Work-Family Conflict and Job Satisfaction: the Mediating Role of Person-Organization Fit Study on Employees of the BRI Aceh Region

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of person–organizationfit (P-O fit) on work–family conflict (WFC) and job satisfaction (JS) relationships atBank Rakyat Indonesia, Aceh Regional in Banda Aceh. The sample includes 127employees, those who have worked more than two years. The data are collectedvia questionnaire. The equipment of data analysis is structural equation modeling(SEM), which proceeds using analysis of moment structure (AMOS). The results ofthe study show the varible P-O fit role as a mediator variable in the relationshipof WFC and job satisfaction. WFC does not have a direct effect on job satisfaction.&nbsp

Penerapan Metode Muraja’ah Dalam Pembelajaran Tahfizhul Qur’an Di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur’an Imam Syafi’i Kota Bitung

Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kegelisahan sebagian kaum muslimin di Kota Bitung, lebih khusus dari beberapa ikhwah yang sering melakukan kajian-kajian Islam di beberapa Masjid di Kota Bitung. Mereka melihat situasi masyarakat khususnya kaum muslimin, belum terlalu akrab dengan al-Qur’an, dan belum memiliki ghiroh/kemauan yang besar untuk mendekatkan diri dengan al-Qur’an, sehingga dalam aplikasi kehidupan keseharian mereka masih sangat jauh dari amalan-amalan al-Qur’an, bahkan sebagian imam-imam Masjid yang ada di Kota Bitung, bacaan al-Qur’an mereka masih harus banyak ditingkatkan. Melihat kondisi ini, para ikhwah berinisiatif untuk mendirikan pondok pesantren Tahfizhul Qur’an, yang mereka beri nama Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur’an Imam Syafi’i. Dalam pembelajaran Tahfizhul Qur’an, pondok pesantren ini menerapkan metode muraja’ah. Abstract : The study is motivated by the anxiety most of the Muslims in Bitung, more specifically of some brothers who often perform Islam tasks in several mosques in Bitung. They see the situation of society, especially the Muslims, are not too familiar with al-Qur’an, and do not yet have ghiroh / willingness that great to juxtapose themselves with al-Qur'an, so that the application life every day they are still very far from the deeds of al-Qur’an, even most priests mosque there in the city of Bitung, reading al-Qur’an they still have much to improve. Seeing this condition, the brothers took the initiative to establish an Islamic boarding school for the Tahfizhul Qur'an, which they named the Imam Syafi'i Islamic Boarding School for the Tahfizhul Qur'an. In learning tahfizhul Qur'an, cottage boarding is applying the method muraja'ah.Kata Kunci :  Al-Qur’an, Tahfizhul Qur’an, Muraja’ah, Pondok Pesantren.  

Makna Kalimat Imperatif dalam Bahasa Arab dan Bahasa Indonesia (Kajian Kontrastif)

Bahasa berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi manusia dan memiliki peranan yang penting didalam kehidupan. Dalam hal ini penulis menaruh perhatian untuk membandingkan bAdan bI. Yakni makna kalimat imperatif Bahasa Arab dan Bahasa Indonesia yakni suatukajian kontrastif. Kajian kontrastif berorientasi untuk mencari persamaan dan perbedaanantara bA dan bI Pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apa makna kalimat imperatifBahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia dan apakah persamaan dan perbedaan makna kalimatImperatif bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatankualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data penelitian ini adalah seluruh kalimatimperatif bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia yang dituturkan oleh 4 orang dosen ProgramKhusus Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Metode simak libat cakap danmetode simak bebas libat cakap dengan teknik rekam, catat dan teknik wawancaramerupakan metode dan teknik penyediaan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.Metode dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodepadan dengan alat penentunya langue lain dengan teknik hubung banding menyamakan,dan teknik hubung banding membedakan. Dalam menyajikan hasil penelitian, penulismenggunakan metode informal dan formal. Penlis menemukan persamaan makna kalimatimperatif bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia yaitu: Kalimat imperatif bahasa Arab danbahasa Indonesia sama-sama memiliki makna pilihan. Perbedaan makna kalimatimperatif bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia, yaitu: makna larangan terdapat dalambahasa Indonesia, sedangkan dalam bahasa Arab tidak terdapat makna larangan

A product formula for certain Littlewood-Richardson coefficients for Jack and Macdonald polynomials

