Az egyházi felsőktatási intézmények érték és normaközvetítése = Delivery of values and norms at Denominational Universities

A felekezeti középiskolákban érettségizettek jobb eredményt értek el, többen vannak a Pázmányos hallgatók körében. Az egyetemválasztás motivációiként a Pázmányosok a szellemiséget emelték ki a szakmai színvonal, megszerezhető tudás mellett, a másik két egyetemen a szakmai tudást és színvonalat. A döntésben szerepet kapó közösségi, integráló szempontok és szakmai szempontok nagyjából azonos súllyal kerültek említésre. A saját egyetem megítélése kérdésében a Pázmányosok a legelégedettebbek egyetemükkel, a pécsi hallgatók a legszigorúbbak, illetve legkevésbé elégedettek. Leginkább a Pázmányosok találkoztak az egyetemen elvárásokkal: a tanulmányi téren, a keresztény értékek, ismeretek terén. A politikai gondolkodás terén elvárás a pécsi egyetemen és a Pázmányon került említésre és az utóbbin többször. A Pázmányosok jellemzőnek tartották egyetemükre, hogy az katolikus, hogy vallásos, és csak kevesen gondolták, hogy tudás-, teljesítményközpontú. A debreceni és a pécsi egyetemet inkább látják a hallgatóik tudás- és teljesítményközpontúnak, modernek, haladónak, ugyanakkor sokkal inkább intoleránsnak, vagy éppen negatívnak. A korunk erkölcsi kérdései közül jó néhány tekintetében mint például a drogfogyasztás a Pázmányos hallgatók megengedőbbek, mint a másik két egyetem hallgatói. Ugyanakkor, a hagyományosabbnak mondható kérdésekben – elsősorban a nemi erkölcs terén, abortuszt végeztetni, aktív eutanáziát, öngyilkosságot végrehajtani – kevésbé megengedők mint a többiek. | Those who matured in denominational secondary schools reached better scores at the secondary schools and at the universities as well. The motivation of choosing university was at Pázmány the mentality, right after the knowledge and level of education. At the two other universities only the knowledge and the level of education were most important. In the decision the guidelines of community life, integration and scientific dimension took place at the same time and almost on the same level. The students are satisfied with their university at Pazmany, but at University of Pecs, students are mostly unsatisfied. At Pazmany there are more expectation towards students on studies, and Christian knowledge and values. On political thoughts level there is a bigger expectation at Pazmany , but it is also high at University of Pecs. The most centered on study, and achievement are the universities at Pecs and Debrecen –as the students see it – they are modern but more intolerant. In the recent questions of moral fields the students at Pazmany are more tolerant as at the other two universities

Ingold-féle gombák diverzitása vízi és szárazföldi ökoszisztémákban = Diversity of Ingoldian fungi in aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems

25 esővízmintából 62 faj konidiumát mutattuk ki. A fajok jelentős része un. staurosporás hyphomyceta, kisebb részben pedig sigmoid konidiumú faj. Figyelemre méltó volt a Dwayaangam és Trinacrium nemzetségbe tartozó fajok nagy száma és formagazdagsága. Az azonosított fajok mellett bőven kerültek elő ismeretlen fajok konidiumai is. Elkészítettük egy új gombanemzetség leírását patakvízból gyűjtött faanyagról. A Hyalocamposporium nemzetségbe olyan fajok tartoznak, amelyek a konidiumok alakját és képződését tekintve hasonlítanak a Camposporium nemzetségbe tartozó fajokhoz, de azoktól különböznek színtelen konidiumtartóik és konidiumaik alapján. Ebbe a nemzetségbe 2 új fajt írtunk le és 2 új névkombinációt javasoltunk. Elkészítettük egy másik új gombanemzetség leírását is. A Tulipospora néven leírt nemzetség típusfajának konidiumait évek óta ismertük patakokból gyűjtött habmintákból és a nemzetközi irodalomban is több mint 50 évvel ezelőtt közöltek róla először adatot Triscelophorus sp. néven. Fejlődését eddig nem vizsgálták. Három börzsöny-hegységi patakból gyűjtöttünk olyan fa mintákat, melyeken nagy mennyiségben sporulált a gomba. Megállapítottuk, hogy bár a konidiumok hasonlítanak a Triscelophorus nemzetségbe tartozó fajok konidiumaira, de a konidiumképződés és a konidiumok szerkezete jelentősen különbözik. Az Anguillospora longissima "gyűjtőfajon" belül 'longissima' és 'rostrata' típusokat jellemeztünk és a két típust tiszta kultúrában is elkülönítettük. | Stauro- and scolecoconidia of 62 species comparable to those of aquatic hyphomycetes were recorded in rainwater from living trees. Stauroconidia occurred in much greater numbers than scolecoconidia. A rich variety of conidia of Dwayaangam and Trinacrium species were observed. A great number of unknown kinds of conidia were also found. Some of these forms had formerly been recorded in stream water or foam. A new genus, Hyalocamposporium was introduced to accommodate hyphomycetes whose characteristics were close to those of Camposporium, but differed in the lack of pigmentation of conidiophores and conidia. H. longiflagellatum and H. acutum were described. Two new combinations were also proposed. Tulipospora ingoldii gen. et sp. nov. was described from wood. It produces hyaline, multiseptate conidia consisting of a main axis and three or four arcuate branches inserted near its base. Conidia resemble those of Triscelophorus, but differ in their conidial structure and in their ontogeny. Isolations from the cylindrical, long conidia of Anguillospora longissima ('longissima') and the short, wide, rostrate conidia ('rostrate') yielded different cultures. The 'longissima' strain produced exclusively thin, 'longissima' conidia. In one of the 'rostrate' strains mostly 'rostrate' conidia developed. The other 'rostrate' strain produced somewhat longer and thinner conidia. All of the conidia in both 'rostrate' strains could be distinguished by their different degrees in taper

