Title: Case study of physical therapy treatment of a patient after ichemic stroke with right hemiparesis Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out theoretical information about the diagnosis and prepared the case study of the patient after ischemic stroke with right hemiparesis. Summary: This bachelor thesis deals with stroke and consists of two parts. The general part is focused on theoretical knowledge, contains a definition and a classification of stroke, anatomy of the blood supply of the brain, epidemiology, clinical symptoms, risk factors, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of stroke including methods of physical therapy used for patients after stroke. The special part contains bachelor thesis methododologic and a case study of physical therapy care of a patient after ischemic stroke with right hemiparesis which includes anamnesis, complete kinesiology analysis, process of treatment and final evaluation. Data for processing the special part were obtained during the clinical practise at rehabilitation department of Regional hospital Kladno from 8.1.2018 do 2.2.2018. Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo v první části zpracovat teroretické podklady o diagnóze pacienta a v druhé části vypracovat kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientce po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě s pravostrannou hemiparézou. Shrnutí: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá cévní mozkovou příhodou a skládá se ze dvou částí. Obecná část je zaměřena na teoretické informace a obsahuje definici a klasifikaci cévních mozkových příhod, cévní zásobení mozku, epidemiologii, klinický obraz, rizikové faktory, diagnostiku, léčbu a rehabilitaci včetně fyzioterapeutických postupů a metod využívaných u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Speciální část obsahuje metodiku práce a kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě s pravostrannou hemiparézou, která se skládá z anamnézy, vstupního kineziologického rozboru, průběhu jednotlivých terapií a výstupního kineziologického rozboru se zhodnocením efektu terapie. Podklady pro zpracování speciální části práce byly získány během souvislé odborné praxe na oddělení lůžkové rehabilitace v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno v období od 8.1.2018 do 2.2.2018. Experiencing places in the native village

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the topic of space and experiencing by means of creative processes using mostly painting technique. It is based on works of theorists and philosophers of Norberg-Schluz or Václav Cílek who are interested in these topics over a long period. The thesis is focused on relationships with places in the village where the author lives. In the first part, the author describes theoretical backgrounds of the work and integrates them to the context of contemporary Czech as well as foreign artists. In the second part, the work deals with the places in the village the author lives called Sebranice. She is close to that place and she reflects the specific atmosphere of the village by means of her paintings and their reflections. The third, didactic part contains projects (their realization and reflexion) which are based on her own theoretical and practical experience with pupils. The aim of the projects was development of sensitivity of perception and increasing interest of pupils in the places which surrounds them as well as art creation. A brief guide to polymer characterization: structure (IUPAC technical report)

To bolster the series of Brief Guides released by International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC), here we introduce the first Brief Guide to Polymer Characterization. This article provides a concise overview of characterization methods for teachers, students, non-specialists, and newcomers to polymer science as well as being a useful manual for researchers and technicians. Unlike pure low molar mass chemical substances, polymers are not composed of identical molecules. The macromolecules which comprise a single polymer sample vary from one another, primarily in terms of size and shape, but often also in the arrangement or positioning of atoms within macromolecules (e.g., chain branching, isomerism, etc.). Polymer properties are often drastically different from those of other substances and their characterization relies on specialist equipment and/or common equipment used in a specialized way (e.g., particular sample preparation or data analysis). This Brief Guide focuses uniquely on the structural characterization (i.e., analyzing the molecular and multi-molecular aspects) of polymers. The complex nature of the structural variables possible in macromolecular materials often presents a challenge with regard to the detailed structural characterization of polymers. This Brief Guide provides a useful starting point to direct the reader to the most commonly used and useful techniques to characterize these structural variables

Resistance of municipal debt and the possibility of its regulation in the Czech Republic (at the level of municipalities and regions)

This graduation thesis focuses on the issue of municipal debt acceptability and the possibility of its regulation. This thesis includes an analysis of revenues and expenditures of municipalities and regions, which points to a lack of non-repayable income. On the basis of analysis is also carried out an assessment of the municipalities. Part of this thesis also analyses debt at local and regional level and the ability to control debt in terms of existing legislation and proposal for the future. The practical part deals with the management of the Pardubice region by comparing the income and expenditure budget and evaluation of region debt acceptability

