    Design and Implementation of Bridge Management System Based on PDA

    抑郁症状已成为威胁我国中老年群体的重要健康问题,严重影响了中老年群体的生活质量和我国积极老龄化目标的实现。社会参与对于包括抑郁症状在内的心理健康问题的积极作用已经被广泛证实。随着数字技术的迅猛发展,互联网在中老年群体中的普及率迅速提高。线上社会参与作为一种新兴的社会参与和互动形式,对于中老年人心理健康的影响和意义日益受到关注。在“新”技术与“老”龄化快速发展和相互交织的背景下,考察中老年群体线上社会参与对心理健康的影响及其机制,并据此提出相应的干预策略显得尤为重要。本研究以中老年群体为对象,通过使用数据库和自采数据的三项子研究,从自我决定视角考察线上社会参与和抑郁症状的关系及其中介机制,以及社会网络规模对上述中介效应的调节作用。 研究一采用中国健康与养老追踪调查(China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study, CHARLS)数据库三轮追踪数据(2013, 2015和2018年),通过交叉滞后分析考察线上社会参与和抑郁症状的相互影响。研究通过对三轮数据的工D匹配,获得45岁以上有效样本2324人。结果发现,在控制了一系列人口学变量后,线上社会参与对抑郁症状三轮交叉滞后效应显著。2013年的抑郁症状对2015年的线上社会参与没有显著的负向影响,但2015年的抑郁症状对2018年的线上社会参与负面影响显著。线上社会参与和抑郁症状呈现了相互影响的关系,且线上社会参与对抑郁症状的影响更强也更稳定。 研究二以社区816名45岁以上中老年人为对象,验证“老年人社交网络量表(SNS Older Adults Measure } SNS-OA”在中国的适用性。结果显示,量表具有较好的区分度;探索性因子分析发现修订后的量表符合五因素模型;且修订后量表具有良好的拟合效度、良好的内部一致性信度、效标关联效度和跨性别等值性。它为后续研究测量以社交为目的的线上社会参与提供了适宜的测量工具。 在前两项子研究的基础上,研究三以社区1091名45岁以上中老年群体为对象,基于自我决定理论中的基本心理需求满足考察线上社会参与和抑郁症状的中介机制,以及现有社会网络规模对上述中介机制的调节作用。首先,作为自我决定理论的核心观点,基本心理需求满足中介了线上社会参与和抑郁症状的关系,即线上社会参与通过增强中老年人的自主需求、胜任需求和关系需求的满足感而降低了抑郁症状。其次,社会网络规模调节了“线上社会参与一基本心理需求满足一抑郁症状”这一中介效应的前半段路径。无论社会网络规模高低,中老年人均可以通过增加线上社会参与频率,提升基本心理需求满足程度,进而降低抑郁水平。但相较于高社会网络规模的个体,低社会网络规模的中老年人效果更明显。同时,社会网络规模调节了线上社会参与和抑郁症状的直接关系。在控制了三个基本心理需求满足的基础上,对于低社会网络的中老年人,较高频率的线上社会参与行为可以缓解抑郁症状。然而,对于高社会网络的中老年人,较多的线上参与反而会加大抑郁风险。 本论文通过三项研究总体上证明了线上社会参与对中老年人心理健康的积极作用、关系机制和边界条件,拓展了自我决定理论的解释范围,相关发现对社会资本理论和活动理论提供了进一步的证据支持。研究发现还从互联网使用和社会关系角度为中老年人抑郁症状的预防和临床干预提供了启发。另外,修订后的中文版“老年人社交网络量表”也为未来线上参与的研究提供了标准化的测量工具

    Reliability and Validity of SNS Older Adults Measure in China

    目的:检验老年人社交网络量表(SNS Older Adults Measure, SNS-OA)在中国中老年人中的信效度。方法:采用老年人社交网络量表、互联网应用问卷、抑郁量表、孤独感量表、正负向情绪量表、生活满意度量表、生命意义感量表、社会支持及社会网络量表对816名中老年人进行施测。结果:探索性因子分析发现,含17个条目的修订后量表符合五因素模型,解释总变异的75.35%;验证性因子分析显示其具有良好拟合度(&chi;~2/df=2.79, CFI=0.95, TLI=0.94,SRMR=0.05, RMSEA=0.07)。修订后量表信度较好,Cronbach&rsquo;s &alpha;系数为0.91,四周后重测信度为0.88。量表还被证实具有良好区分度、效标关联效度及跨性别的等值性。该量表得分与心理健康各指标、社会支持和社会网络显著相关;量表使用具有性别差异。结论:修订后的量表具有良好的信效度,适用于中国中老年群体。</p