Import 05/08/2014Diplomová práce se zabývá průzkumem logistických možností exportu zboží na nové trhy ve firmě Mega-Impex s.r.o. V úvodu práce je rozebíráno jak realizovat logistické procesy. Dále je rozebírána dokumentace potřebná k mezinárodnímu obchodu. Jsou podrobně rozebírány doložky Incoterms® 2010. Je také navržena správna přeprava prodávaného zboží a destinace určení dodání zboží. Poté je podrobně rozebrán dopad doložek Incoterms® 2010 na finanční náklady. Výsledkem je řešení, které by mělo firmě pomoci docílit nízko nákladové expanze na nové trhy.This thesis deals with the survey of logistical ability to export goods to new markets in the company Mega-Impex Ltd. The introduction includes a description of how to realize logistical processes. Next is analyzed documentation required for international trade. Following this are in detail discussed clauses Incoterms ® 2010. Also it is suggested correct transport of goods sold and determined the destination of delivery. After that is detailed analysis of the impact of Incoterms ® 2010 on financial costs. Új adatkönyvtár készítése hideg neutronos prompt gamma aktivációs analízishez = New data library for prompt gamma activation analysis with cold neutrons

A kutatás célja a prompt gamma aktivációs analízis korábban kifejlesztett adatkönyvtárának pontosítása volt. Ehhez felújítottuk a mintaelőkészítő laboratóriumunkat, nagy tisztaságú új vegyszereket vásároltuk (egy másik pályázat keretében) felújítottuk a mérőrendszerünket. Az új berendezésen nagyobb neutron-fluxus mellett nagyobb hatásfokkal, ugyanakkor kisebb mintatömegeket alkalmazva újramértük az egyes elemek parciális gammakeltési hatáskeresztmetszeteit és meghatároztuk a karakterisztikus vonalak energiáit. A legfontosabb (elsősorban a könnyű elemek) esetében nagy felbontású detektorral is végeztünk méréseket a korábban feloldhatatlan spektrális átfedések felbontása céljából. E mérésekkel párhuzamosan bomlási gamma-csúcsok hatáskeresztmetszetét is meghatároztuk. A spektrumokat kiértékeltük. Az új adatokat folyamatosan visszük be az adatbázisokba. Az adatkönyvtár revízióját számos módszertani fejlesztésünk is segíti. Új kalibráló standard adatokat határoztunk meg, kidolgoztuk a hibaszámítás módszereit a standardizáláshoz és az összetétel meghatározásához, továbbfejlesztettük az összetétel számító programot. Mindezek egyre pontosabb és megbízhatóbb kémiai analízist tesznek lehetővé ezzel is segítve a berendezésünknél folyó kutatómunkát. | The objectives of this project were to improve the earlier version of the spectroscopic data library used in prompt gamma activation analysis. For this purpose our sample preparation laboratory was renovated, a collection of new chemical compounds was purchased and the PGAA system was also upgraded. The increased neutron flux and the higher counting efficiency made possible measurements of higher accuracy. Smaller sample masses could be used, which made several corrections unnecessary, further improving the reliability of our results. Spectroscopic data for the important characteristic lines were determined. A high-resolution germanium detector was also used to resolve multiplets, which proved to be too complicated when acquired with the standard germanium detector of the PGAA facility. A series of short-lived nuclides were also measured, and their cross-sections were accurately determined. The spectra have been evaluated. The results are being uploaded in the spectroscopic database. Our methodological developments help the revision of the data library: new calibration data were determined to improve the method of the efficiency calculation, a new method for the determination of the uncertainties was also developed. The software used for the determination of the chemical composition was also developed. These efforts make the chemical analyses and the research, performed at our facility, more reliable
