,autumn,and winter,respectively.All these zooplankton could be divided into three ecotypes,including offshore warm-water group,offshore warm-temperature group and eurytopic group.There were 15 dominant species during sampling period.Among which jellyfish dominated the community in spring,summer and autumn,copepods dominated in spring,autumn and winter,chaetognatha dominated in autumn.Seasonal variations of horizontal distribution of biomass and abundance of zooplankton were significantly correlated with both water temperature and salinity.Community cluster analysis indicated the similarity of the summer and autumn groups of zooplankton,and mouth area group and inner bay group could be divided in all seasons.Although the zooplankton communities in this study had not represented significant difference compared to the pattern in the 1980s,the health of marine ecosystem of Xinghuawan Bay is threatened by increasing economic activities(e.g.power plants) now and should pay more concern.国家专项资助项目(908-ZC-II-04;908-02-04-02);海洋公益性行业科研专项资助项目(200805069;200705015);国家海洋局第二海洋研究所基本科研业务费专项资助项目(JT0806;JG200817);国家海洋局青年基金资助项目(2008113

    历代许多医籍都将阴市穴定为禁灸的穴位,然临床上以艾灸阴市穴治疗疾病者并不少见。故文章在总结目前常见的禁灸原因基础上,就这一禁忌进行深入探讨,认为以热证禁灸,防止血管和神经损伤,防止感染,影响美观,孕妇的腹部和腰骶部不宜施灸,毛发丛生处不宜灸,古代医家误判、后人继承等说法不足以阐明阴市为何禁灸。最终得出“阴市禁灸“这一禁忌缺乏科学依据支撑的结论,临床上但灸“阴市“一穴无妨。Many medical books have deemed Yinshi(ST 33) as the moxibustion-prohibited-point in the past dynasties.However,moxibustion on Yinshi(ST 33) to treat diseases was not rare in the present clinical.So this paper made an indepth exploration on this taboo based on the summary of common reasons of moxibustion prohibited.It is thought that the heat syndrome was forbidden to apply moxibustion,in order to prevent vascular and nerve damage,infection and affect appearance.Abdomen and lumbosacral portion of pregnant woman and the body parts of hair growth were forbidden to apply moxibustion.The opinions as ancient physicians' misdiagnosis,inheritance of later generations and so on were not enough to clarify the reasons for making Yinshi(ST 33) as the moxibustion-prohibited-point.At last,the conclusion lacking a scientific basisas 'forbidden to apply moxibustion on Yin shi(ST 33)' was obtained,and there was no harmto apply moxibustion on Yinshi(ST 33)

    越库转运问题的自适应遗传算法研究

    探讨一种固定运输模式下的越库转运问题——采用运输量不可拆分的单次运送方式以最小费用通过选择固定的运输路径将货物经过越库转运到目的地,其货物将可能在越库中停留甚至无法运到目的地,这将会导致库存成本和惩罚成本.文中证明了此类越库转运问题是强NP难题,因此本文针对该问题的特殊结构,提出一种采用了邻域搜索技术的自适应遗传算法(AGA with NS)来有效的解决该类问题,数值试验结果表明该算法比CPLEX求解更加高效.此外文中还分别比较了在不采用邻域搜索或者自适应策略的情况下的三种遗传算法,其数值实验结果表明邻域搜索策略以及自适应策略对提高算法的效率有显著的影响

    Improving the Expression Level of Soluble Human Fas Ligand by Cultivating Recombinant Dictyostelium discoideum in CMC-ALG Microcapsules

    首先研究了应用于液芯羧甲基纤维素钠-海藻酸钙(CMC-ALG)微胶囊制备中的各种化学组分对重组盘基网柄菌生长的影响,然后考察不同组分浓度制备而成的各种CMC-ALG微胶囊内重组盘基网柄菌的生长情况,从而得到较适的微胶囊制备的组分配比(CMC12g·L-1,SA8g·L-1,CaCl2100g·L-1)。结果表明,在以上较适条件下制备的微胶囊内重组盘基网柄菌的生长得到了极大的改善,最大的细胞密度比游离培养时提高了4倍,达到了8.0×107mL-1;相应的人类可溶性Fas配体(FasL)的表达水平也提高了1.5倍,达到了315μg·L-1。最后,开展了微胶囊化重组盘基网柄菌的二次重复发酵FasL的研究,结果表明,经过二次重复批次培养,最大细胞密度可达到1.24×108mL-1,为游离培养的8~10倍,而且FasL的表达水平还能维持高水平(280μg·L-1),为游离培养时的2倍。The biocompatibility between the growth of Dictyostelium discoideum AX3-pLu8 and chemical components used for the preparation of carboxy methyl cellulose-alginate(CMC-ALG)microcapsules was evaluated at first,and then the effects of the concentrations of each component forming the capsule on the growth behaviors of D.discoideum cultivated in it were studied.For microencapsulated cultivating D.discoideum,it was found that the most suitable capsule components are 12 g?L?1 of CMC,8 g?L?1 of sodium alginate(SA)and 100 g?L?1 of CaCl2.Using the microcapsules with mentioned composition,the cell density in it can reach 8.0×107 mL?1,this value is about 5 times that could be observed in suspension culture,and correspondently,in the capsules a high concentration(315 μg?L?1)of soluble human Fas ligand(shFasL)was detected,which is about 2.5 times higher than that obtained in suspension culture under the same culture condition.In addition,the immobilized cells could be used effectively for repeated batch cultivation and in the second repeated batch cultivation,a very high cell density(up to 1.24×108 mL?1)and still a high expression of FasL(280 μg?L?1)could be obtained.国家自然科学基金资助(20306025,30370039
