    The purpose of this research to examine the influence of authoritarian leadership style on loyalty through job satisfaction and job stress. Respondents in this study are 77 employees of “X” bureau where the data comes from questionnaire which has shared to 96 employees company “X”. Data is taken from questionnaires which were distributed to the employees randomly and successfully collected 80 questionnaires, next in this research used 77 questionnaires appropriate sample needed. The analysis applied Smart Partial Least Square 2.0 (smarPLS 2.0). The results showed that authoritarian leadership style has neither significant positive effect on loyalty. Authoritarian leadership style also has no significant negative effect on loyalty through the job satisfaction, and authoritarian leadership style has no significant negative effect on loyalty through the job stress.     The purpose of this research to examine the influence of organizational culture and authoritarian leadership style on loyalty through job satisfaction and job stress. Respondents in this study are 82 empolyees of  “X” bureau in Kediri. Data is taken from questionnaires which were distributed to the employees randomly. The analysis applied Smart Partial Least Square 2.0 (smarPLS 2.0). The results showed that organizational culture has neither significant positive effect nor the negative on loyalty through job satisfaction. Organizational culture also has no significant negative effect on loyalty through the job stress, while authoritarian leadership style has a significant positive effect on loyalty. Authoritarian leadership style has no significant negative effect on loyalty through job satisfaction, and authoritarian leadership style has no significant negative effect on loyalty through the job stress

    Income smoothing is a general phenomenon that is quotated for variability to reduce the income reported to reduce market risks for regulatory shares. The income of this smoothing action has been considered a logical and rational action, but can harm other parties. This research is a queue to meet the role of independent commissioners in moderating the relationship of company size, profitability and financial leverage to the practice of profit in manufacturing companies that are registered with the Stock Exchange Exchange. The population of manufacturing companies registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021, Number of Research Samples 330. This research is the logistics regression examination method, SPSS Software. Income income is measured using the Eckel index. The independent variables in this study are the size of the company (LN Total sales), profitability (ROE), liquidity (debt of total assets), and independent commissioners as moderation variables. The results showed that the measurement of the careless had a significant negative effect while leverage had a significant positive effect but profitability had no effect on income income. Commissioners strengthen strengthening the relationship of company size tangkapan income smoothing and commissioners weaken the independent relationship of leverage income income income income. However, independent commissioners cannot moderate the profession of professional income. Large regulations will be more careful and have the courage to unkul in the risk of making reports that tend not to practice income income.     Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) diharapkan dapat menggerakkan roda perekonomian masyarakat desa maupun pendapatan pemerintah desa. BUMDes menjawab permasalahan  yang dihadapi oleh UMKM desa Lemujut. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh BUMDes adalah adanya Kerjasama atau kolaborasi antara BUMDes dengan UMKM. Bumdes menawarkan untuk membantu UMKM dalam kelayakan bisnis UMKM. Dari permasalahan UMKM tersebut besar potensi untuk BUMDes bisa meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM Desa lemujut. Metode yang dilakukan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang secara aktif melibatkan masyarakat Desa Lemujut melalui BUMDes Lemujut Sejahtera dalam melakukan kajian suatu tindakan yang sedang berlangsung untuk melakukan suatu perubahan menuju arah yang lebih baik dengan landasan dari rakyat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah ketersedian dari UMKM untuk melakukan sinergiritas dengan BUMDes dan Pemahaman UMKM mengenai Kelayakan bisnis. Kata kunci— UMKM, BUMDes, Kelayakan Bisnis Abstract Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) are expected to drive the economy of the village community as well as village government revenues. BUMDes answers the problems faced by Lemujut village MSMEs. The solution offered by BUMDes is cooperation or collaboration between BUMDes and MSMEs. BUMDes offers to assist MSMEs in the feasibility of MSMEs businesses. From these MSMEs problems, there is great potential for BUMDes to increase the capacity of Lemujut Village MSMEs. The method used in this community service program is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which actively involves the Lemujut Village community through BUMDes Lemujut Sejahtera in conducting a study of an ongoing action to make a change towards a better direction with the foundation of the people.     The development of technology and the ease of use of online-based services have given rise to various forms of breakthroughs in the field of new technology in society. This study aims to determine whether cashback promotions can shape customer engagement in the social customer relationship management network on Gopay, OVO, and LinkAja on Twitter. The data used in this study is secondary data, which is tweets containing interactions between Twitter users regarding three fintechs in Indonesia, namely Gopay, OVO, and LinkAja. The total tweet data in all e-wallets is 3,603 from 2018-2022. Data analysis used by researchers uses the social network analysis method by calculating and comparing the network properties of cashback promotional content for the three research objects from 2018-2020 and 2020-2022. The results show that cashback promotional content on the Gopay e-wallet in 2020-2022 has better network property performance to form more optimal customer engagement

    This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, online customer reviews and customer ratings on purchasing decisions for beauty products on Tiktok. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the accidental sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the Smart-PLS version 4.0 program. The results of this study indicate that Product quality influences the decision to purchase Somethink products. Online Customer Reviews have an effect on the decision to purchase Somethink products.     This research was conducted to determine the influence of lifestyle, brand awareness, and social media marketing on Le Minerale purchasing decisions. The main problem in this research is that the Top Brand Index value of the Erigo brand is ranked third, with many competitors. This research uses a quantitative method, descriptive research type and uses a random sampling method with a sample size of 96 respondents. This research uses data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS statistical tools. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out and described, it can be concluded that lifestyle, brand awareness and social media marketing influence the decision to purchase Erigo Lbrnd.     This research is a type of quantitative research. Collecting primary research data was carried out through a questionnaire which was filled out online using Google From and distributed with a questionnaire link via various social media. The sampling technique uses a non-probability method. The sampling technique used is non-probability, using the accidental sampling method. To measure the number of samples, considering that the population in the study is not known with certainty, the Cochran Formula is used. In calculations using the Cochran formula, the result was 96.04, so the minimum sample size was 96 samples from consumers who had purchased Mixue Prigen. The analytical tools used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, R test, R2 test using the SPSS version 22 application program. The results of this research prove that People have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Price perception has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Physical Evidence has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.     E-learning is a learning media that is being used in various universities, although it is not used 100% because some still use face to face. Because it is still new, e-learning needs to be evaluated to make it even better. The purpose of this study is to evaluate e-learning to find out how much the method can be accepted by students. The tool we use to evaluate is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that students still prefer face-to-face methods rather than e-learning because face-to-face material is more easily absorbed and interactions with lecturers are more interwoven than using e-learning. But e-learning has the advantage of being more flexible than face-to-face, and gathering tasks are easier with e-learning

    This study focuses on the comparison between e-learning methods and conventional method (face-to-face) to find out the weaknesses and strengths of e-learning applied at Muhammadiyah University in Sidoarjo. E-Learning used in this study is Edmodo. The research method in this study used Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling which is taken proportionally for each cluster. Based on the results of the study it was found that the conventional method (face to face) is still considered better by students than e-learning because it is easier to understand the material and easier to interact with the teacher. However, e-learning itself also has advantages compared to conventional, namely in terms of flexibility in lecture time and ease of collecting assignment