    Effect of Crocodile Choline Combined with Doxorubicin on Proliferation of Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells SMMC-7721

    研究了鳄胆素(CrOCOdIlE CHOlInE)联合阿霉素(dOXOrubICIn)对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721的体外抑制作用.以不同浓度鳄胆素、阿霉素单用药组和两药联合用药组作用SMMC-7721细胞,应用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法和集落形成实验检测细胞增殖抑制、流式细胞仪分析细胞周期分布、免疫印记检测凋亡相关蛋白表达.结果显示鳄胆素、阿霉素单药与两药联合均能抑制SMMC-7721细胞的增殖,且呈剂量依赖效应,两药联合有协同效应.集落形成实验中对照组、鳄胆素单用药组、阿霉素单用药组和两药联合组的克隆形成率分别为88.0%,30.8%,28.5%和1.0%,表明两药联合使克隆形成率显著降低.细胞周期分析显示药物处理组出现S期阻滞,联合组与对照组相比,S期细胞含量由12%上升到59%;各组均能诱导SMMC-7721细胞凋亡,并以两药联合组效果更佳,细胞核经HOECHST染色出现浓染致密的固缩形态和强蓝色荧光;细胞中促凋亡蛋白bAX表达上调诱导细胞凋亡.研究结果表明鳄胆素与阿霉素联合对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721有显著的抑制作用,作用效果具有协同效应.In this paper,we studied the effect of crocodile choline combined with doxorubicin on proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells SMMC-7721 in vitro.SMMC-7721 cells were treated with different concentrations of crocodile choline alone or combined with doxorubicin,and then MTT assay,colony formation assay,flow cytometry analysis,Hoechst 33258 staining,and Western blot were performed to detect relevant indicators.The results showed that crocodile choline with or without doxorubicin had inhibitory effect on proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells.The inhibiting rates increased with the increasing concentrations of crocodile choline and doxorubicin.The combination of the two drugs showed synergistic effect.Moreover,the results showed the colony forming rates of control group,crocodile choline group,doxorubicin group and combination group were 88.0%,30.8%,28.5% and 1.0%,respectively,indicating the combination of the two drugs could decrease the colony forming rate apparently.The results of flow cytometry analysis showed that SMMC-7721 cell cycles were blocked in S phase,the cell population of S phase increased from 12%in the control group to 59% in the combination group.We found that all treatment groups could induce cell apoptosis and the combination group showed better talent.Cell nucleus concentrated and appeared granular fluorescence were observed by Hoechst 33258 staining.In the combination group,the expression of Bax protein in SMMC-7721 cells was up-regulated,inducing apoptosis of SMMC-7721 cells.This study suggests that a synergistic effect is observed between crocodile choline and doxorubicin in their inhibition of SMMC-7721 cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis,which may give theoretical support for the treatment of human hepatocellular carcinoma on drug combination.厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20133009); 国家自然科学基金委基础科学人才培养基金科研训练及科研能力提高项目(厦门大学)(J1310027

    使用去合金法制备了孔径和孔壁均匀的纳米多孔金(NPG)电极.研究发现NPG对甲酸、甲醛的氧化具有很高的电催化活性.如在NPG基体再沉积微量的铂,不仅明显改善了NPG的结构稳定性,而且由于Pt、Au两组分之间的协同效应而使该催化剂对有机小分子的电催化氧化具有比纯铂更高的催化活性和更强的抗催化毒物能力.The nanoporous gold(NPG) electrodes with uniform pore sizes and ligaments were prepared by using a simple dealloying method.The as-prepared NPG showed high catalytic activity towards the oxidation of formic acid and formaldehyde.After tiny amount of platinum was deposited onto the NPG substrate,not only the structure stability of NPG was greatly improved,but also the Pt-Au bimetallic catalysts displayed the better catalytic activity and the stronger poison resistance towards the electrooxidation of small organic molecules than the bulk platinum due to synergistic effect between Au and Pt compositions.作者联系地址:山东大学化学与化工学院;Author's Address: School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Shandong University,Jinan 250100,Chin

    JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ Searches

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel
