    Effect of Activating Blood and Resolving Stasis Therapy on Injuried Vascular wnt / β-catenin Signal Pathway of Rats with Carotid Atherosclerosis

    目的:观察活血化瘀法对颈动脉粥样硬化血管内皮损伤模型大鼠wnt/β-catenin信号通路的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:32只SD大鼠高脂喂养1个月后,随机取8只作为假手术组(仅切开皮肤),其余大鼠均行颈总动脉球囊损伤术,成膜后再随机分为模型组(n=8只)、活血化瘀中药方中剂量(临床等效量)组(n=8只)和高剂量(临床2倍量)组(n=8只)。从术后第4天开始予以相应药物灌胃治疗(模型组、假手术组灌等量生理盐水),2周后取术侧颈总动脉段,采用实时荧光定量PCR法捡测wnt、Fz D1、AXIN1、GSK-3β、β-catenin、VEGF mRNA基因表达水平。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组wnt、Fz D1、AXIN1、β-catenin、VEGF等mRNA水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),经活血化瘀中药方干预后,上述各基因mRNA水平均有不同程度升高,尤其是高剂量组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.01);只有GSK-3βmRNA水平各组无明显差异。结论:活血化瘀法可通过上调wnt/β-catenin信号通路表达,使损伤血管VEGFmRNA基因表达水平上升,提示该法可保护颈动脉粥样硬化血管内皮损伤。Objective: To observe the effect of activating blood and resolving stasis on injuried vascular wnt / β-catenin in carotid atherosclerosis mode rats and its possible mechanism. Methods: After one-month high fat-diet,32 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group,middle dose( dose in clinical equivalent) group and high dose of( 2 times the amount of clinical) group. Except for the sham operation group,the other rats underwent carotid artery balloon injury surgery. After 3 days of intraperitoneally administered orally,model group and sham operation group were given equal volume of physiological saline,administered continuously for 14 d. Then the expression of wnt,Fz D1,AXIN1,GSK-3β,β-catenin,VEGF mRNA in injured vascular were analyzed by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR in all groups. Results: Compared with the sham operation group,the expression of Wnt,Fz D1,AXIN1,β-catenin,and VEGF mRNA levels in model group decreased( P < 0. 01); and after treated by activing blood and resolving stasis therapy,the expression of the above genes increased in different degrees,especially in the high dose group( P < 0. 01 ~ 0. 05); but there was no significant difference among groups on the expression of GSK-3β mRNA.     Effect of Lunei Xiaoyu Decoction on Vascular Endothelial AMPK/eNOS Signal in Balloon Injury Model of Common Carotid Artery in Rats

    目的观察颅内消瘀汤对大鼠颈动脉球囊损伤后血管内皮及AMPK、eNOS表达的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法 32只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、颅内消瘀汤低剂量(临床等效量)组和颅内消瘀汤高剂量(临床2倍量)组,除假手术组大鼠仅切开皮肤,其余大鼠均行颈总动脉球囊损伤术以成模。成模第4天灌胃给药,模型组及假手术组给予等体积生理盐水,连续给药14 d后取损伤侧颈总动脉,行HE染色观测血管内皮损伤及内膜增生情况,用免疫组化染色检测eNOS表达水平,并用Western blot检测总AMPK、eNOS蛋白水平。结果颈总动脉球囊损伤模型组大鼠血管内膜增生明显、管壁变厚,颅内消瘀汤低、高剂量组大鼠经治疗后损伤血管增生较模型组轻、管壁较薄;e NOS免疫组化染色:模型组阳性细胞较少,经颅内消瘀汤干预后,低、高剂量2组均有不同程度的表达,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Western blot检测结果显示模型组总AMPK、eNOS蛋白表达下降,经颅内消瘀汤干预后,均有不同程度增加,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论颅内消瘀汤可通过上调AMPK/eNOS信号表达,保护大鼠颈动脉球囊损伤血管内皮的作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Lunei Xiaoyu Decoction on vascular endothelial AMPK, eNOS expression in ballon injury model of common carotid artery in rats, and to explore its possible mechanism. METHODS Thirty two SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, low dose of Lunei Xiaoyu Decoction(dose in clinical equivalent) group and high dose of Lunei Xiaoyu Decoction(2 times the amount of clinical) group, except the sham operation group rats only skin incision, the other rats underwent carotid artery balloon injury surgery. On the 4th day after modeling, the rats were administrated orally for 14 d, model group and sham operation group were given equal volume of physiological saline. Then all the rats were killed, HE staining observation of vascular endothelial injury and intimal hyperplasia, immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the expression level of e NOS, and Western-blot was used to detect the expression level of AMPK and eNOS. RESULTS The endometrial hyperplasia and thickness were obvious after carotid artery balloon injury in rats; and after Lunei Xiaoyu Decoction treatment, the rats' endometrial hyperplasia and thickness were improved. The expression of AMPKand e NOS was significantly higher in Lunei Xiaoyu Decoction groups compared with the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSION Lunei Xiaoyu Decoction can upregulate the expression of AMPK/e NOS signal, in order to protecting vascular endothelial after balloon injured carotid artery in rats.福州市科技计划项目(2012-S-155-1