Jack polynomials generalize several classical families of symmetric polynomials, including Schur polynomials, and are further generalized by Macdonald polynomials. In 1989, Richard Stanley conjectured that if the Littlewood-Richardson coefficient for a triple of Schur polynomials is 1, then the corresponding coefficient for Jack polynomials can be expressed as a product of weighted hooks of the Young diagrams associated to the partitions indexing the coefficient. We prove a special case of this conjecture in which the partitions indexing the Littlewood-Richardson coefficient have at most 3 parts. We also show that this result extends to Macdonald polynomials.Comment: 30 page

Perbaikan Strain Jamur Tiram dengan Teknik Fusi Kultur Spora Tunggal Jamur Tiram Putih dan Jamur Tiram Kelabu

Jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) dan jamur tiram abu-abu (P. pulmonarius) termasuk dalam famili Pleurotacea yang belum dapat mencapai hasil yang optimal. Selain itu sporophora jamur ini mudah rusak (perishable) sehingga menyukarkan proses pemanenan dan selama pengangkutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas benih jamur tiram melalui teknik fusi antara kultur spora tunggal isolat jamur tiram putih dan jamur tiram abu-abu. Koleksi isolasi spora tunggal yang berasal dari sporophora dewasa dari jamur tiram putih dan jamur tiram kelabu yang ditumbuhkan pada media agar dalam memperoleh kultur monokarion. Untuk memastikan isolasi kultur monokarion pada hifanya tidak terdapat koneksi penjepit (clamp connection). Masing-masing kultur monokaryon yang berasal dari kedua tetua  diuji kompatibilitasnya dengan cara meletakkan miselia plug dengan bantuan cob borer berdiameter 0.7 cm yang diletakkan secara berjajar  pada bagian tengah cawan petri yang berisi media PDA (potato dextrose agar). Keberhasilan peleburan dua jenis kultur monokaryon yang kompatibel ditunjukkan dengan adanya clamp connection pada zona pertemuan dua misela (junction zone) yang tampak terintegrasi secara merata, sedangkan penyatuan monokaryon kultur yang incompatibel ditandai dengan ketiadaan clamp connection dan tidak akan menghasilkan tubuh buah jamur jika dibudidayakan. Dikaryon baru hasil persilangan disubkulturkan dan dibudidayakan untuk mendapatkan sporophora jamur baru. Miselia jamur hasil persilangan memiliki kecepatan tumbuh memenuhi media baglog lebih tinggi dari miselia kedua tetuanya. Kecepatan tumbuh dan ketebalan miselia merupakan karakteristik yang akan dipilih sebagai tanda dalam seleksi benih unggul jamur tiram

PENILAIAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MEMBUAT BAHAN AJAR DI SDN 005 KOTO SENTAJO

Teaching materials are one of the most important parts of the learning process and also prove that the teacher is professional or not, the nature of teaching materials is to provide convenience when conducting learning. This research is a school action research using descriptive quantitative research methods which in the results of this study are explained using numbers in the presentation. Place in SDN 005 Koto Sentajo Sentajo Raya Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi Regency with a total sample of 10 teachers. The results of this study will discuss three aspects of assessment in teaching materials, the first in the aspect of content feasibility illustrates that in the appropriate category there are 6 teachers with a percentage of 60%, and the category is very feasible with a total of 4 teachers with a percentage of 40%. in the second aspect the assessment of linguistic aspects in the feasible category with the percentage of 50%, and the very decent category 50%. in the third aspect, the evaluation of the presentation aspects in the category is feasible with a percentage of 20%, and in the very feasible category of 80%. Then it can be concluded that the teacher's ability to make teaching materials is good, and the making of teaching materials is appropriate for use in the learning process

The Effect of WebQuest on the Students Reading Comprehension

ABSTRACT This research is conducted to find out the use of WebQuest enhance the reading comprehension of the second grade students of SMKN 1 Tapalang and the students’ interest in learning reading comprehension using WebQuest This research employed a quasi-experimental. The population of this research was 100 students of the second grade of SMKN 1 Tapalang. This research employed cluster random sampling technique. The sample consisted of 50 students which belong to two classes; 25 students in experimental class and 25 students in control class. Research instruments were used to collect the data in this research namely reading comprehension test and questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using Independent Samples Test and inferential statistics on SPSS version 20.0. The research showed that there was an improvement of the students’ achievement in pretest and posttest of the two groups, the experimental class was more significantly improved than the students’ result of posttest of the control by the mean score 80.23 > 76.40. The difference of both scores was statistically significant based on the t-test value of significant level 0.05 in which the probability value is lower than the significant level (0.000<0.05). The mean score of the students’ interest in experimental class was 65.14 with standard deviation is 9.078 and it was categorized as interested. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of WebQuest enhanced the students’ achievement in reading comprehension and interested the students in learning reading comprehension.
