    PRACTICAL MODEL OF INDIGENOUS CO-CREATION FOR THE SUSTAINABILITY OF INDONESIAN WOVEN SONGKET

    Innovation is the main key to the sustainability of all industries. Fashion industry with traditional woven as its basic material is one of complex industries for its association with social environment in all cultural values, market taste, chain value, life cycle products and even government policy. This focus will likely be important as indigenous characteristic in the traditional woven becomes the competitive advantage of a region. The outcome of this study showed that traditional woven co-creation in design need an involvement of social actors in the social learning process. Indigenous co-creation of traditional woven is a social innovation learning activities that needs adequate involvement of actors and context. The purpose of this study is to analyze the challenges and constraints for the sustainability of Indonesian woven songket and to develop a practical co-creation model in attempt to cope with various constraints to generate recommendation for decision makers at local goverment level. This study used qualitative approach. The primary and secondary data to answer the research questions were collected through in-depth interview and focus group discussion.

    The Influence of Spiritual Leadership on Organizational Culture at Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office and Sub Branch Office Depok

    This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of spiritual leadership on organizational culture implemented by Bank Syariah Mandiri (hereinafter will be referred as “BSM”) Branch Ofce and Sub Branch Ofce Depok. Spiritual leadership can be measured by using the concept of spiritual leadership developed by Fry (2003) with fve dimensions, namely: vision, altruistic love, hope/faith, meaning/calling, membership, and organizational culture as measured by the ETHIC (Excellence, Teamwork, Humanity, Integrity, and Customer Focus) dimensions in Bank Syariah Mandiri’s organizational culture. This research utilized a quantitative approach wherein research data were collected through survey conducted to all employees in the BSM Branch Ofce and Sub Branch Ofce Depok, with 55 respondents being involved in this research. The research data were subsequently analyzed by using descriptive statistics analysis and simple linier regression analysis. The results of this research show that spiritual leadership of the Head of BSM Branch Ofce Depok has a 56 percent positive effect on the implementation of ETHIC organizational culture in BSM

From the perspective ofthe agency theory, the separation of capital owners and management must lead tostrictly applied good corporate governance. The purpose is to eliminate anydisadvantages to the corporation's objective, namely providing added values to allrelevant parties. The agency theory also covers two aspects: agency issues and agencycosts. The research uses the qualitative approach and data is gathered through extensiveinterview, secondary data, and bibliography study. Key persons among the sources areselected based on specific criteria. Data validity is obtained through the triangulationtechnique, and the samples used are PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk and subsidiaries.     Social Enterprise in Action: A Study of Indigenous Community-based Enterprise in Rural Areas to End Poverty in All its Form (Irodori Leaf-Business Kamikatsu, Japan and Ikat Woven-Business Pringgasela Lombok, Indonesia)

    Rural-based social innovation is increasingly receiving attention in most developing countries. Community-based entrepreneurship is an essential instrument for realizing the potential among marginal and deprived communities isolated from the mainstream economy and is important in bringing social upliftment. Community empowerment helps in eradicating poverty, especially in rural areas since the households can create their welfare based on the local resource. Community-based enterprises usually evolve in a geographical region with the business being set up, owned, and controlled by the local community with a focus on self-supporting jobs. The present research analyzes the community-based enterprise practice as one of the forms of social innovation and identifies its critical success factors. The research uses qualitative methods and case studies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observation. Research result indicates that initiators forming groups and collaborating with other parties to support product commercialization will scale up the community-based practice. Local government policy interventions in the form of financial and technical support become leverage for community-based enterprise activities so that all community members are self-employed and economically independent.     Pemetaan Upaya Preventif Retensi Personel Rangka Pengendalian Kasus Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat (PTDH) pada Kepolisian Republik Indonesia

    This study is important to be carried out in the context of the Indonesian National Police (POLRI). This study analysis the mapping of preventive employee retention efforts that have been carried out by the Indonesian National Police in tackling PTDH. This research uses a post-positivist research paradigm. Data were collected using in-depth interviews and a literature study. The results of the study are, first, preventive efforts, namely the superiors to always check the condition of members from the physical, daily to the psychological side of members. Second, repressive efforts, namely by giving punishments that can deter violators and increase supervision of members. Third, a solution effort is to look for reasons why members do a dissertion and find relevant solution. Based on the results, the efforts of POLRI employee retention in tackling PTDH are considered not optimal, so innovation is needed. One of them is by providing the official home infrastructure with the smart home concept. The implications of this research are expected to provide improvements in terms of existing retention management so as to increase the retention of POLRI membership

    STRATEGI KEPOLISIAN NEGARA REPUBLIK INDONESIA DALAM RETENSI PERSONEL GUNA MENANGGULANGI KASUS PEMBERHENTIAN TIDAK DENGAN HORMAT