    目的 观察AMP依赖的蛋白激酶(AMPK)及PI3K/Akt信号途径在颈动脉狭窄形成过程中的变化。方法 取SD大鼠经高脂喂养1个月后行颈总动脉球囊损伤术作为模型组(n=24),继续喂养14 d后取损伤侧颈总动脉,行HE染色观测血管内皮损伤及内膜增生情况,应用荧光定量PCR法检测AMPK及PI3K/Akt mRNA水平,用Western印迹检测p-AMPK、PI3K、p-Akt蛋白水平,另取8只正常SD大鼠作为假手术组。结果 模型组大鼠血管内膜增生明显、管壁变厚;AMPK/PI3K/Akt mRNA及蛋白水平较假手术组显著下降(P〈0.01)。结论 AMPK/PI3K/Akt在颈动脉狭窄的病理生理进程中起到一定的作用。福州市科技计划项目(No.2012-S-155-1

    Preliminary estimate for the contaminations fluxes from Jiulong River to the sea

    河流污染物入海通量的研究是研究海水污染的内容之一。本文对目前常用的河流污染物通量估算方法进行了分析,根据九龙江的水文水质监测数据,选择高锰酸钾指数与NH3-N作为代表性水质监测项目,利用各种估算公式进行污染物入海通量估算,对估算结果进行比较发现部分公式适用性较好。估算结果表明,2003年九龙江污染物入海通量CODMn大约为21 000 t/a,NH3-N大约为2 500 t/a。根据与其他研究结果的对比,探讨了河流污染物入海通量估算的特点,对不足之处作了说明。 【英文摘要】 Study of the contaminations fluxes from river to the sea is part of the research of marine pollution.The popular calculation formulas of contaminations fluxes in river were analyzed.According to the flow and water quality monitoring data in Jiulong River,COD_(Mn) and NH_3N fluxes were calculated by the different formulas.The calculation results show that some formulas are effective.In 2003,the COD_(Mn) fluxes from Jiulong river to the sea was about 21 000 t/a,and the NH_3-N fluxes was about 2 500 t/a.Compar...福建省青年科技人才创新项目(2005J065

    Study on Water Environmental Capacity of Reservoired River in Jiulong River Basin

    针对九龙江流域湖库化问题,确定湖库化河段判定标准,提出综合电站的概念,基于大量的实测数据进行水质模型的降解系数值k参数率定,以此为基础,提出湖库化河段水环境容量计算方法,对九龙江流域湖库化后的水环境容量核算开展研究,确定了流域河流湖库化对水环境容量计算的影响,湖库化河段的水环境容量,为流域的水环境容量总量控制和管理、决策提供科学的依据.According to the problem of reservoired in Jiulong River basin,the judgment standard of reservoired river was determined,and the concept of integrate hydropower station was presented.Then,the parameter value of degradation coefficient K was calibrated with water quality model based on a large number of measured data of water quality.On this basis,calculation method of water environmental capacity for reservoired river was proposed.Finally,research was carried on water environmental capacity accounting of reservoired river in Jiulong River basin.The results show the effect of reservoired on water environmental capacity calculation,and the water environmental capacity of reservoired river,which provided scientific basis for the total emission control,management and decision-making of water environmental capacity in Jiulong River basin.福建省环保资助项目(ZLT0903); 福建省科技重大专项(2013YZ001-1

    Introduction and Maintenance of Camphor Tree (Cinnamomum glanduliferum) in Xiamen

    本文以邓小平在厦门市园林植物园的手植树为例,对云南樟的生物学特性、资源分布及在厦门地区的引种情况进行分析,认为:厦门植物园内云南樟生长异常的重要原因是根系活动环境恶化;厦门南亚热带海岛气候条件是导致其速生、提前衰老的主要原因之一,并提出相应的养护管理措施。Taking the camphor tree(Cinnamomum glanduliferum) planted by Mr.Deng Xiao-ping in Xiamen Botanical Garden as example,the biological characteristics,original distribution and introduction of Cinnamomum glanduliferum in Xiamen were investigated.The results showed that the worsening soil environment had severely limited the activity of tree roots and had a adverse effect on the growth of C.glanduliferum.The south-subtropical island climate is one of the main factors resulting in the fast growing and earlier senescence of camphor tree.Some suggestions for maintenance are also put forward

    按照LOICZ的模拟指南 ,九龙江河口区采用单箱模型模拟其生物地球化学元素的通量。结果表明 ,九龙江河流输入进河口系统的DIP通量为 2 .81× 10 7mol/a ,交换流带入河口区DIP通量为 10 .93× 10 7mol/a ,因此 ,净沉淀量为 8.0 5× 10 7mol/a。九龙江河流输送进河口系统的DIN通量为 73.47× 10 8mol/a ,它远高于DIP的通量。因此 ,此河口区系统内部有 7.6 6× 10 8mol/a的差额才能达到平衡。The LOICZ biogeochemical element budget model was tested in Jiulong River Estuary, the result indicated that riverine input ot DIP is 2.81×10 7mol/a, and the DIP of 10.93×10 7mol/a of mixing flow is significantly larger than to DIP from river and residence flow, so the net internal sink of DIP totals 8.05×10 7mol/a across the system. The DIN input from river is 73.47×10 8mol/a which is much larger than the DIP from residence flow and mixing flow.     利用地理信息系统 (GIS) ,基于数字高程模型 (DEM) ,提取AGNPS(AAgriculturalNon PointSourceModel)模型所需的水文和地形参数 ,并通过实地调查及专题制图等手段获取AGNPS模型所需的土地利用、土壤质地及施肥水平等其它参数 ,最后利用监测降水 ,实测水文参数、营养盐及沉积物负荷等验证AGNPS模型在我国东南亚热带地区的应用 .It is feasible to evaluate the Non-point Source pollution such as sediments, agricultural chemicals using water quality model in the basin scale. AGNPS (Agricultural Non Point Source), an event driven, distributed parameter model, which is developed and validated primarily in the United States, was employed in the landscape of Jiulong River watershed. The hydrologic and topographic parameters of AGNPS model were extracted based on DEM (Digital Elevation Model) built in GIS (Geographic Information System).     A Study on the mechanisms of eutrophication of a shallow upstream lake in the Jiulong River Catchment

    基于对九龙江上游龙潭湖富营养化水体和沉积物现状的监测结果,通过与国内富营养化深水湖库和流域下游大型富营养化浅水湖泊进行对比,深入探讨了流域上游浅水湖泊富营养化发生的原因及主导机制.流域上游浅水湖泊具有外源污染物输入较少的特点,较下游大型浅水湖泊更易受温度等气候条件和沉积物氧化还原状态的影响,以及外源输入总磷控制具有较强的滞后效应,因此对流域上游浅水湖泊富营养化的控制必须重视内源营养盐释放,特别是结合态磷的内源释放问题.Based on site monitoring chemical data of lake water and sediments during an algal bloom in the Longtan Lake,causes and mechanisms of eutrophication in shallow upstream lakes were discussed by comparing the Longtan Lake in upstream of the Jiulong River with deep eutrophic lakes and large shallow downstream eutrophic lakes in China.The shallow upstream lake is characterized as relatively simple nutrient inputs and high susceptivity to climatic variability(such as temperature),redox conditions,and strong lag effects of the external total phosphorus inputs.Therefore,attention must be paid to the sediments nutrient releases,especially,the bound phosphorus of sediments when remediating eutrophication in shallow upstream lakes.国家自然科学基金资助项目(41175130);教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计
