Verification of relations between calculation and measurement methods in public lighting

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou aplikace LED technologie do osvětlovacích soustav veřejného osvětlení. Teoretická část práce se zabývá rozšířením problematiky LED svítidel ve VO. Na základě zahraničních publikací jsou rozebrány nové trendy ve veřejném osvětlení a také je rozebrána závislost LED svítidel na teplotě a dalších důležitých faktorech. Tato diplomová práce se rovněž věnuje problematice volby udržovacího činitele pro osvětlovací soustavy VO. Na volbu korektního udržovacího činitele pro VO je v této práci kladen velký důraz a jsou rozebrány možné nové přístupy pro jeho korektnější volbu. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit energetickou náročnost testovacího polygonu na parkovišti Fakulty elektrotechniky a informatiky VŠB-TUO a zaměřit se na všechny dílčí faktory, které ovlivňují výslednou velikost naměřených a vypočtených udržovaných hodnot. V praktické části budou zhodnoceny světelně-technické parametry původní a nové osvětlovací soustavy VO na testovacím polygonu parkoviště FEI spolu s navržením systému stmívání dle požadavků normy ČSN EN 13201-2.This thesis deals with the application issues of LED technology to lighting systems of public lighting. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the extension of LED lighting in PL. Based on foreign publications, new trends in public lighting are analyzed and the dependence of LED luminaires on temperature and other important factors is analyzed. This thesis also deals with the issue of selection of the maintenance factor for public lighting systems. A great emphasis is placed on the selection of a correct maintenance factor for PL, and new possible approaches to its correct choices are analyzed. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the energy intensity of the test polygon at the parking space of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics of VŠB-TUO and to focus on all the partial factors affecting the resulting measured and calculated maintained values. In the practical part, the lighting and technical parameters of the original and new street lighting system will be evaluated on the test polygon of the FEI car park together with the design of the dimming system according to the requirements of the ČSN EN 13201-2 standard.410 - Katedra elektroenergetikyvýborn

Proposal of Strategy of SBU Development

Bývalý americký prezident prohlásil: “Plány jsou nic, plánování je všechno”. V tomto duchu lze říci, že dobře fungující systém strategického řízení je svým způsobem důležitější než samotné dokumenty, které produkuje. V tomto duchu se nese i celá tato práce, která zachycuje určitý stav strategie jedné strategické obchodní jednotky (SBU) firmy GlobSol CZ a její posun kupředu od původních abstraktních cílů k naprosto jasným a konkrétním krokům, které bude třeba v budoucnosti udělat pro rozvoj této obchodní jednotky. Po zhodnocení současného stavu teorie, je provedena analýza současného stavu strategie obchodní jednotky vzhledem k jejím okolím. Ze závěrečné SWOT analýzy jsou pak pro jednotlivé její prvky určovány cíle směřující ke strategickému rozvoji. Každý cíl je rozvinut do jednoho, či více kroků, které jasně determinují jak a kdy lze daného cíle dosáhnout. Na závěr je zhodnocen přínos této obchodní strategie, její předpoklady a rizikové faktory. Nejcennějším na celém dokumentu je však samotná činnost tvorby strategie, která rozvíjí zcela nové pohledy na možnosti rozvoje strategické obchodní jednotky.Former American president declared: “Plans are nothing, planning is everything”. In this manner we can state that a well functional strategic management system is much more important then documents that it will produce. This work is conducted in this spirit, so it captures a strategy state of one strategic business unit (SBU) of the GlobSol CZ company and moves it forward from the original abstract goals to completely clear and concrete steps that has to be done in the future for the development of this business unit. After review of the current theory state an analysis of the current state of the business strategy is done in consideration to all SBU environments. For each element of the final SWOT analysis are determined objectives of strategic development. Each objective is developed into one or more steps, which are clearly showing how and when the target can be achieved. Finally, the contribution of this business strategy, its assumptions and risk factors is assessed. The most valuable output of the document, however, is making the strategy work itself, which is developing an entirely new perspectives on the opportunities to develop strategic business units.