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku únosnosti municipálního dluhu a na možnost jeho regulace. V rámci práce je proveden rozbor příjmů a výdajů rozpočtu obcí a krajů, který poukazuje na nedostatečnou výši nenávratných příjmů. Na základě rozboru je také provedeno hodnocení hospodaření municipalit. Součástí práce je analýza zadlužení na úrovni obcí a krajů a také možnost regulace dluhu z pohledu stávající právní úpravy i navrhované do budoucna. Alena Šturcová ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH The dissertation deals with diagnosing students' difficulties in didactic tests in CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) integrating mathematics and English. The aim of the thesis was to design and analyze didactic tests that are suitable tools for identifying sources of difficulties in CLIL teaching, where mathematics and English are integrated, and to determine whether it is possible to analyze students' results in individual tasks in these tests to determine whether the student has difficulties with mathematics or English. The thesis also addresses the attitude of CLIL students and CLIL teachers of a specific Czech school to CLIL teaching and learning. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter summarizes the theoretical background of the CLIL method, the next two chapters focus on assessment in general and assessment in CLIL, including some research on CLIL assessment. The fourth chapter is partly theoretical and partly practical, describing experiences and original research related to lesson planning, teaching goals, and CLIL implementation. The comparation of the health public systems in the Czech republic and Austria

Oba systémy jsou založeny na tradici, která má své kořeny v Rakousko- Uhersku, jelikož až do roku 1918 byly součástí tohoto nadstátního celku a byly podrobovány jednotné vůli panovníka také v sociálněprávní oblasti. Nespornou spojitostí je geografický vztah obou států, který zapříčíňuje jejich vzájemné ovlivňování. Způsoby úpravy práva sociálního zabezpečení v právních předpisech jsou rozdílně pojaty v obou státech. V České republice jsou upraveny všechny druhy pojištěnců v jednom zákonném předpise, zatímco v Rakousku má každý druh pojištěnců svůj vlastní zákon. Oba srovnávané systémy zdravotního pojištění jsou svou formou veřejnými zákonnými zdravotními pojištěními. Český systém VZP je charakteristickým příkladem systému postkomunistického státu, naproti tomu rakouský systém je příkladem sociálního státu korporačně konzervativního. Pro oba systémy je příznačný systém přerozdělování, který vykazuje odlišnosti v rakouském systému, protože navíc používá přerozdělování v oblasti nemocniční péče. Srovnávané systémy veřejných zdravotních pojištění mají společné etické principy, které ale v Rakousku dostávají více prostoru přímo na úrovni zákonných předpisů. Tento fakt vytváří v Rakousku rámec pro veřejné zdravotnictví, které je zaměřeno více na pacienta a jeho autonomii. Die Gesetztformen in der beiden Staaten sind unterschiedlich. In der Tschechische Republik gibt es viele Sozialversicherungsgesetze, in den der jede Typ des Versichertes geregelt ist. In Österreich gibt es für den jeden Type des Versichertes ein Sozialversicherungsgesetz. Die beiden Systemen sind die gesetzlichen öffentlichen Krankenversicherungen. Das tschechische System ist postkommunisch und Österreich ist der korporatische konservative Sozialstaat. Es gibt die Umverteilung in den beiden Systemen, aber in Österreich hat ein Unterschied, weil auch die Umverteilung in der Anstaltspflege enthält. Die vergleichende Systeme der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherungen haben die gemeinsame ethische Grundsätze, die aber in Österreich mehr in den Gesetze geregelt werden. Dieser Fakt macht den Rahmen des Systemes der Krankenversicherung, das viel auf die Patienten sich konzetriert wird. Knowledge of foreign words of 9th grade students

Práce se zaměřuje na znalost cizích slov u žáků 9. ročníku základních škol, konkrétně vychází z dat získaných dotazníkovým šetřením, které probíhalo na šesti školách. Byla komparována úspěšnost žáků, kteří se ve svém volném čase věnují četbě, s těmi, kteří mimo školu nečtou vůbec; porovnána byla i slovní zásoba chlapců a dívek. Závěrečná kapitola této diplomové práce se věnuje didaktickým metodám, které by měly zlepšit jazykovou úroveň nejen žáků v 9. ročníku, ale všech žáků druhého a třetího stupně.The thesis focuses on the knowledge of foreign terms in the students of ninth grades of various Elementary schools. More specifically, it is based on the data gained from the surveys conducted on six different elementary schools. The success rate of the students who spend their free time reading and those who don't read outside of school at all was compared; additionally, the success rate of male and female students was also compared. The final chapter of the thesis focuses on the didacti methodology, which should improve the language level of not only the students of the ninth graade, but all students of the second and third level of education
