Pengaruh Teknik Kombinasi Hidroterapi Rendam Hangat dan Terapi Relaksasi Benson terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah pada Pasien Hipertensi di Puskesmas Maek Kecamatan Bukik Barisan

World Health Organization (WHO) in 2011, as much as 29% or 1.6 billion people worldwide suffer from hypertension. Hypertension prevalence in Indonesia has reached 25.8% of the total adult population. PHC Maek data obtained from medical records (MR) in the year 2014 the number of visits as many as 297 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of combination technique hydrotherapy bath warm and benson relaxation therapy decrease blood pressurein patients hypertension in maek health center bukik barisan sub district lima puluh kota regency year 2015. This research has been conducted on June 22 until July 5, 2015 in Puskesmas Maek. This study uses Pre experiment with the design of one group pretest-posttest, then the data is processed by using the t test dependent. The results showed no significant effect of the combination of hydrotherapy techniques and warm soak benson relaxation therapy to decrease blood pressure in hypertensive patients in sub-district health centers Bukik maek row in 2015. Judging from the results of the analysis of paired samples T-test systolic blood pressure obtained with p value of 0.001 <0.05 and diastolic blood pressure with p value 0,001 <0,05. Recommendations result of this study is not only to treat hypertension using medical drugs but can also use warm soak hydrotherapy and relaxation therapy benson regularly as a companion treatment

SIKAP LANSIA DALAM MENGHADAPI PERUBAHAN POLA ELIMINASI URINE (INKONTINENSIA URINE)

Sikap lansia dalam menghadapi perubahan pola eliminasi urine merupakan suatu respon atau faktor pendorong dari lansia untukmenghadapi perubahan pola eliminasi urine (Inkontinensia Urine). Sikap lansia dalam mengatasinya dengan dengan latihan senam kegel, bladder training, perubahan gaya hidup, penggunaan catatan berkemih, dan dampak komplikasi sekunder. Penelitian pola eliminasi urine di dusun Nglobang, Kelurahan Mlilir, Kecamatan Dolopo, Kabupaten Madiun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan jumlah populasi 76 responden. Jumlah sampel 64 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling yang disajikan dalam bentuk prosentase. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian terhadap 64 responden didapatkan bahwa lansia yang bersikap negatif yaitu sebagian besar (56,25%) atau sejumlah 36 responden dan hampir setengahnya (43,75%) atau sejumlah 28 responden bersikap positif tentang perubahan pola eliminasi urine (Inkontinensia Urine). Hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan untuk penelitian selanjutnya, karena sikap lansia dalam menghadapi perubahan pola eliminasi urine (Inkontinensia urine) sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan maka diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya untuk meneliti hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap lansia dalam menghadapi perubahan pola eliminasi urine (Inkontinensia Urine). Menganalisis Metode Pembelajaran IPA di Kelas IV pada SD Al Ittihadiyah

Studi ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis tentang metode yang digunakan pendidik saat proses belajar mengajar. Dengan tujuan adanya metode peserta didik dapat lebih mudah memahami pelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru, serta hal ini dapat meningkatkan daya tarik peserta didik saat belajar. Diketahui bahwa metode pengajaran adalah satu kesatuan yang utuh dari penerapan metode, strategi, teknik, model dan taktik pengajaran. Oleh karena itu,  guru harus mampu menguasai berbagai metode pengajaran yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik dan gaya belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi deskripsi, studi analisis/observasi dan studi literatur. PENGARUH GERAKAN LITERASI SEKOLAH TERHADAPMINAT BACA SISWA DI UPT SPF SD INPRES LANRAKI 2KOTA MAKASSAR

Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPT SPF SD Inpres Lanraki 2 kota Makassar yang memiliki rumusan masalah yaitu: 1) Bagaimanakah gambaran gerakan literasi sekolah di UPT SPF SD Inpres Lanraki 2 kota Makassar? 2) Bagaimanakah gambaran minat baca siswa di UPT SD Inpres Lanraki 2 kota Makassar? 3) Apakah terdapat pengaruh pengaruh antara gerakan literasi sekolah terhadap minat baca siswa di UPT SPF SD Inpres lanraki 2 kota Makassar? Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran gerakan literasi sekolah di UPT SPF SD Inpres Lanraki 2 kota Makassar. 2) Untuk mengetahui gambaran minat baca siswa di UPT SPF SD Inpres Lanraki 2 kota Makassar. 3) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh gerakan literasi sekolah terhadap minat baca siswa di UPT SPF SD Inpres Lanraki 2 kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif model korelasional. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi, yang memiliki populasi sebanyak 61 siswa, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Adapun Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan gambaran gerakan literasi sekolah berada dalam kategori sedang dan gambaran minat baca siswa berada dalam kategori sedang. Kemudian hasil analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan nilai Signifikansi gerakan literasi sekolah terhadap minat baca siswa dapat dilihat dari Fhitung lebih besar dari pada Ftabel, sehingga terjadi pengaruh signifikan. Kemudian nilai sig. lebih kecil dari pada level signifikansi. Hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gerakan literasi sekolah terhadap minat baca siswa di UPT SPF SD Inpres Lanraki 2 Kota Makassar. Research on place names is very interesting to study. This is because the naming of places has a different background story. Research on place names can broaden social and cultural knowledge. Giving village names in Kuantan Hilir District, Kuansing Regency cannot be separated from natural elements and developing community stories. This research uses a descriptive method. The data in this study are the names of 15 villages in the Kuantan Hilir sub-district along with the history of the village based on the results of interviews and documents found. The problem that will be answered in this study is to describe the naming of villages in Kuantan Hilir District. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan strategi pembelajaran ekpositori dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS di tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka yang mengambil referensi dari jurnal – jurnal sebelumnya, yang dijadikan pedoman untuk menyusun penelitian ini. The Effect of Administering Vitamin C Lozenges Towards the Increasing of Saliva Secretion of Hemodialysis Patient

Hemodialysis is a dialysis method to secrete bodily fluid when the kidneys are progressively or acutely unable to do it. This research aims to know the effect of administering vitamin C lozenges on the increasing saliva secretion of hemodialysis patients. The research used an experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test design. The T-test result was mostly dependent (paired sample test). A purposive sampling technique was used to acquire 30 hemodialysis patients. The result shows that 26 patients (86.7%) have an increase in saliva secretion while four patients (13.3%) have not. The p-value was 0.000 (p<0.05). It can be concluded that administering vitamin C lozenges to hemodialysis patients increases saliva secretion. This research suggests that Royal Prima Medan Public Hospital administer vitamin C lozenges as an alternative medicine to increase the saliva secretion of hemodialysis patients

The mosque is an important place for religious activities for Muslims, including the Old Alley Mosque. Gang Bengkok Mosque was established in 1874, and is the second oldest mosque in Medan city after the Osmani Mosque which was founded in 1854. This mosque was founded by four important people namely: Datuk M. Ali (As Agnia), Syeikh Muh. Yacub (Mandailing leader as a scholar), Tjong A Fie (Contributing to the finances for the construction of the mosque), Mufthi Syeikh Hasan Maksum (Allowing the construction of the mosque). The purpose of building this mosque, among others, is to provide awareness of religious people to make religious values ​​an important aspect. The Old Gang Bengkok Mosque contributes to society, especially in terms of the state, namely, as a sign of the Indonesian nation's struggle in terms of moving the hearts of Muslims to jihad and creating tolerance towards religious people, because the foundation of the construction of this mosque is so that religious people can respect each other.