    Sejak tahun 2017 di POLRI terdapat peningkatan kasus PTDH secara signifikan yang disebabkan adanya keterlibatan anggota polisi pada kasus penggunaan narkoba, desersi pelanggaran disiplin, korupsi  perzinahan maupun kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi employee retention pada POLRI.  Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunaan teknik survei dengan jumlah sampel 80 personel Polri yang mengalami kasus PTDH  dan personal yang sedang menjalani sidang Komisi Kote Etik Polri, dengan lokasi penelitian di Mabes Polri. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji signifikansi t (uji parsial). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen organisasi, peluang karir, penghargaan, rancangan tugas dan pekerjaan, dan hubungan anggota terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee retention. Pemahaman tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi ritensi personel akan berimplikasi pada strategi pengelolaan personil sehingga diharapkan menurunkan Kasus Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat (PTDH) di tubuh Polri.Abstract : Since 2017 in the POLRI there has been an increase in PTDH cases caused by the involvement of members in narcotics cases, desertion, disciplinary violations, adultery corruption and domestic violence. The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors that influence employee retention in the Indonesian National Police. This research was conducted in 2021. The research method used quantitative methods. The data collection technique used a survey technique with a sample of 80 Polri personnel who experienced PTDH cases and personal who were undergoing a trial of the National Police Code of Ethics, at Polri Headquarters. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing using the t significance test (partial test). The results showed that organizational components, career opportunities, rewards, task and job design, and member relationships proved to have a significant effect on employee retention. An understanding of the factors that affect personnel retention will have implications for personnel management strategies so that it is expected to reduce Cases of Disrespectful Dismissal (PTDH)

    PENGARUH PEMBERIAN SARI BUAH BELIMBING WULUH (Averrhoa bilimbi L) TERHADAP TEKANAN DARAH SISTOLIK TIKUS SPRAGUE DAWLEY

    Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan faktor risiko utama terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskuler, stroke, dan gangguan ginjal. Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh pada tekanan darah adalah asupan. Peningkatan asupan fruktosa dan lemak seringkali dikaitkan dengan kejadian hipertensi. Fruktosa dan lemak memediasi peningkatan tekanan darah melalui stress oksidatif yang dapat menyebabkan vasokontriksi. Buah belimbing wuluh mengandung zat gizi dan antioksidan yang efektif menurunkan tekanan darah. Metode: Penelitian true experimental dengan randomized control groups pre-post design. Dua puluh satu tikus Sprague dawley dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok: 2 kelompok kontrol dan 1 kelompok perlakuan. Kontrol negatif diberi pakan standar, kontrol positif dan perlakuan diberi 66% dan lemak 10%. Sari buah sari buah belimbing wuluh dengan dosis 2 ml/200gramBB/hari hanya dibrikan pada kelompok perlakuan selama 14 hari. Pengukuran tekanan darah sistolik dengan metode tail cuff dilakukan pada hari ke 1, 16 dan 30. Hasil: Hasil post test tekanan darah sistolik pada seluruh kelompok mengalami penurunan. Rerata penurunan tekanan darah sistolik kelompok kontrol negatif sebesar 3,76% dan kontrol positif 0,55%. Penurunan terbesar pada kelompok perlakuan yaitu 30,03%. Pemberian sari buah belimbing wuluh mampu menurunkan tekanan darah sistolik secara signifikan (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: Pemberian sari buah belimbing wuluh dengan dosis 2 ml/200gramBB/hari selama 14 hari berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tekanan darah secara signifikan pada tikus yang diberi pakan tinggi fruktosa dan tinggi lemak

    Prevention of Violations by Members of the Criminal Investigation Unit by Division of Profession and Security of Indonesian National Police in the Context of Realizing Precision Police with Scenario Based Strategic Planning

    In conditions full of uncertainty, the organization must have the right efforts and strategies to defend itself, by keeping up with the times that are always happening. Indonesian National Police (Polri) as one of the organizations that has an important role in carrying out an orderly and orderly life. The Polri must be able to follow and adapt to technological developments and of course prepare strategies to deal with all uncertainties that continue to occur, especially in the field of security and public order, as well as services to Public. The challenges and tasks for the Polri are becoming increasingly difficult because the community is increasingly critical, and capable and always abreast of developments in every activity carried out by the Polri. In the last few months there have been several cases that have gone viral on social media, especially cases related to law violations committed by members of the Indonesian National Police. These cases which were caused by mistakes made by the Polri members became interesting material and were continuously discussed by the public. This is a big challenge for the Polri, especially the Professional and Security Division of the Indonesian National Police, in order to reduce and prevent violations committed by members of the Polri, with the aim of creating a precise Polri. The results of this study suggest that the method that can be used by the Professional and Security Division of the Indonesian National Police is to use Scenario Based Strategic Planning. In addition to using the SBSP, the process of recruiting Polri members must also be an important concern, so that the newly admitted members have good skills and morality so that opportunities to commit violations of the law are minimized
