Tingkat Kepercayaan Masyarakat terhadap Transparansi Keuangan dalam E Government Kota Bandung

The Indonesian government is currently trying to implement e government in every gov- ernment organization. E government is a system based on technology and information that aims to improve the functions of public administration and relations with the commu- nity. With the e-government, it is expected to create information transparency, especially financial information. A transparent system can prevent misuse of the budget, which has a high level of corruption. The survey results at the global level indicate that corruption cases have caused mistrust of the government. This study aims to determine the level of public trust in financial transparency in e government. The research method used was a descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to 200 Bandung residents. The results of the study indicate that financial transparency in e government has an effect on public trust

Analisis Pengaruh Word Of Mouth, Brand Awareness Dan Region Of Origin Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Di Warung Lesehan Bebek Goreng Asli Gunung Kidul

This research do the analyzes afterwords several factors that can affect purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul. The research objectives will be achieved from this study: (1) to find out the effect of word of mouth, brand awareness and region of origin partially and simultaneously as well as the most dominant factors on purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul. The population in this study were 34.,322 people in Purwomartani village. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling as many as 100 samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method. The results of the study are as follows: (1) factors consisting of Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Region Of Origin simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul, (2) all factors consisting of Word Of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Region Of Origin partially have a significant influence on purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul, (3) factors that have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul are regions of origin

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Cabang Baubau

The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of service quality to satisfaction at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Branch Baubau. With the initial hypothesis that the quality of service affect the satisfaction. With a sample size of 39 people using a simple regression analysis and then descriptive. Based on analysis of research results and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that the quality of service is very influential on satisfaction at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Branch Baubau. This can be seen from the regression equation Y = 5.833 + 0.686 X This shows that if there is a change in service quality dimension of I unit, it will cause changes to the satisfaction of 68.6%. Quality of service influence on satisfaction can be seen from the significance value t on a simple regression analysis that sig t = 0.00 <a = 0.05. The value of correlation coefficient (R) of 0.809 can be interpreted that the correlation relationship between service quality independent variable (X) to satisfaction (Y) is positive

Analisis Preferensi Konsumen Muda terhadap Iphone di Kota Bandung

This research aims to determine theconsumer preferences on iPhone’s attributes in Bandung 2015. Researcher used five attributes which are: durability, operating system, screen size, camera, and RAM. Research method used in this study is a descriptive method, by using nonprobability sampling techniquewith a sample of 387 respondents. This paperusing conjoint analysis for smartphone users which are interested usingiPhone in Bandung to find the most wanted iPhone preference by consumers. The results indicate that all respondents generally making durability attributes as the main preference in choosing an iPhone. Based on the conjoint analysis it can be seen thatiPhone that consumers want is more than five years durability, iOS 8 for its operating system, 5.5 inches for its screen size, two gigabytes RAM capacity, and 12 megapixels of camera resolution

Tourism has an influence on social, economic and environmental life for the people of the tourism area, both from positive and negative sessions, from the economic sector, there are a lot of jobs that arise starting from the provision of accommodation services, restaurants, tourism services, to souvenir businesses. This development will also have an impact on State and Regional revenues from the tax sector. Priono (2011), on the other hand, also changes in social society and the environmentThe purpose of this study is to determine social, economic and environmental develop- ment of tourism objects. And examine social, economic and environmental development of tourist objectsThis type of research survives with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using in-depth interviews or in-depth interviews with informants including residents around the area, tourism and tourist managers and key informants include community leaders, youth organizations. Data analysis techniques used data triangulation and the Miless Hubermen method.The results of the study show that: 1) the development of Delta Fishing tourism objects from social, economic and environmental studies on the area of tourism objects in gen- eral has a positive impact. 2). Social studies have shifted more openly to migrants. 3). An economic study shows medium business opportunities and provides economic activities such as food, rice stalls, parking lots. 4). Environmental studies have a negative impact on the environment due to tourist activities close to villages and access to village roads that cause pollution and are in the rice fields

Determinants and Consequences of Extended Disclosure under Concentrated Ownership Environment: The Indonesian Evidence

This study is aimed at providing evidence in regard with (1) the economic consequences of quality of extended disclosure and (2) the influence of ownership and director char- acteristics on the quality of extended disclosure. Using 260 firm years of the Indonesian firms, this study finds that the increase of disclosure quality is found to have a positive correlation with the increase of share price five (5) days after the announcement date of financial reports and the increase of Return of Assets (ROA). In regard with ownership and director characteristics, this study finds that government ownership and size of board have a positive relationship with disclosure quality; while management and block-holder ownership are not relevant in increasing disclosure quality. It is also found that individual characteristics of director which are independence and financial expertise/background do not have any relationship with the quality of extended disclosure. From the study, it can be concluded that extended disclosure is an effective tool to increase the financial performances of a firm under a concentrated ownership environment such as in Indone- sia. Government and board directors are two players who induce firms to increase trans- parency through voluntarily disclosure

Banking is a financial institution that exists in Indonesia which has an important role for the sustainability of the Indonesian economy. Economic growth must be directed at increasing people's incomes and overcoming economic inequality with social inequality. Economic growth in order to increase people's income, needs to be given attention to efforts to foster and protect small and traditional businesses and weak economic groups. Credit distribution is an important part of helping the economy and this is one of the tasks of the BPR. The Case Study conducted at BPR Panggung Perkasa Trenggalek, moreover their focus is on Small and Medium Enterprises. Analisis Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margins (NPM), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Earning Per Share (EPS)

The purpose of this study is to influence of Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) to Earning Per Share (EPS) are partially and simultaneously. The research methode is Quantitative with sample research methods are food and beverage manufacturing companies period 2012 to 2016 with a total of 12 companies. Data from the IDX Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo or from the official website of the IDX. Data collection is carried out by tracking financial statements, annual reports (annual reports) and continuous reports or social information of the companies selected as samples. The results showed that simultaneously (Test F) Return on Equity, Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio, is significant effect on the company's Earning Per Share. Partially (t test) the variable Current Ratio (CR) has a negative effect on Earning Per Share. While the variable Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) is not  Significant effect on Earning Per Share

Pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi Kerja, Kompetensi Karyawan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Promosi Jabatan pada Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional Nurul Hayat Surabaya

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Performance, Employee Competence and Experience Work Campaign Against Occupation At the Institute National Zakat Nurul Hayat Surabaya. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of the ratio and difference test by using multiple linear regression analysis. The calculation result of F test performed with SPSS version 17 above , the F value calculated at 140 376 . So that the calculated F value is greater than the F table is 2,53 significance value obtained was 0,000 , so the significance value is less than the value of α is 0.05 . Because ( F count> F table = ( 140 376 > 2.53 ) and ( sig < α = 0.000 < 0.05 ) . So there is a significant influence variables Job Performance , Employee Competence and Experience Work Campaign Against the Occupation . Based on the results of T test showed that the variables affect the Job Performance Job Promotion, Promotion influential Variable Position Employee Competence , Work Experience Further variables affect the Promotion Department.

Pengaruh Tingkat Kesejahteraan Karyawan, Komunikasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan di SMK 1 Islam Taruna Krembung Sidoarjo

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the variable level of welfare, communication, and work environment had on the work morale of teachers and employees of SMK 1 ISLAM TARUNA KREMBUNG-SIDOARJO simultaneously. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a sample of 34 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study based on the F test show that the level of welfare, communication, and work environment together influence the work morale of teachers and employees. While based on the t test, the variable level of welfare and work environment does not significantly influence work morale. While communication has a significant effect and has the largest t-count compared to the other variables