Additives effect on electrical properties of the epoxy resins

Práce rozebírá současný stav ve výrobě a vývoji zalévacích hmot na bázi epoxidových pryskyřic. Práce probíhala ve spolupráci s firmou SYNPO, a.s. Pardubice, která poskytla vzorky pryskyřic s různými aditivy k měření. Práce je rozdělena do tří teoretických a jedné praktické kapitoly. První kapitola pojednává o dielektricích obecně. Zabývá se jejich charakteristickými vlastnostmi a ději v nich probíhajících. Druhá kapitola probírá epoxydové pryskyřice, jejich složení, výrobu a aplikaci ve výrobě. Třetí kapitola nabízí pohled na měřící metody používané v elektrotechnice pro diagnostiku dielektrik. V praktické části je popsán způsob výroby vzorků a jejich složení a následně způsob jejich měření s vyhodnocením naměřených dat.Work was carried out in collaboration with SYNPO, Inc. Pardubice, which provided samples resins with various additives for measurement. The work is divided into three theoretical and one practical chapters. The first chapter focuses on dielectrics in general. It deals with their properties and storyline running in them. The second chapter discusses epoxy resins, their formulation, production and application in manufacturing. The third chapter offers a view of the measurement methods used for diagnosing electrical dielectrics. The practical part describes the preparation of samples and their composition, and consequently their measurement with the evaluation of measurement data.

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice výběru informačního systému v podniku. Na základě teoretických poznatků o podnikových informačních systémech a jejich vývoji je postavena analýza problému výběru vhodného informačního systému a rozbor současné situace na českém trhu. Vlastní návrh řešení představuje optimální postup při výběru vhodného podnikového informačního systému, včetně upozornění na nejčastější chyby, kterých se podniky při výběru dopouští. Vlastní řešení představuje realizovaná báze znalostí expertního systému, která slouží pro hrubý výběr podnikového informačního systému.The thesis deals with problems of enterprise information system selection. Calculation model of screw compressor cooler

Práce se zabývá problematikou výpočtu kompaktního tepelného výměníku při specifických podmínkách. V první části jsou rozebrány způsoby zjišťování termodynamických a látkových vlastností a součinitelů, a taktéž metody výpočtu tepelného výměníku. Ve druhé části je podrobně rozepsán postup výpočtu kompaktního tepelného výměníku. Součástí bakalářské práce je výpočtový model zadaného kompaktního tepelného výměníku vytvořený v programu Matlab-Simulink.This Bachelor’s thesis deals with compact heat exchanger design under specific conditions. Hence ways of finding out thermodynamic and material properties are discussed in the first part as well as heat exchanger design methods. In the second part, compact heat exchanger design process is described in detail. The Bachelor’s thesis includes a calculation model of specific compact heat exchanger created in Matlab-Simulink software.

Energy audit of public lighting systems

Import 03/11/2016Náplní této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit energetickou náročnost osvětlovacích soustav veřejného osvětlení. V teoretické části této práce se zabývám normativními požadavky, které jsou na veřejné osvětlení kladeny společně s řadou kvalitativních a kvantitativních parametrů, které jsou rozhodující při volbě svítidla či samotného světelného zdroje. Velký důraz je kladen na výhody použití LED ve veřejném osvětlení. Klíčovou částí této práce je rozbor připravované normy, která posuzuje energetickou náročnost veřejného osvětlení na základě vybraného typu svítidla a zvolené technologie světelného zdroje pro konkrétní realizaci. V praktické části bude tato nová norma aplikována na dvě již realizované soustavy veřejného osvětlení, kde z vypočtených a následně i ověřením z naměřených hodnot bude vyhodnocena výhodnost použití LED pro aplikace ve veřejném osvětlení. V této práci bude také vytvořena univerzální tabulka, která na základě vstupních parametrů dané osvětlovací soustavy vyhodnotí její energetickou náročnost.The subject of this thesis is to evaluate the energy performance of public lighting. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the normative requirements that are imposed on public lighting together with a number of qualitative and quantitative parameters that are crucial when selecting luminaire or the light source itself. Great emphasis is given on the advantages of using LEDs in street lighting. A key part of this thesis is to analyze upcoming standards, which assesses the energy performance of street lighting based on the selected type of luminaire and light source technology selected for a particular implementation. In the practical part of this thesis, the new standard will be applied to two already existing public lighting systems, where the calculated and subsequent verification of measured values will be evaluated the benefits of using LEDs for applications in public lighting. Determination of moisture content in electrical insulating materials

