Perancangan Sistem Informasi Ketertelusuran Berbasis Web Untuk Industri Oleofood
A systematic literature review on the benefit-drivers of RFID implementation in supply chains and its impact on organizational competitive advantage
Application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in managing supply chains has witnessed significant interest in recent years. However, the current understanding of the potential benefits that act as the motivating factors/drivers in implementing RFID technology (benefit-drivers), its link to competitive advantage, is fragmented and scattered across the literature. This formed the motivation of this study which seeks to address this gap in the literature through a systematic literature review. Based on a rigorous screening of the literature (2006–2018), the study develops a comprehensive understanding of the various 1) corporate-driven
and 2) customer-driven benefit-drivers from RFID implementation. The “2 C” categorization of benefit-drivers is novel and should provide more impetus for practitioners to leverage from RFID implementation. Further, the link between the benefit-drivers and competitive advantage is understood and proposed in the form of a conceptual framework. Finally, avenues for future research are highlighted. The study findings and the framework provide a good starting point for academics and practitioners to further explore the opportunities in supply chain afforded by RFID
Digitalization of Supply Chain and Its Impact on Cost, Firm Performance, and Resilience: Technology Turbulence and Top Management Commitment as Moderator
This article determines the impact of supply chain digitalization (SCD) on firm performance and resilience. We also investigate the moderating role of technology turbulence (TT) and top management commitment (MC). A theoretical model is developed from the inputs from literature review and resource-based view, dynamic capability view, and absorptive capacity theories. The theoretical model is then validated using structural equation modeling with consideration of 712 usable responses from different service and manufacturing firms. Multigroup analysis was also conducted to investigate the moderating role of TT and top MC. The article finds that SCD has a significant impact on the cost performance of the firms, which in turn impacts significantly and positively on firm performance, mediated through operational performance of the firms. The article also highlights that there is a considerable moderating impact of TT and top MC on the digitalization of the supply chain management process
Digital Transformation Through the Lens of Digital Data Handling: An Exploratory Analysis of Agri-Food SMEs
This study aims to explore digital transformation and the level of sophistication in the digital data handling strategy by agri-food small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). By developing an exploratory multiple-case study that involves fourteen food processing SMEs, this paper identifies a data processing flow made up of the following phases: data generation, data acquisition, data storage, data analysis, and data exploitation. In addition, it shows how data processing flow may occur in a number of ways, thereby classifying the agri-food SMEs’ digital transformation as paper master, digital wannabe, and digital champion. Hence, the article contributes to providing the conceptualization of a data processing flow, which includes the progressive stages in data management identified across firms by proposing a data handling strategy framework. Such a framework offers a snapshot of firms at various levels of digitization in their handling of various kinds of data, thus clarifying how the strategies of data processing flow occur

subministrament agroalimentàries de cicle tancat i sostenibles.
[EN] In the last few years some studies releted to sustainability in supply chain mangement have
been developed. Besides that, a truly sustainable environmental management should include
not only the environmental management of the direct logistics of product delivery to the end
customer but also the environmental management of reverse logistics by forming closed loop
supply chains.
This paper aims to analyze the state of the art of the management of agro-food supply chains
of closed and sustainable cycle. Through the study of the existing literature, information is
structured according to the closed loop or sustainability, and the cases in which it is treated
together are identified. Finally, another issue addressed is the performance of agri-food
supply chains and how this relates to the closed loop and sustainability.
Context: Changes in consumers’ eating interests have made the access to information related to specific products relevant, where food supply chain traceability (FSCT) has acquired a significant importance.
Method: In order to identify the main issues and challenges in traceability systems and FSCT modeling, a systematic literature review was conducted, in which 84 articles were analyzed, and different taxonomies were presented for management, optimization, and simulation models. Then, a discussion was carried out about the challenges and future issues in FSCT modeling.
Results: Limitations were identified in the types of decisions analyzed (tactical and operational), as well as an asymmetric flow of information between links, a lack of robust models, the relevance of information management as an integration tool, gaps in the measurement of technological management policies regarding traceability, the need for holistic models, and gaps in the relationship between traceability and sustainability.
Conclusions: It is necessary to develop models based on technology management, as well as traceability systems that facilitate relations and flows between the different actors, the development of sustainable logistics management models involving traceability, the use of multi-criteria approaches relating multiple links, and quantifying different performance measurements in FSC to maximize the benefits of traceability by means of multi-objective models.

The role of digital technologies in supply chain resilience for emerging markets' automotive sector
Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of digital supply chain (DSC) technologies in automotive supply chain resilience (SCR) practices to improve the supply chain performance (SC-Perf.) objectives of companies operating in the automotive industry. This study also compares the results of the associated SC-Perf objectives before and after the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak lockdown situation.
Design/methodology/approach: We undertook in-depth empirical research using a questionnaire survey to explore the performance of automotive supply chains. Our sample consisted of practitioners from supply chain entities such as automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), Tier-component manufacturers, and lead logistics providers in Asia-Pacific (AP) emerging markets. Research questions, framework, and hypotheses were developed using the literature review.
Findings: The research outcome from analysis of the data we collected from an emerging market context, specifically the automotive sector, emphasizes the role of DSC technologies and encourages the firm’s SCR practices which, in turn, supports the SC-Perf objectives. The DSC technologies competency moderates the SCR and SC-Perf objectives relation, and the moderation effect is higher for post-COVID19 pandemic outbreak lockdown situation than at prior state.
Research limitations/implications: The scope of the study is restricted to the automotive firms in the AP region. The data were collected from a representative sample of the population through a questionnaire survey. The small size of the sample incurs a certain level of subjectivity.
Practical implications: This research provides practical insights for practitioners and academicians on DSC technologies’ influence in SCR practices to improve the firm’s SC-Perf. This research shares the literature insights on use of DSC technologies across the sector to allow the automotive firm to reassess the existing operational practices.
Originality/value: The paper adds insights on introducing or implementing DSC technologies across AP automotive firms to increase the operations’ performance by improving SCR practices and sustainability