Tato práce je založena na teorii o navlhání elektroizolačních materiálů a způsobech, jak tuto vlhkost měřit. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody termické analýzy a následně detailně popsána metoda Termogravimetrie, která je při měření použita. Měření probíhá pomocí analyzátoru vlhkosti RADWAG 60 W/H propojeného s PC, za použití rozličných vzorků od anorganických až po organické. Velká škála vzorků byla vybrána z důvodu demonstrace Termogravimetrické metody a lepšího pochopení způsobu navlhání a sušení rozdílných materiálů.This work is based on determination of moisture content in electrical insulating materials materials and ways to measure the moisture. In the theoretical section describes the methods of thermal analysis, and subsequently described in detail Thermogravimetry method, which is used in the measurement. Measurements are made using the Moisture Analyzer RADWAG 60 W/H connected with a PC, using a variety of samples from inorganic to organic. A great variety of samples was chosen because of demonstrations thermogravimetric methods and a better understanding of wetting and drying of different materials.

<scp>ReSurveyEurope</scp>: A database of resurveyed vegetation plots in Europe

AbstractAimsWe introduce ReSurveyEurope — a new data source of resurveyed vegetation plots in Europe, compiled by a collaborative network of vegetation scientists. We describe the scope of this initiative, provide an overview of currently available data, governance, data contribution rules, and accessibility. In addition, we outline further steps, including potential research questions.ResultsReSurveyEurope includes resurveyed vegetation plots from all habitats. Version 1.0 of ReSurveyEurope contains 283,135 observations (i.e., individual surveys of each plot) from 79,190 plots sampled in 449 independent resurvey projects. Of these, 62,139 (78%) are permanent plots, that is, marked in situ, or located with GPS, which allow for high spatial accuracy in resurvey. The remaining 17,051 (22%) plots are from studies in which plots from the initial survey could not be exactly relocated. Four data sets, which together account for 28,470 (36%) plots, provide only presence/absence information on plant species, while the remaining 50,720 (64%) plots contain abundance information (e.g., percentage cover or cover–abundance classes such as variants of the Braun‐Blanquet scale). The oldest plots were sampled in 1911 in the Swiss Alps, while most plots were sampled between 1950 and 2020.ConclusionsReSurveyEurope is a new resource to address a wide range of research questions on fine‐scale changes in European vegetation. The initiative is devoted to an inclusive and transparent governance and data usage approach, based on slightly adapted rules of the well‐established European Vegetation Archive (EVA). ReSurveyEurope data are ready for use, and proposals for analyses of the data set can be submitted at any time to the coordinators. Still, further data contributions are highly welcome.</jats:sec

Heretical Movements of Early Christianity

Na príkladu stežejních predstavitelu rane krestanských herezí bylo poukázáno na jejich obsahovou propojenost s posléze vítezným smerem reprezentovaným (proto)katolickou církví, byly predstaveny jejich stycné plochy i spolecné body, stejne tak jako stránky odvrácené a vedoucí k veroucným sporum, které církev formovaly. Predstaveny byly zpusoby, kterými odlišné názory na osobu a cinnosti Ježíše pomáhaly ustanovit církevní dogmata i kánon, i jejich popis, který ukazuje ruznost pohledu na zvest o Spasiteli. Nazírání na Ježíš jako na Krista se lišilo v závislosti na kulturním a spolecenském prostredí recipienta a to nejen v proudu heretickém, ale i katolickém, a tak jsme svedky mnoha ruzných výkladu, které dosahovaly i cisté protikladnosti. Bylo tedy poukázáno na významový potenciál výkladu cinnosti Ježíše v prehledné a shrnující forme
